AutoCAD .NET :: DLL Doesn't Load Unless Using Debug

I am using VB.NET 2010 Express, and have created a dll that only appears to load correctly when launching the debugger. When I use netload to load my dll I get an error stating:
"Cannot load assembly. Error details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly...
...System.NotSupportedException: An attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed in previous versions of the .NET Framework..."
The error pops even if I move the dll to the local acad support folder. I have already changed the target framework to ".NET Framework 4" since I am modifying this from a file that loaded correctly in 2011 with 3.5.

I have a problem with loading a dll file I created with Visual Express 2010. We are using this VB-project in the company for a year now and we have never had a problem with it. But now we do.
The dll is loaded with the use of the Autoloader. For me it is a nice way to load dll and lisp files everybody needs at startup.This is the xml code

Like I said, all went well untill I tried to install another copy of Autocad on another computer. The lisp-files are loading fine on this pc but the dll-file is not loading. When I try to load it with netload everything is ok so the dll should be allright.
Like all other pc's it is a Windows 7 64bit pc and nothing is different form those other pc's. So I really don't know where to look for the problem, let alone the solution.
I tried everything like renaming the dll (no spaces), trying to load the dll only, also loading from the programdata folder instead of the programfiles(x86) folder.

It doesn't happen very often (apparently, 8 days ago was the last time), but I would like to know more about this error.
The .png I've attached shows what happens more easily than I can describe it.
It only happens on Part1 (and possible Assembly1?). If I've made a new part and the menu loaded correctly, it won't load improperly on a later new part (, like Part2, Part 3, etc). It does not happen saved parts that I open. If I have other files open when this happens, the Manage menu seems to be correct in any file, but Part1. Closing IV and reopening has fixed it every time, but one. The time closing/reopening IV didn't fix it, I closed it again, and reloding IV again, the menu was fine.
The visible portions of the buttons work correctly, but the empty spaces where the icons for the button should appear, do nothing.
No other tab has done this.

I have added reference acdbmgd/acmgd from C:Program FilesAutodeskAutoCAD 2011 with copy local =false I can see from the list the version are 18.0.0.0
But when I start debug the project I got the following error..This project used to work with AutoCAD2010, now just moved to 2011 I can't even start debuging

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box.

why this stopped working, but when I used to pick the green arrow (Debug) to test my code, it would automatically create the .dll in the Debug folder. For this one program, it has stopped doing that. I have to build the .dll and then use that one (from the Release folder).
I've compared the properties from this program to my other programs, but couldn't find anything that stuck out to me.
what I should look into to correct this issue and have it start saving the .dll in the Debug folder again?

When opening an image in photoshop, the canvas is not visible. As you can see the opened image is not visible, but when moving the image window around I can see the image.Then when i release the image from the cursor and stop moving it around, it is no longer visible.
Also when maximizing the window, this happens: I am then forced to close the window. I'm running on windows 8 64-bit, and my gpu is a Nvidia Quadro K2000m, with a pretty capable laptop.My GPU drivers seem to be up to date. I understand that this problem can be fixed if I select to not use my graphics processor, but I'd like to take advantage of my gpu.
Setting the drawing mode to basic has had no effect. I'm also having similar problems with other programs like autodesk mudbox.

how to overcome the horribly sluggish load time for photoshop CC?That is, when the app loads, it takes at least a minute before I can load a file, most of the time 2-3 minutes.I am running a quad processor 2.4GHz computer/8G ram that's less than 6 months old. Seriously adobe... This is ridiculous.
It seems like all your content works similarly too. the "Creative Cloud" app is something of a joke. Takes 2 minutes to load, andother minute or 3 to show info, and when an app needs an update, well, jsut look out. You're in for a long wait while adobe chugs along at 1980s connection speeds. (I am on a 24 down 7 up connection, there's no excuse)

I'm having a difficult time figuring out why my PS CS5 is not loading my brushes properly.
I see the brushes however Photoshop does not load their settings. They all are flate and hard.
All my brushes before in PS CS2 worked properly so I don't understand why CS5 is not. And I have loaded CS5 brushes and still does not read their settings.
Do I have to do something first before loading the brushes?

Before migrating to a new computer, when I clicked to open PS CS3, Bridge would automatically open (as I had programmed in the preferences). Now I am getting an error message that the beta is no longer available. I payed for the upgrade to PS CS3 extended. I can click on the Bridge icon in the system tray and Bridge opens just fine. I have uninstalled all previous versions of PS. I deactivated the old PS on the older computer and re-activated it on the new computer. I can't find out where I need to go to get rid of the error.

Planning on moving to 2013 from 2009, but I want 2009 working during the migrations period...
How to get 3DS MAX 2009 working with backburner 2013.
The Backburner manager dosn't seem to load any 2009 render plugins, I've upgraded the current node with the latest Service pack/hot fix for 2009, which adressed the an compability issue with backburner 2012. Isn't BB 2012 also using the new "render adapters"?
Tried everything... reinstalls, regedit checks, AppData cleans and so on...
Took a "while" just to get BB 2013 running at all, until I found a way to disable IPv6 via the helper service.

why photoshop would just crash in the middle of working or using tool or making a selection. It just stops and has an option to debug or close program and loses what you worked on since the last save and you have to restart the program.

I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Student Edition. It does this after I get the picture open and when I click on different tools. This is newly installed on my computer and newly bought program.

I've got a script that creates a palette that does some calculations when a button is pressed - but something in the script is failing silently. (this question is about how to debug things like this, not what the problem is in my specific script)
I've read the debugging tips in the Javascript tools guide, and based on that, re-opened the script in the Extendscript Toolkit instead of my usual text editor, chosen Illustrator, and hit the green 'Go' button. But, either I've missed something fundamental, or this isn't designed for palettes - the script runs in Illustrator, successfully pops up the palette, considers the job done, pats itself on the back, and closes the palette before I can begin debugging the button.
I'm looking for something where I can test the palette doing regular Illustrator work and see debug messages, set breakpoints, etc. I've tried the old-school approach of just filling the code with 'alert("blah")'s but it doesn't work - my code reaches an

and doesn't alert either of them, or give any error message.
If I was working in a browser, I'd just plonk in a "console.log( app.activeDocument.selection )" and browse the object structure to see what's going on, is there any Illustrator equivalent?

I've been experiencing problems with the Gradient editor since I got PS and the problem is that whenever I create a gradient through the gradient editor and then load it, it does load it and instead just duplicates the ones that already exist.
I save all gradients at:
C:UsersRHAppDataRoamingAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6PresetsGradients
However it does (mostly) work when I import pre-made (from web) Gradients.
I don't know why this happens but it also did the same thing when I had CS5.5!

I have a project that suddenly won't load. I have 25 versions of it, I save it under a new file name each time in case I need to go back to an older version.
Trouble is most of the versions won't load! Only the very early versions will load. Some of the later version start to load then disappear.
Hardware hasn't changed on the PC, maybe the video drivers have been updated, thats about it.

To my knowledge this file has not been renamed and definitely not been deleted...Has been moved, but does that matter? The attached image is the error i get when trying to load .cuix as a partial in CUI dialogue box. I cannot load from CUILOAD, either.
I have verified that another cui of the same name is not already loaded.

I've got a firm of about 60 architects and we use a custom dll that loads on drawing open. the dll loads fine on all but one computer. even explicitly issuing the netload command and grabbing the dll manually does not work. it also does not work on other profiles on that computer (i tried an admin profile, even though the user is a local admin).
we're using .NET 4.0 on ACAD 2011

I have been trying to interface to AutoCAD from my VS 2010 project without luck.
My environment is 64bit windows 7 environment. I installed on my computer AutoCad 2012 and ObjectARX 2012.
I created a basic hello world project where I referenced the AcCui.dll AcDbMgd.dll AcMgd.dll but I keep getting errors when running it.
An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in Unknown Module.
Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'Acmgd, Version=18.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
I have tried it with "Copy Local" false (also with true), I have tried to reference the dlls from the ObjectARX directories as well as the AutoCAD installation folders without luck.

I tried applying this flag to one of my commands for Autocad 2006. The documentation states that it forces users to enter the full namespace of the command in order to invoke it.
The problem is that even after defining the local, global, and group names I can't get the command to load. I've tried every possible namespace I could think of when entering the command into Autocad. The command works if I do not apply the flag, and typing GroupName.GlobalName into the command line also works - unless I add the Undefined flag.

I'm having trouble with my command not loading via a netload in AutoCAD 2012 SP1 64bit running on Windows 7 64bit. It works on most of my user's computers, but on a couple of the computers it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'm using Visual Studio 2010 for coding and debugging, but I don't have debugging software on the computer that is causing the problem. I've attached my commands class in it's entirety to this post. The dll resides local on the user's computer and is not in a network location. When I run the netload on the development machine or one of my other working users, I get the message boxes and the program seems to run fine, but on the computers that aren't working I get nothing. No errors, no message boxes, nothing.
