Jul 6, 2009I've purchased a new Olympus E 620 camera and have the Ps /Cs3 design suite, now 18months old . I am unable to import camera raw images via bridge or directly into Ps 3 using any of the camera Raw 5.4 or DNG plug-ins. Can I purchase an upgrade for Cs3 to Cs4 for Ps only that will work within Cs3. I am becoming very tired of paying big dollars for very recent programmes that will not work with the latest technology.

Sep 14, 2012When I place my CF card into the reader PSE opens and displays all the photos on the card the problem is they are out of order. I take volleyball photos and use the burst often The files are numbered properly by the camera but PSE seems to get them mixed up. When I import and renamer them PSE thakes them in the order they are shown and they are then renumbered out of order causind many shots to be out of order. I have never had this problem before. I have been using PSE 6 up thru 10 now and this is the first time I have had this happen. Last season I wasusing PSE9 and all my bursts sequences are in purfect order.

Each time I try to import, it goes through some number of photos, up through 2,00 plus sometimes and then says import failed and I get nothing. It claims the file is the wrong type (only jpgs and psds). I don't know what the stumbling block is or why elements doesn't jut ignore files it can't read and go on to the next.

All updates installed, running on Vista x64, Elements 10.

Jan 5, 2013How can I find out what version of Camera RAW my PSE10 is currently using and how can I get an edition which will support this. Strangely enough I also have Lightroom 4.3 on same PC and it does import NEF from D600, but I want to be able to bring them directly into PSE10 as well.
PS - My PC is a Windows 7 64 bit operating system
