I'm using 3dsMax 2010 on a 64 bit computer.
It is possible to import WRL on a 32 bit computer unfortunately it doest not on a 64 bit.
Now, I would like to know if 3dsMax 2012 on 64 bit can import WRL?

What I'm trying to do is have the top of the text square blocked and the bottom curved. The logo would look like it's sitting on a half moon crescent.
View 3 Replies View RelatedOn PC_71, While ploting(creating the pdf via autocad) the pdf,its everytime coming in portait format but we want in landscape format.
On PC_71, if we create the pdf of any document by our Adobe pdf printer PRT13 then its creating pdf properly for both portait and landscape format . But for any autocad drawing file , the pdf printer PRT13 is not creating in landscape format.
I also cross-checked all plot setting with other proper working PC , its same then also its behave differently.
And if we create pdf on any other PC then its creating the pdf properly for any drawing but not on PC_71.
Also 1 more typical point I noticed that if we delete any pdf file from PC_71, then after refreshing its again appeared on same location.
Note - We are using:
Software : Autocad 2012-64Bit , Naviswork 2013 , Inventor Ultimate 2014-64 Bit , Bentley Autoplant V8i - SS4 version : 8.11.9.140 ,MS-Office 2010 - 64 Bit.

I have a Fedora 17 distro installed on a couple of different machines. I am unable to open pictures and scans, I have, which are in 'jpeg/jpg' format. I understand the saving/exporting thing, but I am unable to even open them.
I am using Kernel 3.6.6-1.fc17.x86_64 and Gnome 3.4.2. The version of Gimp I am using is 2.8.2-6.fc17.
Well, I was playing around with Xara's own EPS format and went to load one into another XDP document and..But no worries, Illustrator can open it for editing...

I have loads (gigs) of .png textures that I need to use in Illustrator CS6. But it will not let me import them using hte texturizer. Is it possible to use .png textures in CS6, if so how do I import .png textures into CS6?
As an alternative, is there a website that offers free .psd textrues for personal use in CS6. I am currently re-creating a a map with poor pixelation and I need a lot of natural (stone, dirt, rock, marble, etc..) textures and building textures for a medieval atmosphere.
When I try to import photos onto lightroom on my external hard dring using my pc the file preview images won't show up and at the end of importing there are no files in my folder. However. when I go to class we use Mac computers and I have no issues importing. We reformatting our external hard drives the first day of class so we could use them on both PCs and Macs. Not sure if its my computer not able to read the RAW format or what.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI was trying to import the new Photoshop CS6 file format .psb in LR4.1. It does not work. Is that correct?
If yes, is there an other way to import files (over 25'000 pixel length) in LR4.1 or is there a possibility to use the old .psd format (wich I used under CS4) or other Photoshop file format? It looks that the .psd file format (CS6) has a limitation.
I am getting a File Format Mismatch error when I try to import .jpg , .png or .bmp files into Video Studio 5x. and 6x (trial version).If I try using the file menu (Insert media file to time linephoto), I get an error dialog that tells me I can't insert the file because of a few different reasons.
If I try using the Import Media Files folder icon, I get a File Format Mismatch Error. I can open these files with MS Paint as well as Paint Shop Pro so there is no issue with the files themselves. Also, if I just drag and drop the files from File Explore to the StoryBoard frame, I don't get any errors and I can render my video. Since I have two copies, I installed one on my vista machine and I don't get that error. I can import .avi movie and .mpg files with no error.
I also installed Service Pack 1 for Video Studio 5x. I am running Win7 64 bit home premium SP1.

When importing 300 raw pictures from the camera with LR5, the software crashes 10(!) times. I import the pictuers to a external HDD. The pictures where converted to the DNG-format.
When importing with the photoloader from mac os x everything went fine.
I have been using a trial version of LR 4 and would like to know if LR can use the format of "MM-DD-YY" for the subfolder of the destination folder. My many years of files are organized by the "YYYY" top folder then "MM-YY" then by date of shooting, "MM-DD-YY" within the corresponding month. Is this possible or must I continue to rename the folders after import?

After I import a clip, if I try to play it to sample which file it is, it causes a problem with corel and it has to shut down. If I pull the video into the timeline it plays just fine. I checked my update and everything is up to date with video studio and it says it handles .mod files, but I do not understand why it is freezing then shutting down the program.

The template files I am working with are from WDOT and have many items set up including Point Styles, Label Styles, Description Key Sets, Figure Styles and Layers. I am having trouble figuring out exactly what each of these control/do what I need to create. I know that WDOT uses C3D for design and they translate survey from Cacie to C3D.
I have setup an Equipment Database and Linework Code Set that matches how we code things in the field (Begin=ST, Begin/End Curve= PC/PT, etc.). I am confused as to what exactly the Figure Prefix Database does and how it relates to the other Styles. I have put these in a network folder.
My first attempt using Import Survey Data with the latest WDOT .dwt file produces lines (survey figure) that are all Style=Standard and Layer=0. The points (Cogo Point) are all Style=P RW Circle Filled and Layer=P_MISC.
I also tried the same procedure on an earlier version (Dec. 2011) of the .dwt. This produced lines that had the correct Style and Layer. The points that were NOT shots taking along linework (such as a ground shot, manhole, sign) came in with the correct Style and Layer. What is wrong are the points (shots) that are along the lines (edge of sidewalk, storm sewer, edge of lane) have the Style=<default> (which shows as the P RW Circle Filled symbol) and Layer=P_MISC.
This is all overwhelming me. I feel that it is fairly close though, using the old template.I am not sure what would have changed between the two to produce such different outputs.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to import a ProE created STP or STEP file of a solid model into 2012. STP does not seem to be an option under format types. AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 seems to import the file just fine and it looks and act like a solid. I saved the file out in dwg format. When I try to import the dwg file into Inventor or just open it, a "styles conflict" dialog box comes up even though the dwg file being imported and the ipt file being used are the standard versions that come with the programs. If I click OK an idw file opens displaying a blank sheet. Then Inventor acts like it is done with the task.

View 4 Replies View RelatedWe have an iMac workstation here running Premiere that will not open projects or import clips. Here's the sequence of events that led to this:
1. Premiere was locking up on the splash screen whenever it got to "ImporterQuicktime.bundle". I tried trashing preferences and launching with plug-ins disabled and received the same freeze. Based on forum recommendations I removed "ImporterQuicktime.bundle" and "ExporterQuickTimeHost.bundle" from the plug-ins folder inside the package. The software launched fine - but none of the Quicktime files in the project were working. So I then took copies of the above 2 files from the iMac next to this one, with the exact same configuration, and pasted them into the plug-ins folder. Since then - launching the software has generated the below errors.
2. Attempting to open any project gives a long error that starts as: The preset used by one or more sequences in this project requires third-party components that could not be located.
3. Starting a new project and attempting to drag any Quicktime ProRes media into the project gives the error: File Format not supported.
I have trashed the preferences, re-installed the Pro Apps Quicktime Codecs, de-authorized the computer and re-authorized it, and upgraded Adobe Premiere from 7.0 to 7.2. None of which fixed the issue.
I'm thinking about trying a complete re-install of Premiere next.

I'm using Map 3D 2012 with Oracle 11g. I created an enterprise project with an industry model with water and wastewater modules. After this i created my feature classes and defined the utility model linking the geometry feature class to the attribute ones (ex: WA_POINT to WA_ARMATURE, WA_VALVE, WA_HYDRANT etc.).
At this moment i have to import a large amount of data from *.shp or *.sdf files, but theese files contain geometric and attribute data together.
How can i import the geometry from the shp or sdf file to the geometry feature class (ex: WA_POINT) and the attributes to the attribute feature class (ex: WA_VALVE), while creating the reference between the geometry and attribute feature classes?
I tried bulk-copying the geometry, but it doesn't create the coresponding attribute feature.
I'm trying to import a ploting style from one of the drawing to another from my AutoCAD LT 2012.
