I have a set of drawings that are dwg's that have a dwf referenced/attached in. When I try to print, I get the following error.
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation reading0x2573d000 Exception At 4f6c133fh (the numbers differ between drawings) I can plot all other CAD files with no problems, just this set.
I am working on a project that requires a number of raster images to be compiled in a base file and then x-ref'ed into titleblock sheets. The base file is not giving me any problems but the files it is x-ref'ed into keep giving me fatal errors and shutting down AutoCAD. I am working in 2012 LT. I was able to find a HotFix for this problem for 2008 but have not been able to find a fix for my version.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI've noticed that LR interprets the white balance settings differently for my raw .nef files coming from my Nikon D3s and D4 bodies; even when a specific kelvin temp is chosen in camera.
Here's a few examples:
D4 flash WB, LR shows as 6150, +2
D3s flash WB, LR shows as 6400, +9
D4 WB set to 5k, LR reads as 4750, +1
D3s WB set to 5k, LR reads as 4900, +10
why this is happening, and what (if anything) I should do to get xxxx kelvin temp in camera to import as xxxx kelvin temp in LR?
When I am printing from AutoCAD LT 2012, I randomly get this error message every 10 to 15 drawings that I print. Considering that I print 10-15 drawings at one time, I am getting a fatal error every time I print a set. Why? I don't get this error when printing in AutoCAD 2011LT or 2012 Full Version.

For some reason the scale (e.g 1:1) and dimension numbers do not appear in the drawings. I can see the arrows that make the dimensions but that is all. How to turn these on? I have tried every setting I can find but it appears that I can't figure this out.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am currently making a pattern of numbers. These numbers are going to be serial numbers on some parts that are to be cut by a waterjet. There are 1000 parts so I want to automate this process. I have made a pattern of text so that the text is placed correctly. Also i have used TCOUNT to automate the numbers, so that the pattern of numbers is now 1 2 3 4, etc (positioned correctly). The problem is that the serial numbers should have the format 00000 (5 digits), so: 00001, 00002 etc. Is it any way to make numbers appear this way? If i try write it like this in TCOUNT it automatically changes it to standard numbers.

View 2 Replies View RelatedHaving problems with parts lists not showing the correct part numbers of the parts included in the assembly. In some cases I've made a new part by renaming an existing part but when I create a parts list it shows the part no of the original existing part used to create the new part, even though the new part is the one in the assembly. Also I have just had a number of similar assemblies and needed to produce parts lists for them. I created the first one and then used 'save as' to rename the drawing including the parts list. Then when I re-opened the newly renamed drawing I assigned it to it's new assembly. However the parts list did not update to show the new part numbers included in it's new assembly.
Is all this a glitch in the system or is there something in the set-up which is causing this problem?
i coded this simple utility that allows the user to edit some dbtext without using the mouse (after selection).

I keep on getting the fatal error messages like FATAL ERROR: unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at 1a89fc50h, when doing simple commands such as move, copy or selecting objects. It has also occurred when I've tried to save. They can occur up to 4 times a day .
I have tried emptying my temp folders and I've ensured my copy of AutoCAD 2011 LT is up to date but these are only temporary solutions as a few days later they will appear again.
I get a fatal error (attached) when I hover over an mpolygon in a dwg file (also attached).
Map 3D 2011, SP2, Win 7 pro 64 bit.
I have tried audit - it did not fix the problem.
Just installed Map 3D 2012 and Bluebeam Revu cad version. Restarted m'puter and Message pops up, then CAD closes. Very counter productive.

Due to a "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c0000417h" my AutoCAD 2014 crashes every time I try to print a dwg to pdf.
It seems to only occur if I print one of any number of files within a particular/specific folder.
Things I am still able to do:
I can publish the very same drawings to pdf.
I can print a dwg to pdf if it is within a different folder.
I am using AutoCad 2000 on Windows XP - and have had no problems for years. today - I went to print out a drawing, and when clicking on plot - or plot preview, it gave me: Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 5e2c36h. I thought it was just this one file, but none of the existing drawings I open will print. And they have always printed.

I've set up a drop down menu with various page setups coming from another file (-psetupin).
If I initiate a page setup for our Plotter or Printer, everything works fine. If I initiate a page setup for the 'dwg to pdf.pc3', I get the error listed above. I don't understand why, it worked fine not too long ago. Also, if I manually create a page setup with the same 'dwg to pdf.pc3' it works fine...

When I open a second file both go super slow. I didnt have this problem with 2013.
It often then crashes the recent error no is d686468fh.
I started the drawing I have been working on for the last couple of days. I went to save it and this is what I got:

Every time I reload the program the numbers are different.
When I load a different drawing I don't have the problem.

I have Autocad LT 2007 running on a PC with Windows 7.I am having problem with creating layers or just working with layers.I get this error message:
Fatal Error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7585c41fh
The second part of the message "at 7585c41fh" is different sometimes, but the first part is always the same.Then Autocad shuts down.
I am currently using ACAD Civil 3D 2014. When I am in paper space and try to plot I get a Fatal Error before I even get to the plot menu. This is only happening in 2 specific drawings and I've done a purge, audit and drawing recovery. With 8GB of Ram there should be more then enough to at least plot a 5MB drawing.

I got 2 layouts from the same model space, the first one can be converted just as usual but when I`m trying to plot the second one I`m getting a fatal error. I already tried to copy it into a new layout and tried different PDFcreators such as PDF24 but it`s always the same. There are no special elements or such things in the layout. Ok so I just found out that the problem is the transparency because i can plot it without but i never had that problem before, i even plotted a drawing with transparency today.

AutoCAD crashes with FATAL ERROR on the last line.
Sometimes 3D orbit works perfect, and sometimes it causes a fatal error before you even get started with it. I originally thought it was just large 3D objects causing it, but now I think it's just a 2014 issue...because I've had simple 3d surfaces (3d polyline with a surface) that have caused it to crash, yet have other larger surfaces that orbit without issue. I'm mostly using it to compare 3D polylines to surfaces, usually on as built alignments that we're working on.

I cannot print my layouts to pdf. Every time there is a fatal error.
It goes like this:
1. Open any drawing.
2. Select any layout.
3. File > Plot > Select PDF as printer/plotter
4. Click OK
5. Plot job progress bar appears
6. Fatal Error Message
7. Total crash, AutoCAD closes

It is with every drawing, different drawings, every time. It started suddenly.
I am using LT 2013. I used to have 2008. I got similar errors using 2008. I uninstalled it (after trying repair reinstall, which failed to correct the problem) and reinstalled windows, and upgraded to 2013. The problem was gone for a time and has just now restarted.
