Apr 1, 2008Anyone know of a way to print out a list of brush sets like you can print out a list of fonts? I am tired of having to go and look all over the place for the brush that I need.

Photoshop :: Removing Brush Sets
Apr 26, 2009I want to remove my brushes because i got too many.. I can't see them all on my preset list. I want to remove them out of my preset list because i allready know how to remove them one by one... but when i remove them one by one they don't get removed out of my preset list. So can someone please help me with this problem? I've allready tried to remove them out of the map with brushes but they still stay there. I've also tried with uninstalling but that doens't work either. So can someone please help me with this?? No matter what 1 single pixel brush i use this will happen... no matter which computer i use cs6 on and different copies of the installation.  Anyway have any insight into this? frankly... it's somewhat limiting that i can't use the brush for stroking a shape if i need a pixel line and yet soft curves that a pencil won't get you.Â

When I change the settings for 1 brush... say I add some jitter to a smooth brush - then suddenly the other brushes get the same jitter applied to them.

How can I set the brushes so that each brush has a different setting that doesn't change when I change any other brush settings?

p.s. I also don't get why Adobe has you lock a brush by UNlocking it? Seems to me it should be the other way around?
Photoshop :: Brush Size Is Smaller Than Circle That Represents The Brush
Dec 19, 2012I have contacted Adobe about issues with Photoshop brushes recently. My issue is that the brush size is smaller than the circle that represents the brush. In other words, when I hoover over the area that I want to paint or erase with the circle and then click, the painted or erased area is smaller that the circle. It's really frustrating when fine tuning an image, you never know how close you are to what you want to correct. This is only visible when you zoom in quit a bit. I worked with an Adobe tech for over an hour and he could not simulate the problem. Then he finally asked if I was using a retina display, (he was not).Â

Jan 6, 2008Ok, I need to make a main layer set and another layer set within that main set so its a kind of sub set. But for some reason photoshop simply refuses to do it, I can make two layer sets fine but it wont let me drag one of the sets inside the other set, it will only drag to above the set or below it, not inside it.
Looking at the picture, if I try to drag set two into set one so its inside set one it will not do it. You cant see it on the screenshot but the cursor turns into a grey circle with a cross through the middle.
Is there supposed to be some kind of setting to allow me to do this or is my photoshop completely screwed up? I am using PS7

I was using them all fine for about a week, however today when I started up Photoshop (I'm using CS5) the shape sets I imported had disappeared from the list. All default shape sets are still there, and in the custom shapes source folder all are there including my downloads.

I have tried taking the files out and putting them back in the folder, opening and closing photoshop and restarting my machine, but they won't reappear. The only thing that happened yesterday was that Adobe made an apparently unsuccessful attempt to update Flash.how I can get the shapes to reappear?
Photoshop :: Data Sets And Text Field Width?
Jan 1, 2013 problem I am having is with the text fields. I want my text field to be a specific width to fit within my layout - and have the text expand or contract based on the width of the text layer. What happens now is the Last Name (for instance - could be the First Name, Team Name etc) for instance comes in very long and I have to manually compress the text layer width (the height is always good) to fit in the layout (or comes in really short and I have to expand it).

Going through 100's of PSDs after the import of the dataset really slows down the workflow....is there a way to "lock" a text layer to a specific width (and height) - therefore having the text expand/contract as nessessary when the import occurs?
