I've a very strong virus auto alert message in my Autocad 2007 -2011, i try to re installed the product and clear the registry editor as well as change all the AutoCad version, i also try to scan with Kaspersky and Avast but none of them can catch the virus. 1.While opening any file an alert message is appearing on the screen, for closing the same I Have to use ( X) close many times.
2 After opening the file every time I have to set the AUTOcad default setting once again, it is taking too much time,

Using PS CS3, I opened a few JPG images taken with a Nikon D100 a few years ago. I copy/pasted one image on top of another, flattened it and saved as a PSD. Later on, when I double-click on the PSD, PS opens and I get a script alert:
"Nikon Corp, Nikon D100, was used to shoot this file!"
The original JPEGs were of course shot with the D100, but the PSD certainly was not.
if I leave PS open, close the file and double-click it again, the same message does not appear. But if I close PS and then repeat the above, the message re-appears. Which leaves me with two questions:
1. What's the point of this misleading message?
2. How do I get rid of it, permanently?

I've made actions in Photoshop before but never really anything other than recording my mouse movements & keystrokes.
Many of the actions i download have many more bells & whistles in them.
I'm really looking to have a msgbox pop up saying ...
eg NOW SET HUE/SAT TO REQUIRED SETTINGS
& have the hue & sat setting pop up so they could enter a setting
then the action would continue.
Could anyone offer any links or book reccomendations to help me built more complicated actions please?

Therefore, my question is, is there a way to turn that alert off or suppress it?

when i try to open my 2011 inventor program which ive been running for months now i get an error message. and the program refuses to open. "Error in Inventor Undo Folder: Please Make Correction" any ways to fix this so i can get back to work. and i should add that i am not a computer genius im a furniture designer.

Now with version 2010, all of the fractions (where this command was used) display as a question mark. my user has AutoCAD Inventor 2010 and she wants to open a file created using AutoCAD 2007 but always failed with the error message that system running on low memory then Autocad will close. The file can be open without problem using AutoCAD 2007. I'd tried using a computer with Xeon Processor and 4 GB RAM but still facing the same problem so I guessed it's not the hardware problem. Is it a bug and how to solve it?

The printing company requires:
500 DPI (More of a recommendation)
CMYK
A5 148mm x 210mm without bleed 152mm x 214mm with bleed
PDF file as the end file type (Preferred, not required)
Now, I have set my document to 500 DPI, CMYK and 152mm x 214mm but I'm not sure if I need to set my color library to something else? Also, I notice that some colors don't appear to be very strong, like red for example, it looks very washed out.
I'm new to Animate and just having a play making an animated Christmas card. Problem is all the symbols look fine if you go into each one in isolation, but when you are on the stage everything looks as though it's about a 50% tint of what it should be.
Animation plays as I want, just a lot paler that it should be. I've tried adding a strong colour above all my layers and the same thing happens...
I downloaded the installer for AutoCAD 2012 and when I went to install it, it told me I can't because there are already AutoCAD applications on my mac. So I ran the uninstaller for 2011, and it's still giving me the same message.

I entered my serial number and product key, and it said that it was suceesfully installed. It even launched, however now when I launch Autocad 2012 the start up screen appears, it says its initialzing, it loads then nothing appears on my screen or even my taskbar, I'm running Windows 7 professional 32 bit.

"FATAL ERROR - Out of memory - shutting down" message comes up every time. Hatching by selecting an object works fine but most of time this option is unusable.

View 9 Replies View RelatedOur structural firm is using 2011, and our office has received drawings that came out of 2014 twice in the past week (from separate arch clients). In both instances, we back-converted using DWG TrueView 2014, but upon opening in ACAD, none of the walls were showing up (although they do appear in the preview). One of my other drafters dealt with it the first time, and got it resolved, although I didn't get specifics on how. Naturally, the second time it happened, she was out, so I am seeing if the architect can back-save to 2010 on their end and send the file.
While waiting on that, I tried QSelect in the offending file, and in the list of items that comes up, there was, amid the usual Text, Line, Pline, Block, etc., something called ACAD_PROXY_ENTITY. I selected all (nothing was visible, however--usually you see grips at least when you QSelect things), then exploded, and the walls showed up.
I have had somewhat similar odd behavior from drawings coming from I think ADT (do they still make ADT?), where things like walls, doors and windows come in as something block-like (I think AEC OBJECTS?), and we have to explode them in order to control color and visibility of their constituent parts. Perhaps this is something similar?
At any rate, this seems like something that either shouldn't be happening, or that has a more obvious fix than having to qselect and explode invisible things to get them to show up.
