have the brochure open and the cover peal back and show the backside of the page and the follow page.
I can create each section without background--put one page on top--flip the other(back side)--can peal the back forward and type is in correct position--can peal the front. Cant get them to peal together.
How to I make the two photos become a unit. and as I peal the front cover back--the back of the 1st page begins to show.
I hav desigend a form in photoshop and saved it as a PDF. The trouble is it should be two pages. HOw can I get the form to save as two page PDF file. Rather than the one page it is defaulting to?

I spliced all the images, and then ..saved for web, now the question is how do I make it in to an actual website? Everything right now is just images, but how can I make the site actually editable through html, etc.
I also would like input on the site if you could. The main thing I don't like are the text on the buttons, I've downloaded a whole bunch of different fonts, but I can't find one that looks perfect.
I am trying to help a group insert low resolution pictures into Pdf pages that have been created by ColdFusion, so that the pages open faster. What settings would be suggested so the Pdf pages are attractive and the pages open up fast?
I am using CS2 for creating web pages and Ive run across a little problem. I cant figure out how to "save for web" so that my *.jpg will be stretched across the web browser when people view it. When I view my *.html after "save for web" it places the *.jpg in the top left corner of the page. I can use Dreamweaver to center my image, but it still looks out of place. Ive seen photoshop created pages stretched to resize with the web browser window;
I sliced my buttons and moved over to Image Ready, there I did the rollovers for each button and saved each page as html and images. When I previewed in browser only my home button would work, none of the others. I need the other pages to open up from the home page.
I have built a new computer which uses a Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H motherboard. No additional graphics. Running Windows 7 with SP1. When I load Photoshop CS6 it gives an error message that it is disabling some graphics features.
For those of you using Internet Explorer and who have set Compatibility View (the broken page icon at the right of the Address Bar), try turning off Compatibility View. You can actually open new lines with the Enter key.
i cropped by a picture of me (that was taking inside with inside lightiing), and put it on a outside background, so how do i change the cropped picture balance to match as if the picture were taken outside?
how do you take an image and bend it so that it looks as though you're looking at it from an angle?? Example, let's say I've taken a screenshot of a webpage and I've created a new image and pasted it - now I want to take that image and turn it, say 15 degrees, so it appears as though I've turned the monitor...
Is there a way of turning a selection into a path. I wanted to quickly select an solid colored object from a white background and then make a path around it. Can this be done in Photoshop CS2?
I'm designing two beverage packages (2D/3D) for a retail client — one is for chocolate milk; one for vanilla milk (bear with me...) I was using two 'pour' images — one for each of the 'flavors' — but now the client likes the chocolate milk 'splash' of liquid into a glass so much (image attached), they want the EXACT SAME splash for the vanilla version.
You're messing around with PS and you come up with something cool and you want to "save" what you did to create it again at a future date using actions. However, you didn't turn the "record" button on for the action pallete, but you have everything in the history pallete that you did.
Is there a way to "convert" or save the history of what I did as an executable action?
I am trying to determine the best approach to use to convert several psd files into html. I know I can slice the image up, using PS or ImageReady, but here are my questions:
The PSD files make up my entire site. My home page is a PSD, as is every other page. But each page has common elements. For example, my logo is the same, and it is in the same place on each page. I also have links that are common to all pages. If I slice up the first page, how can I be sure that I have sliced the second and subsequent pages the same way so I only can use 1 logo image for my site?
Is there a way to save the slice layout of one page and then import it into another page? That way, I would have precisely the same layout of the slices.
Does this make any sense, or is there a far better way to take a PSD and convert it to html?
In 2005, I purchased the entire Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium. I really only needed and wanted Photoshop CS2, but for the extra money, I bit the bullet and got the rest thinking that I may end up using it. It worked great and still does, with the exceptions of the lack of support on Vista 64-bit and small issues with compatibility (interface, for example).
Photoshop CS4 came out. Awesome. I downloaded the trial version, saw how smooth it ran on my system, and enjoyed the new interface. Great. I am now a college student, and money isn't exactly abundant. I am very careful with my money. Photoshop is the tool I use to make money in web design and photography.
Just installed CS4 Master Suite and immediately experienced the kind of lag that is being described on this forum, and elsewhere.
Specs: EVGA 680i/E8400, 4Gb, ATI 4870 1Gb (8.12 driver - latest), Vista Ultimate 64-bit, OS/PS running off Velociraptor with 2nd Raptor for scratch file.
Turning OpenGL support in Preferences>Performance did nothing to solve the problem. This is even with Cache levels set to 8.
However, what did alleviate the issue was turning Aero *OFF* and reverting back to Windows Classic Theme.
- Right click on desktop
> personalize
> theme
> select "Windows Classic"
Changing themes from Vista->Classic *while* PS CS4 is open alleviates all lag.
Admittedly, I can't believe that Vista's Aero gets in the way *that* much - perhaps someone has found a way to tweak Aero settings.
Everytime I use Photoshop Elements 11 to edit or select part of a picture my computer will freeze for 5 seconds and shut down and restart. It will give me a message windows did not shut down properly. Â After the restart I will lose about 1.5gb on my hard drive.I am using windows 7 and need to know if installed the product incorrectly.
I produced a 4 page A5 brochure in InDesign. I would like to present my brochure as a mock-up. Should I use photoshop? Should I save the 4 pages as JPGs then place into Photoshop?
I've been using Photoshop to create a series of web pages. I have about 20 such pages right now.Unfortunately, I need to change the navigation menu that is found on all 20 pages. Â To make these changes, do I need to change 20 different files? Or is there a way to link one layer group to multiple PSD files so that editing it once results in it changing on all 20 pages?
Everything I try to print from Photoshop to my Epson Stylus Pro 3880 just prints a blank page. Â It sounds like it's printing, i.e. the printer head moves up and down across the paper, however no ink is depositied on to the page. Ink levels are fine. Â I can print fine from other applications; it's only Photoshop that's causing a problem. Â This is on a Mac running OS X 10.6.8, Photoshop 12.0 x64. I have tried upgrading the printer driver to the latest version: 9.04. Â I have also tried totally removing the driver and reinstalling it, and have tried reinstalling Photoshop.
I have created many coloring book pages from photos via my personalization business and it has always worked. Used "sketch - photocopy" then cleaned up the image a little. Now for some reason this is not working. When I do these exact same steps it has a dark blue background and just doesn't work. I have an order for 10 personalized coloring books for party favors and I just can't get it to work. I have Photoshop CS3.
Recently I accepted an offer on making a small commercial for a Online clothing shop. The add was ment to be filmed with cameras, actors and all that good stuff, but some 3 days into the pre production phase the "boss" changed his mind and decided he want's a CG based movie, aka something with computer graphics/animated and asked me if I can do it to?
Well, I said yes, regardless of the previous project recall, I see it as an importunity that might get me some future projects and ofc experience. Anyway, I did some research and decided to make a Photoshop animation. Was my first time using Photoshop more or less, but I managed to make it look decent in about 3 days time.
However, I am missing an important effect that I was requested to implement. Which is:
A catalog/book that is flipping trough pages trough out all the add and the book/catalog needs to have specific pictures as the pages.
The background should be transparent because I would shrink the book/catalog to a smaller size to fit it top middle of the screen, and a, for example, green square background on my main composition background, which is pink, would look very bad. If both The book/catalog and main composition backgrounds would be solid white it would work.
I know there are ways to do it in 3d max, After Effects etc.
Is there a faster way to make the downloading of the graphics for the webpages you create in 6? I am using the one where it slides down to the left and a Photo comes to the screen and you use the left and right arrows to navigate.
