Feb 14, 2013The image i took was one of my desktop accessories from about one ft. away and at 24mm wide angle. in the image"s four corners is the black edges of the lens.(raw one) Also the front edge of the desk is curved inwards and i have some bowing of the desktop accessories. how can this be corrected? I am sending two images one jpeg and the other the raw image.The second one is the RAW one. What else can be corrected in the raw image.

Feb 17, 2013I was trying to create a simple slideshow with sound when first my computer warned of low memory (something that doesn't seem plausible), and then Photoshop Elements 9 and the associated organizer crashed. When I brought it back, several photos were "grayed out" and my organizer is completely frozen. The error suggests that there are corrupt files. I tried to follow the instructions on the website, but cannot find any sort of Catalog menu or means of changing anything in the catalog or organizer as indicated in the troubleshooting and restoration instructions.

I load one pic it goes onto my timeline as normal or it will let me select on of 2 albums or create a new album. Sep 5, 2013Old PC Windows XP with PSE8. New PC Windows 8 with PSE11.I did a backup and restore operation. After the restore, there was a large list of files that could not be restored. I also noticed that there were a large number of thumbnails with a question mark attached.
I did a reconnect using FindAll missing files. Instead of placing the recovered files in their original path and folder location, they ended up in an entirely different path in the Folders View. I tried to drag the folders back to their original location, but got the message: folder with that name already exists at the requested location, even though it wasn't visible. In addition some of the folders involved were no longer visible in either path structure.
I checked in the My Folders View, and it showed that the folders involved in the reconnect were still intact. I opened one or two and found they contained the original missing images.How can I get the folders and their images back to their correct places in the original path structure?
Illustrator :: Exporting IOS GUI Elements In PNG In Correct Hex Color?
Apr 30, 2013I would like to export some GUI elements as PNGs for an iPhone application and encountered the following problem:
What I did:
1. The developer gave me an hex code with that I should produce the GUI elements
2. I set the color in illustrator and exported the GUI elements as PNGs
3. The developer imported them and we noted a difference in color between my GUI PNGs and the color of a background element set in the ios app via the same hex code.
I work on:
- MacBook Retina
- Illustrator document color mode is and was always RGB
- I experimented with color profile settings in Illustrator and Mac System Preferences but don't really know what the settings mean and dont have good feeling playing arround with them

Jan 2, 2013I'm doing a drag and drop. I'm working on how to check whether the user has dragged and dropped the elements correctly or wrongly in order to display the corresponding animation. That means, all the same type of animals have to be placed together in the same row in order for the animation to display a "correct" feedback, and if the user placed it in the wrong order, it will display the "wrong" feedback. There are 3 types of animals: birds, snakes and insects. The "feedback" animations is in the "feedback_sym".
I have placed a "Reset" button on stage, but it does not appear even after changing the positions on the "Elements" column.

May 13, 2004I have a photo that was taken outside. It has some glare from the sun. Is there any way to remove the lines. It is the only photo that we took standing like that outside, and my roommate and his newlywed wife probably would like this picture. I have it posted online, if you need to look at it or download it (I havnt had a chance to resize it or anything, so it is pretty big at the moment)
