New catalogue created 2nd Jan 2013 - less than 300 images
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, fully updated
Lenovo G770 6GB RAM 500GB HDD (partitioned C: & D: LR executables + catalogue on C: - 200GB free; images on D: - 160GB free)
Olympus ORF (from E-P2) imported as DNG
30 image files imported
One user preset run with import.
all imports selected in library then autotone applied in quick develop
change to develop module
start to edit - crop -
error: "An internal error has occurred! DB statement finalized twice "
Now can change module, click on folders etc, but no images are displayed.
No disk activity
LR displays "Loading ... " in centre pane
Closed LR without other errors displayed.
Now cannot restart LR - click on icon and brief hourglass, then nothing.
task manager shows two instanced of lightrrom.exe as running, one at 830K and another at 2.3K
Kill these tasks & restart lightroom. Catalogue does not show most recent import.
Close lightroom - still shows "phantom" lightroom.exe in task manager.

I just tried to open LR4. It opened, but then a screen with "An internal error has occurred" and a long string of words and symbols is in the middle and LR is frozen. I did a force quit and reopened to the some thing.

I am trying to export a 97 page book filled mostly with images to pdf. There are a several pages with solid text. Halfway through Lightroom's saving process, it pops up with "An error occurred while saving the book: an error occurred adding text and fonts to the book."
All the images are in one folder, I have made sure LR is locating the images correctly, and the font is the default myriad pro.

Lightroom 5.3 on Mac OS 10.9.1
After I have re-imported a corrupted xml file with print templates, LR starts with error "An error occured while trying to switch between modules" (or so, translated from german).This happens after selecting a catalog - however, regardless of the catalog choosen (even after creating a new one).Funny enough, for other users on the same system, the problem does not occur.
-> What can I do to get rid of the problem?
-> Do I have to reinstall / change or delete files?

I'm trying to get user created profiles for my Sony cameras and lenses, as LR doesn't have very many built in.
I need to install the profile downloader, which downloads as a ".air" file. I've uninstalled Adobe Air and reinstalled the latest version but when I try to install the "Adobe_Lens_Profile_Downloader_1_0_1.air" file I get the message:
an error has occurred.
This application cannot be installed because this installer has been misconfigured. Please contact the application author for assistance."

I'm trying to synchronize "Noise reduction" settings on a set of 952 photos (which are actually smart previews), using LR 5.2, and after I click apply I get the following error:
An internal error has occurred: <AgErrorID>10003</AgErrorID>
I have tried with only 3 photos selected and it worked fine. But it seems LR is not properly handling the large number of photos.

In Library module/Folders right click and show parent folder I get the following error
An Internal error has occured: Database .. columns rootFolder, pathFromRoot are not unique
Statement: UPDATE AgLibraryFolder SET rootFolder = ? WHERE id_local = ?;
This error occurs on all folders that I have checked.
I have tried to open lightroom and perform an integrity check which did not report any errors.
Yes, I do backup the catalogue but when this problem developed...

I get this message even after 3 attempts to unistall and re-install lr5. I even deleted the downloads and re-downloaded it twice to make sure. It will not let me import or do anything.I an trying to do the free trial so I can decide between this or Aperture. If I cannot run the trial, I wonder if I will be able to run the full version! I will be using this in conjunction with nik soft or topaz, and need to know if everything will play nice together.

This problem started yesterday after I moved some of my library to an external hard drive. I created a new catalog and moved the photos within lightroom. I don't know if the move of photos caused the error or not. Now whenever I try to delete rejected photos, I get the following error message:

why my Lightroom 4 program will not open? Yesterday it worked fine. Today I get a message that "an unexpected error occurred". If I try to repair the Lightroom 4 program in the control panel, I get the message "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". SO much of my work is sitting in those catalogs.

This warning pops up from time to time as I migrate my LR 3 picture folders from an internal hard drive on an iMac to an external hard drive. The folders and all the images show up on the external hard drive O.K. and are accepted by the LR 3 database.A greyed folder with zero files remains behind on the internal hard drive in the LR 3 application Folder.

After upgrading to 3.5 from 3.4.1 I received this error when attempting to publish new photos to my harddisk. First I thought the problem may be related to access rights. I am running Win7, 64 bit. So I reset the read/write rights in the export folder and the LR catalogue and AppData folders. No success. Then I opened a new cataloge and imported the old one in order to start "from scratch" - no success, publishing collections were not importet. Finally I switched back to version 3.4.1, and ... it works again

Since some days, when exporting pictures, an internal error warning occurs opun the screen and says: Win 32 API error2 (System cannot find the Data) when calling ShellExecuteExW from AgWorkspace.shellExecute
But - the export works...
How can i stop LR4 displaying this warning?

Since upgrading to LR 5.2, I can no longer upload photos to Facebook. I get this message: "An error occurred while attempting to load this plug-in’s portion of the Export dialog. attempt to index upvalue '?' (a nil value)"

Ive been trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS4 trial for the past 3 days. The only reason I want to try it is because of its ability to create textures directly on models. But whenever I try to install, I get this error"Adobe Drive CS4Error:Error 1603. Fatal error during installation." I'm using AutoCAD 2012 version 18.2. I need to programmatically open .dxf file, change font and save as .dwg version AC1800. I do it with the following code [URL] .... The problem is that after saving as AC1800 and open the result file, Autocad says that some errors occurred and offer to recover file. After this it works fine. If I save as DwgVersion.Current or DwgVersion.Newest it works fine.

Just a heads up on an old issue which still exists in the burning module of X4. Apparently nothing has been updated from X2 other than reintegrating it with the editing software. Unspecified is maddeningly vague but If you get this message during the authoring stage it may be due to a glitch in some of the menu templates. I have found that using certain menu templates if you uncheck the "motion menu" box it will crash the production at the final stage with this message occurring. If this happens you must leave the motion menu box checked (which is the template default) even though you aren't using a motion menu. It appears to have no effect on the finished product. I have found this glitch with a number of the text menu templates that I like to use. I know it took me some effort to figure this out back in X2.

Illustrator won't let me save! It says "Unknown error has occured." I only have line work and text I placed from AutoCAD as a DWG file on the artboard and I was going to color the rooms in Illustrator.

We've been experiencing an issue with saving illustrator files (as .ai). The error message is "unknown error occurred" when attempting to save. Things tried already:
delete preferences file
uninstall/re-install CS6
standardize all fonts to arial
save in another location (desktop, network)
save as .eps
But still same.
This happens when copying components of one ai file to another and trying to save it. Found that removing one tiny piece from a drawing allows the save.There is no text in that piece, just lines and shading.

I bought Adobe CC 5 days ago and everything worked fine. When i continued to work on a project i started 3 days ago AE suddenly crashed and I got this error:
After Effects Error: internal verification failure! {Plugin ID is invalid}
I don't know why this happened but now i can't open any projects any more and if i start a new one and create a new comp i get the same message and after effects crashes again. In my last project I was mainly using the keylight and liquify plugin and a bunch of masks...
