I just installed Bridge and PS CC. When I open a photo in PS no photo appears in the workspace. It shows the photo id at the top and the doc size at the bottom, but no photo in the workspace.

Using the Navigator, I can enlarge the image, but am only able to view part of the image in the workspace, not the entire thing. When editing, I need to see the entire photo and its edges. I could do this in the earlier versions, but not 10. What am I doing wrong? I am a former user of photoshop 7, elements 8.

Number of downloads: 4, Gimp 2.6 and now Gimp 2.8
CS4 and have elements 5 and 7 both have photos in them. I want to move these photos to CS4 or to the CS4 Bridge, not sure witch to use. What is the easyest way as I want to give the Elements 7 to sister. I shoot with a Nikon D200 that I bought when they first came out. Before that I had a Nikon D70s, N80 was last film camera, I still have it. Before buying the N80 I always used Pentax cameras.

I want to go directly from LR to ACR in Photoshop without going through bridge. It seems if I have to use Bridge, I loose the connection between LR and Photoshop.

If I check off "Select workspace at startup" every time I start Photo-Paint the workspace selection box is hidden behind the splash screen!
I've tried resetting my profiles.How do I get the selection box on top?

I used to work with CS3 where double-clicking in Bridge on a psd-file would open it in Photoshop. Now, when I double click in Bridge (CS6) it opens a "quick time pro" file, which I definitely don't want. When I use the right mouse to "place in Photoshop" it does so, but then automatically converts the file into a smart object, which I don't want either. What need I do to open a psd-file in Bridge as normal psd-file in Photoshop?
Photoshop Elements 8 (version 8.0). This is first time I tried to use photo downloader from Adobe Bridge (CS4 3.0.0.464) with my iphone 4s. It crashes every time. Have been to preferences and deleted adobe.downloader.plist. Still crashes.

In my former installations (5.0 and 5.1) everything was ok ...
After opening Bridge CS6 (and using mini Bridge), there are no thumbnails showing. I've pointed Bridge to just one folder with less than 5 photos in it and it cannot even display them. I'm running a recent Mac Pro with 16GB RAM and kick graphics card.

I am working on a visual presentation that I will print out as a booklet and each page is saved as a .psd. Is there a way to configure the psd file so that when I open that one file (call it the master file) all the images open up together. I'd like to know if this might be possible so I can avoid having to open each image/page individually.
