Just installed Map 3D 2012 and Bluebeam Revu cad version. Restarted m'puter and Message pops up, then CAD closes. Very counter productive.

This is happening in both Map 3D 2011 and Civil 3D 2011 directly on startup and I can seem to get a straight answer as to what is causing this, or how to fix it. The automatic response was to download a fix for the language pack, but that didnt work. Standard AutoCAD 2011 works without any issues, same with ecotect.
Ive already uninstalled and re-installed both of the problem programs.
Im running Win 7 Pro 64-bit.
I have CS5 and lately I have been getting this error message: "could not initialize photoshop because there is not enough ram." I have a new computer that is running Windows 8 and has 32 Gigabytes of ram. Whatever the problem actually is, it's not because I don't have enough ram! I can fix it for a while by reboting my computer.

This is my problem while loading the program
i have 2 NTFS partitions on one harddisk
first the primary scratchdisk was "startup"
then i changed primary scratchdisk to d:/ and secondary to c:/
After restart my problem occurd
Reinstalling Photoshop could not solve the problem, it kept the same error message
only after totally reinstalling windows XP prof. i could use the program again
For now i do not set any scratchdisks
My harddisk is ok with no bad sectors
I am getting Error 1603. Fatal error during installation while installing photoshop Cs 6.

I had x1 Illustrator file open at the same time as I launched the Ps app. I had to close the .ai file and re-try opening Photoshop again. There are a lot of little glitches with CS6 that I'm encountering more & more of. Is this common? or just a local problem with my hardware?I'm running Windows XP (32bit) with the latest service pack, & all CS6 apps were downloaded via Adobe Application manager.

However, I had not used it for a couple of months because I was using the CS6 beta, which finally expired. When I tried to open PSE9, the splash screen loads fine and finishes loading everything, but when it disappears I get a dialog of "Cannot open Photoshop Elements because of a program error."
This is while running on my main admin account. It opens normally on another admin account which I do not use often, except for some text encoding issues which were not present before.
i coded this simple utility that allows the user to edit some dbtext without using the mouse (after selection).
It works but sometimes, it seems randomly, i get a fatal error.

The run function it's called from a commandmethod with the CommandFlags.Session flag.
I keep on getting the fatal error messages like FATAL ERROR: unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at 1a89fc50h, when doing simple commands such as move, copy or selecting objects. It has also occurred when I've tried to save. They can occur up to 4 times a day .
I have tried emptying my temp folders and I've ensured my copy of AutoCAD 2011 LT is up to date but these are only temporary solutions as a few days later they will appear again.
I get a fatal error (attached) when I hover over an mpolygon in a dwg file (also attached).
Map 3D 2011, SP2, Win 7 pro 64 bit.
I have tried audit - it did not fix the problem.
Due to a "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c0000417h" my AutoCAD 2014 crashes every time I try to print a dwg to pdf.
It seems to only occur if I print one of any number of files within a particular/specific folder.
Things I am still able to do:
I can publish the very same drawings to pdf.
I can print a dwg to pdf if it is within a different folder.
I am using AutoCad 2000 on Windows XP - and have had no problems for years. today - I went to print out a drawing, and when clicking on plot - or plot preview, it gave me: Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 5e2c36h. I thought it was just this one file, but none of the existing drawings I open will print. And they have always printed.

I've set up a drop down menu with various page setups coming from another file (-psetupin).
If I initiate a page setup for our Plotter or Printer, everything works fine. If I initiate a page setup for the 'dwg to pdf.pc3', I get the error listed above. I don't understand why, it worked fine not too long ago. Also, if I manually create a page setup with the same 'dwg to pdf.pc3' it works fine...

After not having much luck with the last video card, I changed my video card to a device with the Philips 713x chipset
Now when I select video capture I get the following message:
failed to initialize the video capture plugin
Open driver failed

cannot create the video capture filter
I have just installed card (SAA7130 TV PCI card) with latest drivers excluding the software so Video Studio 12 pro is the only capture software on the machine . I also re-installed both card and Video Studio after doing a complete system restore and used CC cleaner to remove any residual data before re-installing.
I need to use video capture within the Video Studio software as I need to use the scene detection functionality.The reason I had to change the card in the first place is that video studio only allowed me to capture in AVI 320x240 and gave 'capture failed' errors with anything else.

The operating system is windows 7 64 bit. I have "Magix movie edit pro 17" and "Cyberlink Video Director" and both of these programs work with the same device and capture. Neather one of these applications are running while using Video Studio. I checked and nothing else is utilizing this USB WDM 2860 device. I reinstalled the software, installed the patches, and uninstalled the USB drivers and reinstalled them.

Which file are they referring to "unlock"? And I don't see an option in Windows Explorer that allows you to "unlock" a file.
This problem started after I improperly tried to create a new scratch disk. I can't get back into Photo shop to recreate a proper scratch disk.
I have recently moved to 2014Lt.
When I open a second file both go super slow. I didnt have this problem with 2013.

I started the drawing I have been working on for the last couple of days. I went to save it and this is what I got:

I have Autocad LT 2007 running on a PC with Windows 7.I am having problem with creating layers or just working with layers.I get this error message:
Fatal Error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7585c41fh
The second part of the message "at 7585c41fh" is different sometimes, but the first part is always the same.Then Autocad shuts down.
I am currently using ACAD Civil 3D 2014. When I am in paper space and try to plot I get a Fatal Error before I even get to the plot menu. This is only happening in 2 specific drawings and I've done a purge, audit and drawing recovery. With 8GB of Ram there should be more then enough to at least plot a 5MB drawing.

I got 2 layouts from the same model space, the first one can be converted just as usual but when I`m trying to plot the second one I`m getting a fatal error. I already tried to copy it into a new layout and tried different PDFcreators such as PDF24 but it`s always the same. There are no special elements or such things in the layout. Ok so I just found out that the problem is the transparency because i can plot it without but i never had that problem before, i even plotted a drawing with transparency today.

AutoCAD crashes with FATAL ERROR on the last line.
Sometimes 3D orbit works perfect, and sometimes it causes a fatal error before you even get started with it. I originally thought it was just large 3D objects causing it, but now I think it's just a 2014 issue...because I've had simple 3d surfaces (3d polyline with a surface) that have caused it to crash, yet have other larger surfaces that orbit without issue. I'm mostly using it to compare 3D polylines to surfaces, usually on as built alignments that we're working on.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI'm working in Civil 3D 2013 and am attempting to bring in notes and blocks from a .dwt, using DesignCenter. As soon as I drag a block into my current drawing I receive a fatal error message and Civil 3D closes. I do get the option to save a recover file.
