Every time I try to change my profile image, I get an error message saying.
"The file you uploaded is too large.
This section will allow you to specify a photo to be used in your profile which is viewable by other board members. Photos must be no bigger than 150 pixels by 150 pixels."
The problem is the image is already smaller than 150x150px I've checked multiple times.
Camera profiles created prior to the update to 4.3 still work, but when exporting an image to the software now, a command window pops up VERY briefly "OMG Error #15: Initializing libiomp5md.dll, but found libguide40.lib already initialized." I found both files in c:windowssystem32, but when I looked into a backup copy of my drive from prior to the 4.3 update, neither file is present, leading me to believe they were installed by the update. I tested the LR 4.1 version and the unchanged xrite software performs as it should with LR.

The general look will be of the sun(looks like a star) illuminating a narrow crescent of the earth. I am working on a picture, trying to adapt it for the logo. I need to change the white sunlight to be yellow/red - can't seem to isolate the colors from the mix of earth colors or black background colors they mix with. Another thing I need is to use a white background instead of the black background of the picture taken from space. Is there a way to convert all the colors that are a mix of the black background and something else to be changed to be as if the background was white?

Trying to edit and save this file fails silently, because Photo-PAINT does get confused by a file name like this: "filename.morename.extension". Nothing gets saved.
The actual file name taken from my example file is: "Flag_of_Germany.svg.png".

How do I outline an image so I can change the background color without changing the image color ?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI understand how the current extrusion command works - You have a 2D polyline profile and you apply the extrusion command to that, getting your 3D shape.
However, I have a drawing full of different sized extrusions based on the same 2D polyline, and now I want to change that initial 2D polyline without having to manipulate each polyline separately. I thought it would be much better if the initial 2D polyline were referenced, allowing you to swap that inital 2D polyline with another 2D polyline. Is there a way - or a plugin - that is available to do this in AutoCAD?
FYI - the profiles are used in kitchen doors, and I want to be able to simply change the door profiles without resorting to re-extruding the whole lot.
I want to change the size of the image in Gimp to 3957x4429 px (67x75 cm) at a 150dpi (the image we have has a 300 dpi.) When i do this in image - print size it keeps changing the width.
The system is not allowing me to get the picture a few cm larger. Is there any way I can overwrite this?
I originally did an existing surface that I was not really satisfied with. Then did an existing and proposed profile using the LandXML import/export option for getting the information from one file to another. I have since redone the existing surface to something I am more satisfied with, and set up data shortcuts, but I cannot figure out how to update the existing portion of my profile.
Essentially, I want to "unload" the previous surface information from LandXML and redirect the profile to the data shortcut information so the existing portion of the profile can be updated... preferably without disturbing the proposed portion of the profile.
There is a dialog box that lists information about the profile, but it does not want to let me modify or change anything.

I'm shooting with a Nikon D3s and always had the problem that the imported photos went a few stops darker when they were imported in Lightroom. I figured out that I get better results when I change the camera profile from Adobe Standard to Camera Neutral (which probably equals my setting on my camera)
So how can change this setting for the rest of my already imported stock and how can make this the default setting for my future photo imports?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm building a test track to use on a driving simulator.I'm trying to apply banking to the corners. The track's path is a loft with it's path defined as a line, and the loft shape is a rectangle to represent the cross section of the track. I'm trying to apply banking to the corner by using a different shape part way along the loft... however, the result is that the track twists the wrong way so that the top of the track becomes the side and vice versa.

I have just installed Civil 3D 2012.
For all previous versions I was able to change the default Profile <<C3D_Metric>> in the Shortcut Target to my custom Profile with no load errors.
When I do this in 2012, I receive a rash of errors upon load(see below), wich results in an incomplete program.

Avoiding changing the profile is not an option. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

Before we migrated I tried to back up the user data from the old user but once I am up an running agian all the AutoCad settings are no longer included. I understand you can export those while you are logged in and can see the macros etc. can you simply move the files that store that information (I can still access all the files from that user I just can't login as that user anymore)

View 3 Replies View RelatedAt my company we have a custom CC library with custom profiles for use in frage generator. We are having a problem with one of the frames. Everything goes well when the profiles is inserted.
But when I try to "trim to frame" the intersections of two profiles, it does not trim them correctly. It trims them in a 45 degree angle. As you can see on the attached jpg file.I tried everything. Checked the sketch, deleted the profile, republished the part.
We sre doing 3 line profiles for a road and the left and right curb should be .13' lower than the centerline elevation. In many cases we are getting .14' or sometimes more or less. We tried resampling the cooridor with a tighter interval but still the same results.

After this update, every time I create a surface profile, things get all messed up. Like I have done dozens of times before, I create the profile then open the profile creation tools. I am using the draw tangents with curves tool and as soon as I click my first tangent point, it shows up about an inch over to the left. I have struggled through and used the grips to edit after the fact but this used to be a VERY easy task. FYI my snap isn't on or anything goofy like that and when opened on a computer without the service pack, it works as it should.
