Every since installing 2013 on my iMac system, I get a pop-up window everytime the computer boots up. Here's the message:

A weird thing is that I don't always get the error message. Sometimes the export works. But, more often it's not.
Recently I have been receieving the following error message when Photoshop CS6 x64 srtarts up on my Windows 7 machine. Ps resides on my SSD.
I don't always get the message but when I press X, Cancel, Try Again, or Continue the message repeats until finally Ps starts. I'm not sure what drive DeviceHarddisk3Dr3 is supposed to mean.
I have been learning smoke on various machines and different versions of the prereleases and service packs. I'm using SP2 now and II see older local projects listed in the media hub but they don't show up in the start-up screen listing of projects. how to regain access to these projects?

I'm attempting to get Smoke 2012 SP1 running on Mac OS X 10.7.2. After installation, I cannot get the application to launch -- instead I get a "DlVideo Error: No video list" error and then exit.
Hardware specs are attached, in short 2 x 6 core Mac Pro, 24GB RAM, Quadro FX 4800 and Kona 3G. This is built on a clean install of 10.7.2 using the Apple video driver for the 4800. The display is an Eizo ColorEdge CG303W, attached to the 4800.
I would like to install the 4.1.28 CUDA drivers to enable the Mercury playback engine (as this machine will probably also run Premiere Pro), however I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible until I can get Smoke running.
A Euphonix MC Transport and MC Color will be added to the station, however they are not currently attached.
My workstation name is bc118-s001. I'm using an external license server (macnv3), which is running properly.
Storage is currently set to the local disk, which I know is sub-optimal. Ultimately the storage volume will be a fiber-attached TerraBlock 24D, however I'm upgrading that device from 4.6.4 to 5 before I put the unit into production, and would rather not store any data on it before the upgrade.

I notice that the monitor refresh rate is not being detected properly, however the OS seems to detect it properly.

I cannot Export QuickTime any Codec ( h264 / 444 / 442 / mp4 / PNG / Jpeg )in Smoke for Mac 2012 SAP1 - Export Media.
I can export it before but not today.I get "Error Get Frame 0" - What Does is mean ? and What is the cause ?
I try to reinstall backburner(2012.1) and mio (2012.1) not work.So i can export in sequence format like DPX / Jpeg that useless.
Just Download Utility with same version of your Smoke and Reinstall : Wiretap Gateway/Wiretap Central/MIO and BackBurner.
When I launch X3 I get a popup window "Messages" which has been blank/empty and you have to click on close to start VS X3. I already removed the checkmark in message preference. How do you get rid of this from constantly popping up on startup? Is this related to the constant error message I get whenever I exit out of X3?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI installed Corel Video Studio Pro X4 Ultimate on my laptop at the end of last year and up until now it has been working fine. Because I was not happy with the final dvd of hd footage (I don't have a blu ray burner) despite trying all the settings I purchased Pinnacle Studio 15 ultimate because that seems to give a better result when burned to disc. At first Pinnacle was not working in that all of its elements were not accessible so I was editing my footage in Corel and then burning the end result in Pinnacle. Having gone on to the Pinnacle Forums I was advised to change from the default computer desktop theme of Aero to Windows Classic and change the display to smaller - 100%. This solved all the problems with Pinnacle and it is now working properly. However, when I tried to open Corel it came up with the message Corel Video Studio Pro has stopped working, close the programme. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still refuses to open up. Until changing the desktop theme Pinnacle and Corel did not appear to conflict with each other so I had no reason to think there would be a problem running the two applications.
I have taken a screenshot of the error message but cant seem to paste it to the post.
I now am running a Core i7 -2760 QM CPU @ 2.40 GHZ laptop

I know that the AJA Kona 3 card has 2 outputs. Can Smoke send one eye to one channel and the other eye to the other of the Kona 3 card? Dual Stream output is what I am really getting at.

1. If I have a layered Photoshop file or png with an alpha channel (a still frame lower third), I see that I can import it as a multi layered clip, but what is the best way to have it in the sequence to show up properly?
2. If I have a QuickTime in animation format or Pro Res4444 format with an embedded alpha, how can I import that file to show and cut it on a top layer to animate above my video?
Can Smoke support the OFX architecture?

In Combustion, you would draw a selection and then apply an operator above the selection to achieve this. I don't see a similar selection tool function in Smoke, but I imagine you could achieve the same effect by duplicating a layer and using a Gmask via the Wipe timeline FX.does Smoke not have a selection tool similar to Combustion?

I just upgraded 17 workstations to Product Design Suite 2014.
On one of the workstations, the Autodesk privacy policy and the welcome screen pop up on every startup. I even tried running it as administrator first, but no matter what I do, those screens keep popping upm highly annoying for the user.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the entore product design suite, this did not solve the issue.
I have a new box version of PantShop Photo Pro X3. Using the CD to install, I am getting a 1935 error message.

View 8 Replies View Relatedhave the CS3 suite, education version and i'm having problems whit photoshop. All the other programs work fine (flash, fireworks, premiere, etc), but photoshop crashes at startup.
I already disabled plugins, checked permissions, everything i can remember. The problems exists with domain and local (power and normal) users. Photoshop runs with local administrator but not with a domain admin, and i don't have any kind of policie restricting the domain admins.
The error is a "Runtime error" at the end of the loading, right after "Building menus".

I've recently updated CC from 12.1 to 12.2 and I cannot launch it anymore. After Effects launches its UI and after 2-3 seconds it crashes without any error message or crash log. My specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Intel Core i5 3450 3.1GHz
Geforce GTX 560
Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3 motherboard
16GB ram
I've already reinstalled After Effects about 4 times, deleted media cache, deleted preferences, updated graphics drivers, rebooted my PC dozens of times but I still can't run it.
It's done this twice before, but has been fine lately. I have a last-minute deadline job that just came in and I can't get AE to even start! Last time this happened, I just kept trying and after about 15 attempts, it launched...not doing that this time.

It's comming from FCP7 and we have Automatic Duck but neither the XMLs or AAF bring anything other then the first speed of the clip. Any way to retain the keyframes?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a full copy of Videostudio Pro X4 about a month ago after experimenting with the trial version for a good while, and it was all running smoothly until I was adding some rain effects to a rather large movie, and it said something along the lines of not enough space to load something, and then all the FX thumbnails disappeared. When i closed the program and tried to reopen it, it said "Error loading from stream" followed by a "Videostudio Pro has encountered an unspecific error and needs to close, please contact Corel Support and include a copy of the Dump file.". And now every time I try to load the program it gives me this error, and thats without loading the actual project that the file had the initial error on. All the files within the folder were captured via VS either as Video or as Stop-Motion so are under the default settings as I havent changed them or converted them atall.
I cant find anything on the knowledge base about this, and neither on these forums. I'm unsure how I send the Dump File, which I have found to Corel? I'm abit confused from the warranty support bit of the page where it says about having a one-off chance to contact them? So obviously I dont want to mess up my one chance so thought I'd check here what to do next!
A re-install of the program seems the logical next step but will I lose my project?

I have tried reinstalling Photoshop. But this does not help. I often also get a windows error after photoshop is closed saying that it did not shut down properly.
I suspect that the vfzcore.dll error is due to some 3rd party plug-in. But does anyone have any ideas? These error do not appear to affect the performance of photoshop that I can tell. Everything that I use works fine and it never bombs off (except after closing the program out). But having to hit "OK" at the error dialog every time the program starts up is annoying.
