I got a picture that is mostly dark and on the middle of the image there
two shiny bright bulbs of light. I tried to reduce the level of light through the following layers but without a success. Level, Brightness N Contrast,Selective color( by sucking out the white color), and Channel Mixer. I did reduce the light but it seems unreal.

Myself and the fiance were at a wedding last night. Just managed to get a picture with the woman on the right whom we haven't seen in ages. Unfortunately, iPhone's don't take pictures very well without proper lighting with its built in flash..

How to reduce the exposure on this picture, fix red eye, maybe whiten teeth (are they really that dull grey ) and possibly take that blurry guy out from the background.

The only important fix would be to reduce the exposure . All my "Auto-Fix" edit programs cause a bad glare and the picture loses color.

when I was using Elements 5.0 I could open two photos, drag one photo into the other, then resize the photo by selecting it and using the handles. I can't find a way to do this in Photoshop CS3. Is this possible? Am I missing a setting somewhere?�I can drag one photo into another and move it around, but just can't resize it.�

I need to copy my edited photos to a flash drive to play on our photo frame. I don't want to move them, just copy them and they need to be JPGs for the frame. I would prefer to keep the files full size rather than dumb them down for e-mail. What are my options? I have thousands of photos in LR and now I'm concerned that LR won't do the job for me.

I have been using the software quite a while for private photos, but I have never attempted something like this...

So far I have managed to remove all content except for "the edges" of the car, but I am a bit lost how I can make those edges smooth, because now I can see that the masks I used were not "straight". how to progress making a symbol out of a photo?

I think circle after reduce using mask should stay circle instead of you can get in photopaint.

Steps:

1. make 10px circle
2. make mask from it
3. reduce mask by 3px
4. crop object to mask

Have just created a slide show on elements 11 it has 80 photos and music tried to save it to a 8GB USB flash drive but it will not except it. Will down load 9% then it tells me that i have to created a WMV file.

I've had a great time using the Web Photo Galleries in Photoshop CS and CS2, especially since I'm fairly deft with HTML and a total Flash dunce, so the Web Photo Gallery Flash 1 and Flash 2 templates have served me well and allowed me to make fun Flash stuff without having to learn. But, with learn-by-doing, there often comes a point of confusion, and I think I've found mine.

I noticed that (when using the gallery "Flash 1"), if I click the little ? in the bottom right, the file name will come on and stay on throughout all the pictures. This is exactly what I want since that's where I do all my captioning and it really adds something for me to be able to see that. My question: how in the world do I get it to do this by default? I'm always telling friends/family, "oh, click the little ? in the bottom right and it'll show the captions," but am certain there must be some way to do this by default.

I fiddled in the galleryconfig.xml file, but there's only this line

which actually just tells the button to be displayed, but not for the thing that happens as a result of pushing the button to stay displayed.
