AutoCAD 2013 :: Recovering Navigation Tools

I have in this moment a drawing displaying a layout with 2 Viewports. One of the them has only the View Cube even that the Navigation Bar under the User interface is checked out -greyout anyways as you can see in the Word Document-
In the other viewport, even that the it is active, I do not have neither the View Cube or the Navigation Bar. How is possible to recover these tools and display them in the active Viewport in the Layout that I am currently on.
I am attaching a Word Document that shows better the problem that I am having now.

when i open the lighting filter, the anchor points and the elliptical navigation tools don't appear.is there anywhere on photoshop i can activate to show them.

I can not run purge or recover on the attached drawing file or it will crash autocad. When I run audit it says no errors are found. I don't have access to older versions of ACAD to test this on and the file is dated back in 2008 but not sure which version of ACAD it was created in.
This is the only copy of the file. I've opened it and added some linework and saved it as a newer drawing only to have the same results. The attached file is the unaltered version. I have one other file that I'm having the same issue with as well.

Using Autocad - I am not a designer or engineer so have no experience using the software. I am working on a translation of an autocad file. However when I open the document I can only see the 'front page' of the document and Can't find any way to navigate through the different pages (even if I know there should be a lot more than 1 page)
I realise it sounds like a stupid request, but as mentioned, I have no experience with this software.

I'm new to AutoCAD 2013 and I am unable to create new viewports from the "layout" or "paperspace" tabs. The "Model Viewports" are on the navigation bar (the one at the top) but are grayed out and thus unusable and the typical "Viewports" menu from my AutoCAD 2011 (last version I had/used) is not there. I can open the viewports menu from toolbars but am unable to dock it into the navigation bar.

When I search on Express Tools in the Help section I am told to type EXPRESS TOOLS int the Command Line. That produces the error msg. no such command.

Using Autocad 2013 I'm having this massive slow down when I choose a tool such as trim. All I have to do is select the trim (or chamfer etc) button for example and it's as though I get a framerate of about 5. I've never had a problem in 2012.
Rough pc specs:
win7 x64
8gb ram
i3-2100 3.1ghz
amd radeon hd 6700 (latest drivers installed)
The pc specs are fine - perhaps an issue with the graphic card?

Units of objects from the tools palettes, I’m wondering in which unit does the objects of the tool palettes are inserted. For example, as my drawing unit is meter, I need them to be inserted in meter to fit well with my drawing.

I maintain our enterprise tool palette so all others have read-only access. I keep the entire tool palette structure on a network drive, of course, so all have access to it. This works fine for all networked desktop computers but we have several laptops that are not always networked so i have copied all the necessary files, including the entire tool palette structure, to the hard drives of these laptops every time i update the palettes.
I recently added a new tool/icon to our palettes so i copied the palettes directory structure from our network drive to the local hard drives but, even after an AutoCAD reboot, the new tool does not show up.

Initially we got an error message stating: "error: no function definition: VLAX-USER-PRODUCT-KEY".We did some trouble shooting ourselves with information obtained via several web searches, involving the following:
1) Adding .fas files from the Express directory to the appload.
2) Reloading the acetmain.cuix via menuload (had to unload it first, since it was apparently already loaded)
3) Removing and re-adding Express Tools via Programs & Features (Add/Remove programs)
4) Reinstalling AutoCAD 2014
5) Running (vl-load-com) from the command line (no effect)
6) Running expressmenu and expresstools from the commandline (says it's successful).
then we are now getting "error: no function definition: VLAX-MACHINE-PRODUCT-KEY"..The registry keys appear to be OK, and I am seriously at the end of my tether. I have pretty much tried everything I could find to no avail.

I just loaded AutoCAD 2013 and have loaded Express tools but can't access the tools.
I get a message when I open dwgs "**Express Tools** - Unable to load acetutil.arx"
In fact I can't load any .arx files.

I have loaded the Express Tools as here [URL] .... says. The Express Tools appear in my menu bar like normal, but when i try to do anything with any of them —FLATTEN, for instance— autocad does not recognize any.
I am running on Windows 8, Autocad Student Version language Spanish.

finally I got my express tools ribbon but a lot of commands are missing....REDIR for example....
Don't tell me to reinstall AutoCAD Architcture because I already did it twice!
Don't tell my to select the acetmain.cuix by CUILOAD...because..
I also tried the menuload and the appload command but won't load every single lisp routine
from the express folder...can you imagine how many lisp routines the Express Folder has....
AutoCAD Architecture hasn't got such problems with Express Tools.....

I am having trouble with my lines connecting...have tried adjusting the line effects, edge mode, jitter, line extension...but Trim and Facet are not working with certain lines not connecting or not trimming. I attached my dwg file.

I was working on my .idw and my autodesk inventor 2012 fatal errored on me. Well when I re-opened the program and drawing all my work was gone. Does inventor have a back up file like autocad. I know autocad had 2 back up files (.sv$ and .bak). Does inventor have anything like that?

So I spent 4 days working on a profile last week. And this morning I opened it up and accidentally erased the alignment, saved and closed the drawing (I must have thought it was in another drawing, and I wasn't paying attention).
Now the profile is gone and I'm wondering if I can open up a drawing that was saved before I did this mix up. I checked my autosave path, but the path doesn't exist. So I don't know where it's be autosaving to.

I instal form SDK User Tools because I need in Inventor Drawing Tools (Revision cloud). I do this install like on website Autodesk show and I didn't get it on ribbon. I do also registry of this plugin but I also didn't get it.
I used Invenbtor 2013 with servce pack.

If I were to work on a file and proceed to close it and then re-open it with the intent of undoing or recovering information, is there anyway to do this?
It may be useful for me and others to know if there is a way round in case this does happen.

Needed to purge items in a drawing to recover a drawing in order to repair corruption within it it. I purged and audited the drawing in question and then created a block or the drawing elements which I imported to a new drawing sheet. That's great, all is well but.....obviously (now) the only layers, dimscale,etc. items I normally use in my template sheet are gone and only the items remaining after the purge are the ones that were in my original drawing.
How can I, or can I replace my normal full layer list, dim settings, blocks, etc?

I'm using GIMP in my own language so the tools names translation might not be 100% accurate.
Been using GIMP (2.8 and just switched to the latest one) for a while now, it's been nearly a year on this PC (Windows 7 64 bit, relatively recent hardware, 8 Gb of RAM, etc.) and it's worked smoothly up until a couple of days ago when it stopped working as intended all of a sudden for some reason.
Whether I use my Wacom tablet or the mouse none of the tools that normally allow you to draw (pencil, brush, airbrush, etc.) work anymore (cropping, distorting the image and the likes work fine though), doesn't matter if it's a brand new document or an old file.
The funny thing is that when I go to the "Edit" menu it'll allow me to rollback and undo whatever I did with the aforementioned tools, even though there's no trace of it on the empty canvas itself.
I tried to uninstall and install the software back but it didn't do the trick.This is really irking me as I'm working on an illustration that is due in a week and I basically had to stop working on it altogether because I haven't been able to get rid of this problem (also I can't seem to find anything about this specific issue on the net).

On one computer, when we use ET>Text Mask, the result is that the mask hides the text. I can select the text/mask but they seem to be in the wrong draw order. I used the TextToFront command and this didn't fix it.

When panning/zooming in mid-command, say while drawing a polyline and I need to pan from one side to the other to complete the line, my navigation bar disappears. Very annoying. If I change layouts, then come back, the navigation bar reappears. When I click the User Interface, under the View ribbon, the navigation bar is checked. Unchecking and rechecking causes the navigation bar to reappear. Running Autocad LT 2011.
