AutoCAD 2010 :: Hatching Displayed Differently

I am working with Autocad 2011 and I have a problem with the geometry display. The block I created was a dynamic block of a concrete nail we use in surveying. The circle is created with two lines crisscrossing each other so as to create 4 quadrants within it. I also created it with visibility states and a lookup parameter for scaling to the appropriate size according to the drawing scale. The visibility state is for "Found state" and a "Placed state". For the found state 2 of the 4 quadrants are filled in(using a hatch pattern) and for the placed state all 4 quadrants are cleared. What is happening is the hatch pattern is changing to different quadrants of the circle depending on what scale you chose from the lookup scale list.

I'm having a bit of trouble with Photoshop. Colors are displayed differently, than in other programs (Paint, Firefox etc...), which makes it impossible for me to design anything. I tried restoring my settings by holding Ctrl + Alt + Shift on start up and it's still the same. I also tried re-installing Photoshop.

I am trying to use our standard room name block in two new files from a client but it is not showing up the way it is supposed to. It looks like a totally different font. I have checked the text options box and it says it's "romans", just like it is supposed to, but it does not look right. It also does it with regular mtext that I copy in from another file. Once I change it back it looks right, but when I pull it in, it defaults to Romans and @arialunicode MS. I'm assuminng that's what the block is doing as well, but how do I fix that?

So i'm trying to place a solid hatch inside a circle. AutoCAD seems to ask all the questions but then doesn't add the hatching. I tried ansi31 hatching and there is no difference. Current layer is on, color that should be seen.

I've noticed when I try to hatch something it will regen model every time after I select boundaries.
Below is from command line. How can I turn it off?
Command: BH HATCH
Pick internal point or [Select objects/seTtings]: S

Never had this issue when running past versions of Autocad but every time i try and hatch using 'pick internal points' the program crashes. "FATAL ERROR - Out of memory - shutting down" message comes up every time. Hatching by selecting an object works fine but most of time this option is unusable.

My AutoCAD 2012 freezes almost evertime when I do hatching. It doesnt matter the size of the drawing nor the type of hatch i use. It freezes while I try to pick boundary points. When it freezes, I cant even move the curser. I need to restart it from the hub.
What could be the issue? Whats spec on my computer do I need maybe?
Also with the Recovery Management, it takes like forever to try and recover a drawing.

Attempting to hatch (walls, in this case). This screenshot is just after I enter the Hatch command...... And this is what happens when I click inside the wall to be hatched. This is the exact same sceen, one mouse click later:
... This seems to be my green text somehow suddenly expanding in size. This then prevents the hatch from being properly applied. THe green text is all annotative, seems to be MLeader, and also happens when I have an MLeader with a block / attirbute (ie, in the first image I have a "W6" block in a diamond multileader.
To avoid this I have been usind Layiso / Layuniso but this takes time & doesn't automatically 'cut out' the hatch if there is text in the way.

I have the problem that the text in text boxes and measurements are displayed wrong. They are somehow mirrored. I tried to many settings but still it didn't changed. To show the problem better I added a picture of the problem.
I use Autocad 2013 on a 64 Bit Win 7 Professional SP1.

We are using an iFilter that reads DWG files but it only seems to get text displayed in a TrueType font. Can you reccommend an iFilter that reads/indexes/catalogs all the text on a DWG file no matter the font?

Using 2008LT/2012LT...I am working on a job that is being done in phases. I want to show one phase as per pen assignments and other phases in a grayscale. Is there a way to do this when plotting or do I have to change the viewport display individually for the grayscale vps?

Many many times have i used the stretch command without any dramas. I now have a new PC with AUTOCAD 2010. Since the upgrade my stretch command seems to act differently.
If i go to stretch a polyline with some sort of arc joined. no part of the arc inside the window will move.
Please see the picture atatched for better detail.

Normally when I hit move or copy there cursor will change to a square and I can click single items for the command. If I enter "c" on the command line and change to the cross cursor I can select multiple objects by clicking and dragging.
In some drawing the cursor will not change to a square and I can not enter "c" on the command line. I can select single objects but the cursor becomes the standard windows arrow.
Is there a setting / variable in the drawing that can affect this?

I was upgraded to version 14 on Friday, and when I opened my drawing that was started in version 2011, the parcel that I created looks different, and not in a good way. My parcel boundary now appears as if it were a polyline with linetype generation is enabled, whereas in previous versions, linetype generation would reset at each vertex. How do I change the way my parcel segments display in version 14?

I have a base drawing with all my pipe networks data referenced in. When I xref this drawing into out drawings some of the pipe styles and structure styles are displaying differently than in the base file. Both drawings have same parts lists and styles.

The hatching appears in model space and paper space, except when i print from paper space, to PDF for example, the hatching disappears. why you can see the hatching in paper space but when you print to PDF it doesn't come out.

We have some VIPs coming to see our new waste treatment facility. I was asked to make a pretty picture for them. So I started to hactch our site plan. Roads with gravel, grass, solid for tanks. They wanted more... So i changed tanks and grass to gradients and that was ok. When I tried to change the roads to a gradient, the tanks and grass became the new gradient and the road diappeared (blank). This is in ACAD 2013. I tried to do it in 2012 and the system crashed. When I restarted ACAD asked to send error message. The road is outlined in a polyline, as are all other objects beacause I have learned that ACAD can't handle the pick area unless it is a very small area. So I have lots of extra lines that are on defpoints or a separate layer, and hatches on their own layer.

AutoCAD generates gaps to my drawing, sometimes there is NO gap and then it says there is when I'm selection new are to hatch (puts the red circle to old place where it didn't earlier say there is gap!). I have tried to use Gap Tolerance tool first with value of 10 but it didn't work. After that I changed it to 1000 and it worked but the hatch area wasn't good. I also tried to pull line over other and trim it, didn't work either. Used also join but it didn't work.
I have used object snap always when I drew the picture. I have zoomed as much I can and there is no gaps.

Web albums created by Lightroom flash a white page prior to each new image when viewed in Chrome. The same web album does not flash a white page when viewed in Internet Explorer.
Is there a setting or way to make Chrome show Lightroom web album images without flashing a white page as described? A test website can be found at URL....

when I send an image from Lightroom 4.3 to Photoshop CS6 (CMD+E), it renders slightly differently. I notice Photoshop (CR) seems to not apply the lens correction profile I apply in Lightroom. Sometimes it seems the luminosity of the image too is slightly off, but updating the image preview in Lightroom seems to fix this (but not the lens profile issue). I thought it was a monitor color profile problem, but what has it to do with the lens profile correction? To me, it just seems Photoshop renders the dng differently than Lightroom.
I'm on a Mac and everything is updated to the latest release (both Adobe and OSX), so I don't think there should be a compatibility problem between software versions..

I've got a hatching problem...whenever I try to use a "dot" hatching...at a scale of 50.000....I tend to get this wierd white spots on different areas...and it seems to flush with the MLeaders...(See Attached Image).

We are using section views in our drawings. However, we don’t want any hatching to show up. I’ve scoured the hatch libraries and hatch documentation and I have not been able to figure out how to turn hatching off, or alternatively to create a hatch style that is blank. My attempt at creating a blank hatching file is attached, but it didn’t work.
How can I turn off hatching or create a 'blank' .pat?

When a co-worker is trying to hatch using pick point, multiple red circles start appearing and choke up the program. He is not even picking inside the area where these gap indication circles are appearing. I have had him adjust the hatch gap tolerance but am wondering if I can turn off this behavior entirely?

I have small problem. When I use hatch on certain area it also wants to hatch one closed area ,however other closed areas do not hatch. I rechecked , remade the closed area which is hatched along side with the area I really need to hatch. So how can I isolate that little area? Or what is the problem?

Is it possible to change the cut and fill pattern from solid bands of colour to bands of colour cross hatch (for example)? The reason for this is, when printing the drawing uses a lot of ink.
