I use Adobe Master Collection CS6, but when i open Photoshop, i don't find the option to have 2 or more images on the same screen on the same time ?
Â
I never had problems before, and still use Photoshop Extended CS4 with the option into the menu bar !
I`ve just installed Inventor student and I can`t use it at all since I can not see anything in the main screen! I`ve installed, reinstalled and nothing
I`ve attached two screen shots - hovering over the main screen I get the options and data showing like the correct thing is happening - just nothing visible!
I have downloaded the trial version of Photoshop 6, but when I open a photo in photoshop only a grey and white screen shows up, but on the little tab to the right I can see the photo in the background tab. How do I get the photo to show in the big screen?
I can't move or do anything with the light. It's just stuck! I've looked at other screens of people using lighting effects and there's (obviously) supposed to be some sort of on screen controls. And for some odd reason mine aren't showing up. I've been having this issue for days now and I'm not sure why it's not working. Also, I'm using Windows 7. In addition, my alignment buttons seem to always be greyed out, or "unclickable".
Trying to export a photo and the screen with options on where to export to does not show but it IS there. I know this because everything on the screen is unclickable, kinda like being froze but it's not. If I hit enter it attempts to "burn to disc" which makes me believe that is just somehow inivisible? I thought I may have a virus when it tried exporting an image to Outlook but after other program tests and running virus protection software without hits i'm thinkin this must be a LR issue, I am currently using 4.1 64bit version. Â My process - tried waiting it out with no results as well.
Right click image > Export... > No screen, clicking anything is disabled. > Hit enter and burns to disc
I am working on iphone case packaging that will be printed so my project is in CMYK, all settings in CMYK. The colors on my screen look correct in CMYK but when I send it to the manufacturer it is then printing in a different (similiar) color. Can this be from my screens not being calibrated to CMYK?  I did a few searches for rgb to cmyk converters and I put in the rgb color that looks correct and it spits out a CMYK color that looks far different that the CMYK colors in illustrator. I am using CS6, I could use the converter for now but I would like to see the correct colors in the future if at all possible.
Is there any information on a fix for the inability of the release version of Lightroom5's slideshow to work? Specifically, setting up slideshow works normally until either Preview or Play is selected and the result is a black screen; no images.
We recieved some drawings from a client for updating. The Pneumatic, System Link and Heat Trace lines all show up solid in the drawings when I open them up in AutoCAD 2012. We tried opening them in AutoCAD 2004 and are experiencing the same issue. In the Linetype Manager menu, under Description, the linetypes appear correct. Under Appearance, Heat Trace and Pneumatic appear solid and System Link appears dashed (just as they do in the drawing itself).
Here's the kicker. A co-worker has AutoCAD 2004 on his laptop and everything shows up and plots out just fine.
so, say you take 2 pictures, exactly the same(use a tripod, lighting the same) but in the second picture you add a subject. how would you take those 2 pics into Photoshop and have it only show or select the difference between the 2 pics.
example, you take a nice shot of the mountains. the next shot you put a person in the shot. then take it into Photoshop and only show the difference(the person) with none of the background.
i know i could just trace it, but that would be too time consuming.
I am experiencing two problems. One is the tool icons in Photoshop are disappearing on the screen. I move the cursor and see nothing on my screen. Â The second problem is at other times the proper tool icon and function is not showing up and working. I select for example the pen tool and the hand tool icon show up and the function works as the hand tool not the pen tool?Â
sometimes when I try and load an image it won't actually appear int he workspace. I can see it in the Navigator thumbnail and it's got a check next to the filename in the Window dropdown, but I cannot see it anywhere nor can I seem to be able to make it appear. Am I missing something or is there a shortcut key to force the image to the center of the screen/workspace? I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed and I've even downgraded to PS running in 32-bit mode, with no better luck. I finally disabled OpenGL which seems to fix the issue. Â I'm on a MacBook Pro, 2.66 Ghz Core i7, 10.7.3, 8 GB of RAM
I just installed CS4 and when I open any image it either has a weird screen over it or a bunch of triangles, some black and some from the image. Doesn't matter what type of image. I tried removing cs4, turning off virus protection and reinstalling but same problem. CS3 and Lightroom 2 work fine. Images look OK in Bridge. Running Windows Vista 32 bit, 3MB RAM, Intell Core Duo 2 CPU, ATI Radeon Graphics HD 2600 XT Processor and I did look for the latest driver update in the graphics processor. Doesn't matter at what size I view the image--it just changes the type of corruption I see.
When saving images in CS6 I can see them as preview icons of the image in finder by itself, but if I open a file in photoshop to find an image, i only have titles and not the images. ALSO when I go to upload an image to blog or facebook, again I have no image icon of what is there, only a blank space and a file name. I HATE THIS as it makes it takes too much time to figure out where the picture is. I am a graphic artist and a painter and I cannot work like this. Does not matter what type of file.. tiff, png, jpg etc... there is no image to see when opening through photoshop or any upload situation. I am able to see the images from FINDER by itself or if I am placing them into MUSE or INDESIGN.  Why I cannot see them to load on blogger or facebook or to open them in photoshop.  Mac OS X lion 10.7.4  NVIDIA GEforce 7300 GI 256 MB    2x2.66 GHx Daul Core Intel xcon  10 GB 667 mhz ddr2 fbdimm
I have CS6 and am using Photoshop, but when I try to open any image on my desktop the `open with` option does not include Photoshop CS6, only other Adobe applications; even when I browse I can only find the Adobe systems file, with the .exe doc; I have a lot of images to edit, preferably without having to open Photoshop and individually open them from their folders; how to make Photoshop CS6 `open-with`-able for any desktop/external hard drive images?
As you will see from my attached image all of my open images are now sitting outside of the screen. To get them to appear on the screen again I have to hold down the PS logo at the bottom of my screen, which then brings them up as per the image, then click to select an image. This then brings it onto the main screen. But I have to do this with each image individually. How to bring them all up at once? Or how to turn off this feature completely?
I have several drawings with different image types in them. Whenever I try to print DWG to PDF or even Adobe PDF, I get a "Attempting to cancel" message and everything shows up in the PDF except the images.Â
I have inserted an image to a layout for our drawings. On my computer the image shows just fine in the layout. On my co-worker's computer, she doesn't see the image when she opens the same layout. It shows the reference location- example-Z:Faciltieslahlah.jpeg I have AutoCAD 2013 and they have AutoCAD 2014
I want to add this template layout to all our drawings company wide, but if she can't see the image there is a major problem!
We're running Illustrator CS4 across a suite of 12 Macs on OS X 10.6.8. Over the last couple of weeks, several accounts have been hit with the same problem, that linking an image in an Illustrator document will not show the images, but just a bounding box. The link information is correct, but I've found no way of getting the image to show, aside from embedding it. Furthermore, saving a document in this state will cause Illustrator to crash when trying to reopen the document.  We use network accounts for the Macs, so all installs are local on each machine, but users access their profile directly from our server. Therefore, all links reference a location on our network and not the local drive. However, there does not seem to be anything wrong with the installs as the issue is with accounts and not the individual client. Once the issue occurs for a user, it occurs on any Mac they log into, while unaffected users can use any Mac without issue.  Our network has run in this state for a year now and the problem has only surfaced recently. I've tried clearing user's preference files relating to Illustrator, but this has had no effect. It's also random when creating a new user on the network, as some will have the issue and others not, despite all being created with the same set of default preferences.
Problem tested on 2 machines, Windows 7 and 8. Â When going from develop to the web module very often images and / or thumbnails doesnt show up, the program shows only empty spaces.
I have upgraded my Lightroom from 5.0 to the new update, so I am using Lightroom 5.2 . Yesterday I went into my old Lightroom 4 on my computer, retrieved a photo, exported it and shut down. Late last night I went to open Lightroom 5.2 and when I did all the photos are a screen of light grey with a light grey border. It seems all the date is there, but no photos show in either Lightroom 5.2 or Lightroom 4.
When opening an image in Photoshop CS6, in order to make the best use of the available screen area for viewing my photos, I have to either press the 'Fit Screen' option, at the top, or double-click the Hand Tool. Why doesn't the image fully fit in the available screen area automatically, when first opening? Is there a reason for images to open by default with empty space surrounding it, or is it an oversight by Adobe, in how the application works?
Whenever I try to open a file through my pictures folder, the images (no thumbnails, etc) show up. I have to go through my pictures manually, then put the image into a folder on my desktop in order to open them through gimp.
I have imported images from my Canon 5D markIII and somewhere along the way, I've made an error in the settings. The images are on my computer but not showing up in a folder in the LR4 catalog...how do I get them into the catalog? When I try to find them, they are all greyed out and I can't move them - a message says that it seems that duplicates are already on the computer (or something like that).Â
