AutoCad 2D :: Can Maximize ATTEDIT Window Size
Oct 28, 2013I am forced to browse my block attributes page by page. Is there any possibility to tweak the window size and have it maximized?

Lightroom :: Maximize / Restore Window Size Does Not Update Library Grid View

Change to the grid view and resize the LR window by double-clicking the frame title - the window will be resized but the grid view is not updated -
maximing the windows --> blank area to the right of the thumbnails (the images in the grid view)press tab two times to if fix the problemrestore the window--> some thumbnails are only half visible or not visisble at all because there is no horizontal scrollbar and the thumbnails have not been wrappedpress tab two times to if fix the problem
I think I did not have this issue with LR 3.5 - or same problem with LR 3.6?
Photoshop :: Image Window Maximize Over Title Bar And Tools
Feb 29, 2012im working on a PC , with windows 7, with photoshop CS5 i searched everywhere for answer , but none was given.. people did mention this problem, but for different photoshop versions , and, i had it good till i dont know what happened and changed it, so i believe it is fixable but people understood it wrong.
anyhow, the problem is, when you try to maximize the image window (assuming you changed it from tabs), the window maximize all over the screen, over the tools and title bar.
instead of staying inside the workspace.as i mentioned, it used to be like it , but something happened and now its all over the thing.i tried double click the hand tool, all sort of things with the "F" and Tab shortcuts, the arrange documents thing on the top, even trying to restore default setting but nothing really did the trick.
i tried to look for something called "Application frame", that somehow suppose to do just that, under window->Application frame, but its not there. again, it used to be ok so i know there is still hope..
here it is restored, under "fit screen" option, notice it only get the hight right, i would not call it "fit screen" but what ever..
red circels show the title bar and tools..
and this is when i hit the maximize button and unleash hell, red circles are where the title bar and tools were, not so nice and cool..
i noticed none of the others gave pictures, so i gave it a go..there are no words to describe how annoying it is.

Jul 7, 2011I used to be able to maximize a display window and then make the image fit the window and finally shrink the window to fit the image. This seems to have changed recently. What are the equivalent keystrokes to accomplish fitting the image to the window and then shrinking the window to the image?

Jan 17, 2012My Vista system has developed a few bugs which are not cured by Norton 360.Dragging a window causes it to maximize in a few programs PASTE does not work in some programs -- including X4 . The CROP tool stopped working in X4 but is OK in X5 High-lighting is erratic in WORD etc.
I can only run a "clean" install from my OEM disk which means reloading all applications.I was wondering if I should give up and install Windows 7.
What has been your experience with Windows 7/Did you do a "clean" install or just the update.

Feb 26, 2013Each time I open a second or third file in CorelDraw x5, the windows seem to lose the top MIN, Max Close icons. You know the ones that sit at the top right of each window. Because of this I'm unable to close or edit the work. In fact NOTHING works. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with a TON of memory.

Aug 19, 2012When creating PDFs/PNGs to watch on a computer, it doesn't make sense to use standard paper sizes. The reason is that usually the plotted window does not fill both width and height and there are big white margins inthe produced file.
So my question is, how can I easily create a paper size to match a selected window (or layout) at a certain scale?
AutoCAD LT :: Layer Properties Manager Window Size?
Sep 16, 2009In ACLT 2008, I was able to resize the window in the layer properties manager to what was convenient for me. In ACLT 2010, I am unable to change either the size or the position of the window. The same is true of the Design center window. Is this something that is permanently changed, or is there maybe a fix coming to allow this convenience in the future? Or have I missed some system variable which controls this?

May 25, 2012Is there any way to set that 'edit dimension' window/box in the sketch environment so that it opens to the length of the parameter being used? All my models for our library items are entirely controlled by Excel sheets and the names of the parameters are often quite lengthy. Dec 14, 2013Some of the windows open larger than my screen and I am not able to access boxes on the bottom of window such as export box. The sides are fine and so is the top it is only a problem on the bottom. How do I reduce the size of the window so that it fits or is smaller than my screen? I am using a pc with windows 7 software.

Jul 23, 2013Since I updated to CC I've had a bug that drives me a little nuts. Because I have a Retina MacBook Pro connected to an Apple Thunderbolt display, Photoshop seems to get confused about the size of the window to open. It thinks it should be sized to fit on the Retina screen (which I use as secondary), but at 100% on the non-retina screen (the primary display).
The end result is that every time I open a document the window is only showing the top quarter of the document I'm opening. I always have to hit command plus, command minus to get it displaying right.
Paint Shop Pro :: Window Around Photo Size
Nov 4, 2013I have used PSP since version 2, so have been at it for awhile. Just upgraded to 6, as I was using version 4.
The problem I have is when I am in the edit area, and have a photo on the screen I use my mouse wheel to enlarge or shrink depending on my needs. The old version the windows box around image would also resize with image. I have attached a few images. I normal could fix this in the settings, but for some reason the window will not follow the image size as I enlarge or shrink? It does when I actually resize image, but I need this to do that when I am just using mouse wheel to make bigger or smaller on my screen.

AutoCAD 2010 :: Minimize Windows From Maximize To Taskbar
Feb 16, 20111. had this problem for sometime. running windows 7. When i minimize my autocad window from maximise to the taskbar, for some reason when i click it on the taskbar to bring it back up, it has shrunk to its restore down size instead of the maximised window it was. This problem seems to only occur on win7. I don't have my windows aero themes off as i know of those problems, whats causing this one?!
2. whats also annoying in windows 7 is that i choose not to have my taskbar buttons combined, i am only in one session of autocad yet each drawing has its own taskbar button, is this normal?!

Jan 17, 2008I am having diffuculties with my "Filters Gallery" window. Whenever it comes up, it cuts off some parts of the tools in the Filters Gallery. For example, if I wanted to give my image the "Plastic Wrap" filter, on the right side I only see half of the Highlight Strength, Detail and Smoothness adjustment bars, I can't see the little boxes where you enter numbers for the adjustment bars and only half of the Ok and Cancel buttons on the top of the window. When I try to adjust the window size by using the little black arrows that come up when you put your cursor on the edges of the window, it will only let me make the window longer, not wider. How can I make everything visible in my Filters Gallery window?

Often (maybe 2/3rds of the time?) when I have one drawing maximized inside the Autocad window, the minimize-downsize-close buttons disappear from that drawing's window. Sep 23, 2012Why in CS6 when zoom changes window size and a floating window fits in Photoshop window or on other display screen do I get scroll bars where a select all selection marching ants are not visible on all four sides till I drag out the window to get rid of the scroll bars so I can see all of marching ants.
In previous versions of Photoshop space for scroll bars is present but there are no scroll bar, select all marching ants are visible on all four sides when an image's window fits in Photoshop window or on second display. Is there a way to make CS6 work like previous versions? Also if I just open a document and Photoshop fits it to Photoshop window or second display the floating window is correct without scroll bars.
AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Maximize Screenspace / Get Menu Bar Back And Loose Ribbon
Sep 17, 2013I've never cared for the Ribbon. IMO it takes up a lot of valuable screen real estate and spreads out commands I find to useful to be grouped together across multiple menus. I did like how the Menu Bar was laid out in LDD because all the commands for anything I could do with alignments, for example, were all in one place.
Here's how I set up C3D to have an UI more like LDD:
1. Show the Menu Bar: click on the dropdown menu button on far right of the Quick Access Toolbar (at the upper left of the C3D screen) and select Show Menu Bar. Old familiars like File, Edit, Points, Alignments, etc should be visible.
2. Get rid of the Ribbon: type RIBBONCLOSE into the command line and ta-da!
AutoCAD 2013 :: Control Buttons Missing (Minimize / Maximize / Close)
Mar 27, 2013I'm using autocad 2013 & the classic workspace instead of ribbon. For some strange reason, if 2 or more drawings are open & I minimize a drawing, it removes the minimize, maximize, close buttons from the right top side of the screen like in the attached picture. To get them back I have to go to the window pulldown & select the drawing from there. I'm using windows 7 pro with a nvidia quadro 1000m card.
