On the drop down menu on my pse11 the import/export options are unselecteable, why this is and how it can be resolved as I would like to be able to import things.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11. Both program are using one organizer and I would like to import my videos and photos with this tool. But I'm missing two options in this tool. The first is to make sub-folders with the capture-date without spaces between the date (spaces are still problems for some programs). The second option is a second location where the data is copied for backup. Is there a possibility to do this two options with the program or can you make an update in the future that include this two options.

Is there a good one-stop place to get info on import export options from / to softwares included in Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate?
Recently I downloaded the PSE 9 program from a disk onto my new computer. When I opened it to use I am unable to find under "Organize" the "File", "Edit", "Find", "View", "Window" and "Help" on the upper bar/area. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but still do not see those options. I'm just begining to learn about PSE 9, so am new to all this.
What am I missing or not doing exactly right that I'm have dificulty trying to view and use the above? I can start to use the program with photos download on my computer, camera or external hard drive.
I have been unable to sign into my Adobe acount through Photoshop Elements 10.

I have tried simple words and names and sometimes include numbers. I've checked both boxes referring to updates and agreeing to the Terms of Use. I click on Update Account and I get this message:
"And error has occurred, and your changes were not saved."
I have registered the program on the website. My account is identified and recognized. Why can't I get passed Update Account? Why must I have a personal URL if it's the only thing stopping my progress?
I am using adobe elememts 11 on my MAC. Do I need to import my photos from iphoto to the adobe organizer? If not I am having trouble figuring out how to get my photos from Iphoto to use in adobe-.

I get a response that says "nothing imported - no supportive file types" also "can't complete request as file appears to be from a camera model which is not supported by installed version of Camera raw". I think I understand that I need at least a 7.2 version and don't know what I have. The camera is a fairly recent model.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have installed the trial version of Elements 12 as we are looking at purchase for a client who needs a simple and inexpensive program to look at EPS files and save them as JPGs. Elements 12 says that an EPS file can be 'imported' as a supported file type, however when I click on File -> Import, it comes up with WIA Support, then when I click on that and select the EPS file, it says "No WIA compatible devices were detected. Check that your device is plugged in to the computer and the power is turned on".
I have seen an article on how to import into Elements 11, but the options are not available in 12 (probably due to the fact that 12 is supposed to natively import the format). As I understand the trial is a fully-functioning package with no options turned off until purchase.
How can I find out what version of Camera RAW my PSE10 is currently using and how can I get an edition which will support this. Strangely enough I also have Lightroom 4.3 on same PC and it does import NEF from D600, but I want to be able to bring them directly into PSE10 as well.
PS - My PC is a Windows 7 64 bit operating system
My camera profiles in the camera calibration section of ACR (for a Nikon D200 and a Nikon Coolpix7000) are not embedded. I am running CS6 and ACR 7.1. How do I get the supported camera profiles to display?

I receive a nasty looking error. Are there any known issues? I would think there would have to be known issues as both my Organizer installation and Mavericks version is freshly installed.

The one who is always available is the "create new shape layer".
