Photoshop :: Curved (beizer Interpolated) Freehand Painting?
Jul 30, 2005I am using PS 7.0, and what I would like to be able to do use the paint tool, but have it connect the mouse samples (or in this case wacom tablet samples) with a bezier curve instead of a straight line. This is necessary because the sampling on the wacom is not good enough for fast drawing/painting, and the problem becomes much much worse when working zoomed out at 25% or so when working on a large canvas. Is this possible? The image editor that Macromedia makes for working with flash (I forget what it's called now) can do this, so it shouldn't be too hard, right? What about photoshop CS?

I've noticed new issue with iRay: When glosiness of refractions is lower than 1 the SHADOW isn't correct - looks like casted by non-transparent object.
I'm sure it's not caused by "non shaped" light source, I've tried with daylight system and with Photometic shape-visible light.
I've attached ZIPped file to illustrate that problem, and a test renderings I've made.

3ds Max :: Arch And Design Material Refraction Shows As Thin-walled In Preview When Set To Solid
Nov 26, 2012recently i got a new workstation at work, and i am puzzled with one problem. I made a clean installation of Max, ran it, and started to work, but for some reason, my material thumbnail shows refraction of A&D material as thin walled even when it is set to solid.
I tried to uninstall max, wipe max directory and user folders in Appdata/Local/Autodesk, reinstall everything again
Happens both in slate and compact ME.
Core i7 870 @3,2Ghz
16GB RAM
GeForce GTX460
3ds Max 2012 SP2
OCZ Vertex 2 SSD
InDesign :: Form Options Not Reflected In PDF
Mar 28, 2014I'm creating a PDF form in InDesign (9.2.1), and have used the Buttons and Forms palette to set options such as Multiline and Scrollable, but these are not being exported in the PDF.
I'm using the Interactive PDF export option, and I've tried quitting/restarting InDesign, and Acrobat Pro, but no luck: when the PDF is exported, the options aren't 'attached' to the PDF fields and I have to manually apply them again in Acrobat Pro. My form is 12 pages long, and having re-set these options in Acrobat is going to be both time consuming, and a duplication of effort!
AutoCAD Inventor :: Page Numbers Reflected In BOM?
Jul 26, 2013When I do a detailed set of drawings I first start with the overall and ballon the part showing the BOM. The following pages will reflect the detailed parts balloned on the first page. Is there a way, without haveing to manually type in the BOM, to reference which page this detail is on in the BOM?

Jun 13, 2012I have one of the floors in our building doing something wacky. The 5th floor reflected ceiling plan looks fine so I create detail plans for the suites at a different scale. this new suite blowup has what looks to be the same suite but everything is greyed out and when i switch from coarse detail to fine detail it doesn't do a thing.
The orignal full reflected ceiling plan looks fine. The line are black. The detail swithces back and forth... I can;t figure out what the problem could be. I used the same process on other floor and everyting is OK. The View Ranges are the same and everthing else in the properties seem the same too.

Jan 13, 2013I'm new to lightroom but have watched all the tutorials on the Adobe site. I imported photos going back to 2002 and have been reorganizing them within Lightroom. I've been organizing in new 'year' folders, and moving photos and folders into these new folders, then I've been removing the old folders. So in lightroom I now have nice neat folders 2002-2009 on my Mac hard drive, and 2010-2013 in my Box sync folder (also on hard drive but syncing to Box online). The trouble is, the moves haven't been reflected on the Mac itself. When I look in Finder, the folders are broadly as they were before I started moving things.

Feb 24, 2013Ive been using inventor for around 2 months now and its all been going good... ive recently done a rather complex assembly that id rather not redo... unfortunately... i ungrounded the base part fiddling with it trying to find a working constraint set for my needs (evenly spaces cylinders on a base plate and a centered on a mounting plate... i ended up using holes and the cylinders screw holes to align them but still this was AFTER i messed it up)
So now because of that the default view is skewed by roughly 45 degrees or so... now i have set the front view manually to reset the ground plane.... but if i stick this in a dwg as front its as if i did nothing... and yes i have triple check to make sure ive set the front view.

Oct 7, 2006I'm trying to remake a picture of the new 747 Advanced, and I cant figure out how to make a nice looking reflection.
Here is the picture I'm talking about, and the picture I'm working on. I'm not actually going to deal with the reflection untill the end, but I figured I would ask now in hopes that someone would reply before I actually get to that point lmfao.
The main things I want to reflect is the wing onto the body of the plane, and the windows onto the wing.
I really want this to look professional when it's done. I'm trying to build up my portfolio, and I want to turn this into a united airlines poster.

I have scoured the forums and tried distorting the picture but can't seem to get it right. I have attached another file showing an example of a disasterous attempt.
