View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm taking some photos for my portfolio, when I'm done tweaking them in PS, I go up to the title bar of the document>right-click>File Info, then I'll add my necessary info.
Rather than doing this every time, I remember reading or watching a tutorial years ago about importing copyright info automatically into the photo's "File Info".......
Does anyone know about this? Cause I don't remember how the heck to do it!
The photo information isn’t shown anymore in the exported JPGs in the IPTC since LR4, but it still functions in the TIFF format. Is there a possibility to fix this error?I work with Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 - Lion - LR 5
Is there a possibility to export LR5 photos into grayscale?
I want to wash my .jpg files through LR 5 in order to display the filenames. Via the Slideshow module I have been able to select and direct the displaying of the desired metadata option. When I export the files the displayed metadata information does not make the trip.

Exporting the image shows that the alpha channel should not be applied as much as Photo-PAINT wants you to believe.
I've set the object's transparency to 18% after adding/combining a drop shadow to it.

I'm working on a project incorporating field inspections into a Revit model. I have a model built, and I'm trying to export information regarding each structural element (family, type & instance, dimensions, etc) into an 'inspection sheet' (excel spreadsheet or text file). After the field inspection, my goal is to update the Revit model with inspection results. For example, damage to a beam might include a reduced cross sectional area/reduced moment of inertia.

Is there any way of exporting the necessary sample line information into a CSV file, as I believe this will be the best way to make the changes to the hec-ras data without losing the work which has already been carried out.
After you you click on view normals to see them in the viewport, is there a way to export that information in some sort of text format that tells you the exact angle of each normal on a mesh? I need this information for the average normal information.

In searching for an answer to this there were some responses that it really wasn't possible, however those were from previous versions of AutoCAD. I'm using 14 now. Is there any new functionality in 14 that allows this?

Currently, i can only export the parameters' names and values , but i can't get to the tolerance values and comments . . .
i need to export/retrive the Informations from "Space-Zone manager".

The reason why I'd like to do it...it's because each weld in the drawing has his own number and I'd like to be able to work with these weld numbers in MS excel. It means I'd like to be able to export all the weld numbers and also to change these weld numbers in the drawing via MS excel.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am unable to generate a copyright symbol for my watermark using Alt 0169 from my PC laptop. One discussion said to not use the numeric keypad. It did not work for either location...numbers at the top of the keyboard or numeric keypad.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am new to watermarks and am wanting to include the symbol that indicates copyright, rather than the whole word.
I don't know how/where to find this symbol, and how to include it with my watermark.
I create web galleries using LR 4 and often I am including images from several photographers. I should like to be able to create a copyright watermark which incorporates the photographer's name by setting it to something like Copyright <creator>
Is there a way to achieve this other than setting the copyright on import for each photographer's set?
What is the keyboard shortcut for the copyright mark?
View 3 Replies View RelatedExporting a new round of images to my rebuilt photo website this week, and very glad that LR can generate year-specific copyright tags, which are infinitely less cumbersome than my previous tactic of trying to pull copyright metadata from images at the site level.
So far, I'm preferring the watermark layout size consistency of Lightroom's default watermark system over results from the otherwise excellent and flexible LRMogrify2 plugin.
I'd like to either leverage a token to use copyright metadata within custom watermarks or find out how to reposition/restyle the default Simple Copyright Watermark, eg have the Simple Copyright Watermark show up in a font other than Myriad in a different position on my images...
Hope this isn't too obscure or poorly-articulated a first question in these forums.
(Running Lightroom 4.3 on Mac OS 10.75).
l has a tool allowing address of the default fonts for watermarks and other presentation variables in a sideways way through translation settings. It's a strong start, but other fonts are looking even more shoddily rendered by this method. Back to fidding with size and ratio options in LRMogrify2.

View 2 Replies View Relatedin Lightroom 5.3, I have reached page 239 on creating a large landscape photobook. Now on adding additional pages, Lightroom says "page limit reached - The current output format limits the page count to 240, so additional pages cannot be added". I changed the layout of the book to hard cover image wrap and the paper type to standard. But Lightroom continues to give the same message.
Now my question is, if there is a page limit in Lightroom. On the Blurb homepage the limit for a photobook with this layout with standard paper is 440 pages. I have spent a lots of time in creating 239 pages and I don’t want to restart.
I don't mind starting with a sort by name or time added. But then I'd like to move a few around. I'm going to make a web gallery, and sometimes want to tweak the order of presentation. is this possible?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm using Lightroom 4.3 to add a copyright watermarking image (png) to existing tiff files for website use. I have several different png files made using Photoshop Elements, with the copyright text set at different transparencies, eg 20/30/40 percent opacity, so that whichever one I use in Lightroom I can always leave the opacity setting in the watermarking dialog at 100% and the images are scaled proportionally to 35%.
The problem is that every time I export the files after setting the watermark position etc, I notice that there is a noticeable loss of both contrast and colour in the newly made tiff files.
Lightroom 4.3, Windows 7, 64-bit.
I am a AutoCad drafter for telecommunications and I have utility pole points (long/lats)
I can insert the poles via long/lat and all is great, my issue is I would like more information in those points.
For example, pole number, class, HOA, Make Ready. Currently I create a survey data store and import ASCII Points using PNE(comma delimited)
So with my Excel file (this is where I get my pole information from) I get a point/northing/easting to enter into the formatting section.
I would like to add more information to these individual points, like ploe number, class, HOA...
If I view the point table I see that there are a lot of other columns, can I use them or customize them? is there a quick tutorial on this issue?
