View 2 RepliesAm running the system as above and can't ever see the minimize/maximize/close buttons normally in Win 7's title bar. This means I have to keep quitting the program if I want to do anything else.Am I doing something wrong here or is this a bug of this particular implementation?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have Lightroom installed on two Windows 7, 64bit systems. On one the top line above the File, Edit, Library... line is the expected; Lightroom 3 Catalog... at the left end and the three boxes on the right (minimize, maximize and Close). On my other system that line is missing. How to get it back?

View 2 Replies View RelatedHave been using Xara products for years and currently on Photo and Graphic Designer V7.
Normally, I have the three windows icons in the top right (minimise, maximise and close) and these normally operate on the whole of the Xara window. (If I minimise, then Xara minimises to the task bar and I see my desktop etc.)
However, today, if I click on minimise, then the drawing (within Xara) minimises, and I'm left with the Xara window but no buttons to minimise, maximise or close the whole window .... it's just there and the only way I can see behind it is to drag the sides in or use FILE / EXIT to close the program.
When I first installed Photoshop CS6 Extended on my Mac it had a bar running along the top that had the program name in it (Photoshop) with the red, orange and green, close, minimize and maximize buttons in it.
Somehow I have turned this off and the three buttons no longer show. Below is an example picture of the bar I'm wanting to turn on: I have the application frame turned on and they still do not show.
Been using PSP since X2 and never had any real problems, but I recently purchased and installed x6. It started giving me a problem I couldn't live with so I uninstalled and then reinstalled PSPX6 Ultimate. That didn't fix the problem tho.
My problem: when I click on minimize, maximize or close, nothing happens. Repeated clicks of maximize has more than once even closed the program altogether.
As I mentioned, re-installation did not fix it, although the first time I clicked maximize after re-installation it did work. Then it quit.
I almost always work with multiple drawings in the same Autocad window. Often (maybe 2/3rds of the time?) when I have one drawing maximized inside the Autocad window, the minimize-downsize-close buttons disappear from that drawing's window. The only way to get them back is to cascade the windows.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm using autocad 2013 & the classic workspace instead of ribbon. For some strange reason, if 2 or more drawings are open & I minimize a drawing, it removes the minimize, maximize, close buttons from the right top side of the screen like in the attached picture. To get them back I have to go to the window pulldown & select the drawing from there. I'm using windows 7 pro with a nvidia quadro 1000m card.
View 2 Replies View RelatedEach time I open a second or third file in CorelDraw x5, the windows seem to lose the top MIN, Max Close icons. You know the ones that sit at the top right of each window. Because of this I'm unable to close or edit the work. In fact NOTHING works. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with a TON of memory.
View 3 Replies View RelatedThe minimize, restore down, & close icons keep disappearing from the upper right hand corner on my current drawing file in 2013 LT. They will reappear once I re-zoom the drawing. Is there any way to keep these icons on the screen at all times?

I think I did not have this issue with LR 3.5 - or same problem with LR 3.6?
I'm running Win 7 on an 64 bit OS machine. LR 4 doesn't display the App control buttons in the upper right hand corner controlling CLOSE, REDUCE and MINMIZE the App. Clickingblindly in their location does nothing either. I can find no way to get them to be functional.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe minimize / maximize / close menu bar has disappeared and though trying nearly everything I can think of it has not re-appeared. I am using CS6 on a MacPro.
View 4 Replies View Related1. had this problem for sometime. running windows 7. When i minimize my autocad window from maximise to the taskbar, for some reason when i click it on the taskbar to bring it back up, it has shrunk to its restore down size instead of the maximised window it was. This problem seems to only occur on win7. I don't have my windows aero themes off as i know of those problems, whats causing this one?!
2. whats also annoying in windows 7 is that i choose not to have my taskbar buttons combined, i am only in one session of autocad yet each drawing has its own taskbar button, is this normal?!
I have a customize form to use in AutoCAD. If I minimize the form, I can not see it anymore in the AutoCAD application tray. I want to minimize my form and later restore it after editing in .dwg file.
How can I do that?
I'm always having to move my tool windows around, out of the way, or close them entirely when trying to see and work with my images.
Wouldn't it be great if we could simply minimize one or more of the tool windows to the bottom of the application screen? Then the tools remain INSIDE the current dimensions of the app, and can be restored to normal size with a keystroke or a click. Shouldn't be too hard to implement.
I am in the Develop module trying to use the Adjustment Brush. After selecting the brush I am not seeing the window below that allows me to apply the corrections (exposure, contrast, etc.) I want. This window does show up if I select Graduated or Radial filters.
I am using LR5 with Windows 7 and have ensured that there are no LR updates avaialble. I have the latest version.
Running LR 3.5 v5.1 XP. All view options are checked, doesn't show if cropped, adjustments, pick, etc. And, it doesn't show in Grid view. Works well in LR 3.4.1 v6.1.
View 2 Replies View RelatedToday, after accidentally exporting a file as a TIFF the options dialog box for TGA files no longer appears.
Which means my workflow has come to an absolute and complete stop since I can no longer export proper 32-bit TGA files that are required for import into other software.
I've deleted all the preferences inside ~/Library/Preferences though that did not fix it.
why photoshop would just crash in the middle of working or using tool or making a selection. It just stops and has an option to debug or close program and loses what you worked on since the last save and you have to restart the program.

I am trying to work on some drawing in my AutoCAD and all the sudden the Hatch Creation Ribbon has decide it is going to rule the day. All day, and likely tomorrow too. I am not working on any hatches but why it has popped up. And it WILL NOT CLOSE! If I select the “Close Hatch Creation” panel button on the ribbon, it simply executes the last command that was ran. So, I figure I just close down the drawing and close then restart AutoCAD and I should be good to go. Nope. Reboot the computer. Nope. Soon as I fire AutoCAD back up and open any of my drawings.
how do I close an album and get back to the program showing name tags?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI purchased LR5 and found out it can't read my Photoshop psd files. So as it stands I have about 10,000 psd files that LR can't read. Is there a easy way to batch convert so LR can read. Or just trash LR and stick with CS6.
View 23 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to have the zoom options stay visible within the Corel Draw X5 interface, perhaps as clickable options in a toolbar ?
I would like to always see the zoom options as I use them frequently.
When I click Application Options it opens up, but the window doesn't show up, eveything else in the program gets disabled and I am able to hit Esc to get out of it.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I go to filter -> render -> lighting effects it seems to pop up some kind of options pane for maybe a quarter second while it's thinking, but once it's done all it does is create a duplicate layer called "lighting effects". I never actually see the options.
I've updated my drivers, and I just installed cs6 today, without importing any of my old settings from before.
After upgrading to 5.3 I don't have minimize, resize or exit icons at top right of screen.
View 4 Replies View RelatedWorking in LR 3.6, if I export files with "minimize metadata" checked, I loose the tags. The only way they stay in the exported JPG is if I enable that check. But I don't necessarily want all my EXIF data available to everybody.
Is this problem resolved in 4.1?
catalogs, I got error message about getting current drivers for hard drive. My hard drive is Western Digital which is supported by Windows 7.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a new computer and want to move the databse catalog over. I backed up in PSE 9 to an external hard drive. I connected to HD to the new computer and tried a resotre catalog. I chose "New Location" since I was going from XP to Windows 7 and was unsure if there would be a conflict with file locations. I also chose "Restore Original Floder Strucure". Very quickly I recieve an error message "Could not restor file .xml". I have run Restore Catalog several times and each time a DIFFERENT FILE receives the error message. I then disabled Norton Anti Virus Auto-Protect. I then disabled several programs running in the background. Same problem. I then copied the Backup Catalog to the new computer and tried to Restore it from there. Same Problem. I have now run a Repair Catalog on the original file. PSE states there is no error. I want to purchas PSE 11, but wanted to install/restore the database with the same version 9 first.
