Edge Animate CC :: Validating Value From A Input Text Field
Mar 18, 2014 I'm new to the Edge Animate and I have been working on a project that requires text input. The code does not 'recognise' the value entered into the input field. The action is quite straight forward, Correct Answer (360) play label 02, Wrong Answer play label 03. Ideally I would like allow three attempts.

Illustrator :: Script - Width And Height Input Into Text Field?
Jun 11, 2013Illustrator CS6. Is there a script that inputs in a text field the width and height of an object. I do proofs and for a printing company and we always have to write the size of the artwork for the customer to approve. It's easy to do, but when you do 100's a week, it gets old and annoying. I do scale the image down to be visible on 11x8.5. I would think if there is a way to input the size of artwork, there would have to be a way to write the script so it can multiply the scaled down artwork for proofs to the actual W and H of the object. If the art is 13"W x 20"H and I put it on the proof at 10%, I want the script to input in a text field the 13"W x 20"H.

Feb 4, 2013My need is to create up to 50 points from the same origin in a three dimensional Cartesian coordinate system but I’d also like to have a labels for each point that show up in the feature tree.
Are there Inventor 2013 plugin (i.e., add-on, 3rd party, AP) to convert a list 3D Cartesian coordinate system locations (i.e., points) to Inventor to work points(x, y, z)?
I found that I cannot create 3D points in the assembly. Is this correct? I did find that an Inventor part may be used to create a 3D sketch that creates points in 3D space. In the past few days, I found two ways to create 3D points within a iPRT; the batch way uses an Excel file but it then does not allow me to name the points in the feature tree. The second way is to create them one at a time but that take way too much time.

Mar 15, 2013I am UNABLE to follow a tutorial on how to make a repeatable pattern using 'texture transfer' on some fire I want to make into a pattern!!! every time I select the area I want to use and the 'input map' and paste as new image and I tell Resynthesizer to use that image it ALWAYS errors out as "The Input Map Should Be The Same Size As The Input Texture Image" according to the tutorial another person gave me on this forum he said NOTHING about being the same size!!! in fact, his selection was SMALLER than the actual image that he was using Resynthesizer on!!!

Dec 7, 2004I just got PS after using Paint Shop Pro for years, and since I'm so adjusted to the PSP tools, I'm wondering if there's a way to customize Photoshop to what I'm used to. At the moment, this means reversing the direction PS zooms when I scroll the mouse wheel, and also getting it to actually ZOOM whenever I do this, rather than scrolling. Is there something I can do to tweak these settings?

Photoshop :: Bridge Screen Customizing
Mar 9, 2009I just purchased CS4 and I am trying to set up the bridge screen to my specifications. On the left hand side of the Bridge screen there are several tabs near the top of the screen (e.g., favorites, Folders) and also mid way down the left hand side of the screen (e.g., Filter, Collections). On the right hand side of the screen, there are tabs only at the top of the right side (e.g., Preview, Metadata). How can I place tabs mid way down the right hand side? Every time I try to grab a tab and move it down on the right hand side, it just pops back up to the top.

Nov 25, 2004I've been collecting all kinds of small cards and tickets. Like those that are clipped to a new set of jeans, or a ticket for a bus fair from vacation. Small pieces of paper that tell a story.
I'd like to make a poster, an image, out much smaller ones. I don't know how they are called, but everybody knows them. Those smaller images are put together in a checkerboard-pattern. Together they form a big image, that you one see when you take some distance, look between your eye lashes.
My question is: Is there a photoshop-filter that can do this, or is it a stand-alone application? Where can I get it?
I'm a MacOS X user.
Photoshop :: Avoid White Line That Forms Around Objects Separated From Background?
Aug 16, 2013This is a cropped corner of an illustration I removed from its opaque background and placed on a transparent background. The north and west borders show the whilte line that forms whenever I place objects on a transparent background. The south and east borders are the cropped edges -- they are clean and make the trasition from object to background color without that white line. With some objects, it's possible to use the Plygonal Lasso Tool, for instance, and trim that object away from the background. With portraits or irregularly shaped objects, though, it's necessary to use the Magic Wand or other means to trim the background away from the object, which results in that unwanted white line. Defringing, Removing White Matte, Anti-aliasing, trying to predict what color you'll lay the silhouette on and working in that color, and on and on. It seems as though Photoshop would be relied upon heavily by professionals who need to place objects on top of one another without intrusion.

This source works, but if i instance a new form on a new drawing, the first drawing's layer list is kept and the new layer list on the second drawing is ignored!

CorelDRAW X5 :: Marquee Select Using Other Forms Than Rectangle?
Nov 17, 2011the marquee select with the rectangular selection is often very limitated. Sometimes I wish to select multiple objects with a "free form", for example drawing the selection area with a polyline tool. Is this possible? I did not find a way to do it with the tool in CorelDraw (X5). Neither did I find solutions in the internet.
There's one tool, that does something very similar: the shap tool with ALT key can be used to select nodes by drawing a free line around the node. This is what I mean, but for objects not node.

Aug 31, 2011I had this new script which is used in Unwrella2 so I placed it in the user interface as a new button in the tool bar, the problem is it has no icon so, I wanted to customize one for it. I start searching tile I found how to and I followed the description..I customize a button icon 24*24 it had to be *.bmp 24-bit(I also found that to have an alpha channel it has to be 32_bit 8red 8green 8blue 8alpha) or 16 bit it must contain an alpha channel which I did all of this I even toke one of the original ones from the UI folder and I customize it then every time I copy the new button in icon folder and restart max 2012 and go to “edit button appearance” and search for the new button nothing there I named the new button right “group-name”_24i.bmp but still the max 2012 don’t want to read it.
in the image attached a button icon which should give me a new group called Unwrella with two buttons. I even found some original buttons which is split in two file (file *_24a.bmp contain the Alpha as RGB) and (file *_24i.bmp contain 24_bit colored RGB) I even tried this but still max 2012 don’t read it.

Sep 5, 2013I've created a personalized invoice form in which I integrated a Microsoft Excel from to it. Ever since the version I integrated my Excel forms it has always been an issue.
When I integrate a Microsoft Excel form in CorelDRAW and apply changes to it, the form doesn't retain its size and emplacement. The change VERY slightly, but still ALWAYS change.

The problem is that the Physical tab is not available in the form editor. I would like to add this field to my form to be able to select the material for the part. The style/standard editor in our part template file holds all materials we use. Summary, Project, Status, and Custom are all available, why isn't Physical?
