View 2 Replies View RelatedI have PSE 11. I created a slideshow and output it to a CD for a VCD. My TV, 2 years old, wont recognise the format. How do I get a CD or DVD that will play my slide show on TV?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded from Photoshop Elements 9 to PSE 12. (Oddly PSE remains installed which was unexpected. Most apps that I upgrade replace their previous version). When I try to use the slideshow feature, usually while displaying the first photo, the program crashes. (It gives the error that the Organizer is closing.)
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit. Running as Admin makes no difference.
Other features - general navigation and editing are working OK. PSE 9 does not crash during a slideshow on the same machine.
Slideshow is one of my most commonly used features so I'm not impressed that I spent $80 to get a worse experience.
I've created a slide show and have attempted to insert an audio mp3 file. Audio file shows that it has been added to slide show but it wil not play.
I've added the mp3 multiple ways, by using the add media -- audio from element organizer as well as by add media ---audio from file but it won't play
MP3 plays fine when I click on it from the organizer.
I've tested the mp3's that came with elements 11 and they play fine. What's the deal?
I created a PDF slide show with MP3 audio (from Elements Organizer version 10.0). The PDF doesn't play the audio. What can I do ?
View 4 Replies View RelatedHow do I move a slide show to a new or different computer? I prepared a slide show on a computer that apparently does not have the capacity to output it to a video. I don't want to have to completely reproduce it from scratch on a more powerful computer.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an SD Pioneer dvd player...model dv-49av. It plays all commercial DVD fine, but never a DVD I burn from VS. However, any DVD I burn from Corel plays perfectly in my Pioneer 23fd bluray player.
Anything I can do to change this? The disk type (-r, +r etc.) doesn't matter and the DVD that won't play plays fine on the computer. The disk loads fine, but when I select play the video or chapter it just locks up and I have to restart the player.
I have been happily using this program for a few weeks and have nice movies and view well on PC. Only problem I find is being able to save a Movie to dvd to play on a dvd player. The only way I can do it is to save the movie as a video file and then burn to disc using Windows DVD Maker. As far as I can see I have tried all options on Video Studio, and have had no success at all.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a Pioneer DV-49AV DVD player. It will play any/all commercially produced DVD but none that are produced in Vstudio. The main menu will display fine, but pressing the button to go to the chapters or play will hang the unit.
I also have a Pioneer BDP-23FD blue ray player and the same Vstudio DVDs play just peechy. Is there some Vstudio compatibility switch that I need to enable prior to burning?
Recently upgraded from X2 to X4 (via box version). Created one DVD-V and one AVCHD (with -R disc) both only play on pc but not on any stand alone dvd player with "Unknown disk" error. Using the same Pioneer burner which created playable DVD-V before by X2. Did I miss some setting in X4? Another problem is with the AVCHD disc. Laptop won't play the menu at all. Had to go to the stream file and find the video content.

I'm using Video Studio Pro X4. I'm just trying to make a simple, first movie and failing. I have a Sony HD Handycam that produces .m2ts files. I just want to be able to create HD movies that I can play on generic software on my tv. So I assumed I could create an MPG file and play it using Windows Media Player 11. After rendering an MPG file, I get no audio output.
- I imported the .m2ts files into VS
- Put two short clips in the timesline.
- Basic transition.
- Share -> Create Video File -> HDV (tried all options)
- I create the MPG file and I get no sound on playback using Media Player
I would think this is the most basic thing I could possibly be doing and it doesn't work. I am using an underpowered XP laptop, but I would think that would just be a speed issue. I'll get a better desktop for editing, but if I can't perform the most basic of tasks now I'm thinking it's a software issue.
i am using 3ds max design 2011 for making architectural walk through s,i usually render the frame at 740*576 size(300 dpi)and save as tiff sequence.then i will make avi file in after effects(with out any compression). After that when i play the whole movie, the movie will not go smoothly its getting jerks.what the wrong i am doing.i tried with 15 frames per sec and 30 frames per sec.
View 1 Replies View Relatedwhen I'm in the MediaHub, using the player there, clicking on the play button will start playback but it does not stop it like it does in the other players. I would expect it to behave just like the play button in the Source/Record Viewers.

When I try to run one of the Getting Started videos, AutoCAD LT says:
"Flash version 9.0 or greater is required You have no flash plugin installed"
However, kb2.adobe.com says:
"Your Flash Player Version: 11.1.102.55 Your OS: Windows 7 (64-bit)"
I am trying to select a song for a slide show. The song is in the library of Windows Media Player. When I am in LR Slideshow I click on "select music" The Select Music window does not show the Windows Media Player.
This is on a PC laptop with Window Vista Home.
How can I get to the library in the Windows Media Player to select a song?
Is it possible to capture video using Premiere Pro (or any other program from the Adobe Creative Suite) directly from my dvd player on my PC or my superdrive? If not, how can I capture video from DVDs? These are not copyright protected DVDs. They are copies on DVD of on-camera work I have done that I would like to digiitize to make a demo reel.
View 11 Replies View RelatedMy slideshows will not play, all I get is blank screen that will not exit, I have to go to task manager just to get out of it. My previews are slow and don't play right, and cuts the music out before done. I am using Lightroom 5 now, I used to not have problems at all, and then before I got Lightroom 5 I had trouble with my print module, and then now slideshow module, I need Lightroom for College, I am at a loss as to what to do next.
View 2 Replies View RelatedIn LR4 i didn't get any problem but with LR5 some functions linked to the slideshow turn to a "blank" screen. The problem appears when I try an impromptu slideshow in the library or a play, a preview in the slideshow section.
I reset the default setting in LR, I download the last driver for my graphic card but without success. With LR5.2 RC this is the same.

I have PSP X3...we are having a family reunion, and decided to create a DVD slideshow of past and present family members to show on a TV screen. The idea was to use a DVD player to play the slideshow, and hopefully be able to give out DVDs of the slideshow to family members at the reunion.
We have been able to create the slideshows using Project Creator: the slideshow consists of typical jpg files scanned using a typical scanner/printer of old photographs. The slideshow is a default .AVI container, which all 3 DVD players we have tried to use state they support AVI. However, none of the DVD players have been able to play the slideshow, saying "disc error", or "disc is not compatible for playing or recording".
My question is, do we need to use the actual Corel PSP X3 program, in order to make the slideshow work? We are able to connect a laptop to a widescreen TV for showing at the reunion, but this would kill our ability to hand out DVDs of the slideshow to family members, as they would 1) need a PC, and 2) need Corel PSP X3 in order to make the slideshow play.
Surely there should be a way to make the video play for typical DVD player support. We have used a Sony, Panasonic, and a Memorex DVD player, with the 1st two options being fairly new, DVR devices.
In a slideshow, can I set a specific first and last photo and have the rest play randomly. This is different from an identity plate as an intro screen.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWay to pick an alternate video player. I'm a pse 11 user, I only use the organizer for my pictures and video. I like to view them in it. It's always a lot of trouble to view videos in the pse video player because it cannot play most of them out of the box. It cannot be set in full screen. I would like a shortcut like the image one, edit in alternate editor. It would be view in alternate video player, I would use vlc and never bother with the embedded one.

View 4 Replies View RelatedWhen I import a short AVCHD or MPG (~ 1 min., 100 mb) into Premiere Pro CS6 or After Effects CS6, it plays great. When I import the same file into Photoshop CS6 on the same computer, it's jerky, even with sound off, frame skipping enabled, cached, and no other applications running.
System is a Core i7 with 8 gb RAM, 1.5 gb nVidia GeForce, Win 7 x64 and DirectX 11. All drivers ruthlessly updated.
All the loaded actions worked yesterday....none will play today. I can bring up yesterday's work and continue to work on the action run, however, when I closed that out and went to another project, I was unable to run any action loaded. I deleted the actions and re-entered turning off the computer after each action loaded. Still would not work. I finally uninstalled 11 and then re-installed it. Still no luck. Are ACTIONS suppose to be a preset folder? I don't have a preset Actions folder in my program files...not even after I re-installed.
