View 8 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to undo the Split Audio function once you have used it?
View 2 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to exclude zooming from the UNDO function? Going through undos is mostly pretty annoying "back-worth"-jumping, when working with a scroll mouse.
edit: Forgot to mention that I'm currently using AutoCAD LT 2000i. And upgrading to LT 2005 in very near future.
Why does a selection release after UNDO function? Older versions didn't used to. It's annoying to have to re-select after each time you undo.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThis is something that I have noticed on various systems (flame, flint, smoke). For some reason the Undo function doesnt work inside Sapphire Sparks.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI created book in InDesign CC with sound files attached. The sound feature on my interactive pdf document only works on some of the computers that I sent the document to. Some people get a sound icon which dosen't work, some recieve the file and the icon dosen't show at all, and for others it functions perfectly. How can I fix this?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am working with some CAD imported meshes at the moment and accidentally deleted some faces. I have noticed this before but is it me or there's no UNDO function when working with "Body" objects? What happens if I do a mistake? Load the last saved files?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI rely heavily on the ctrl+z function to undo steps of my work quickly, but it's not working in Illustrator cs6. It says I'm using the correct shortcut, but no matter what I do I can't get it to work.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm currently using Civil 3D 2012, and all of a sudden CTRL+Z has stopped working as UNDO. It does nothing. I've found this issue in lots of other outdated forum posts, but none seem to relate to Civil 3D 2012. I went into CUI to see if the shortcut was somehow changed, but the UNDO command still points to CTRL+Z as its shortcut.
View 7 Replies View RelatedWorking in Illustrator CC (latest version) and my undo key command is going back in time and undoing stuff I did earlier in the file. I'm on a Windows 7 machine.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter making three consecutive brush strokes in my image:Click on Undo once, History list backs up one step, but last stroke remains on screen. Press Undo again (Redo) and History list returns to last position, last stroke is still on screen. Click Undo again, History list backs up one step, but now brush stroke disappears as it should.
Or, after clicking Undo the first time, the brush stroke will disappear if I apply another stroke or enter a command, e.g. add new layer.
After making three consecutive brush strokes: Use Backwards command, the History list backs up one step, but brush stroke remains on screen. Use Backwards command a second time, History list backs up another step, the last two brush strokes disappear from screen. Use Backwards a third time, History list backs up another step (now 3 steps total), and the first brush stroke disappears as it should.
These commands work fine when creating three consecutive layers, then undoing or moving backwards.
I am using CS 5.1 for Mac running OS Lion 10.7.4. This problem occurs using either a trackball, Wacom Intuos4 tablet or keyboard shortcuts. Can this be a screen-draw bug in the brush tool?
I had been working on an edit for way too long and of course i didnt save it the entire time because im terrible i guess, I wanted to see what the deal with Lens Flare was so i went Filter>Render>Lens Flare to check it out. I hated it and immediately removed the flare with no problems.
Then I was going to go back to Lens Flare to see if i could adjust it into something sort of decent but i accidentally went Filter>Render>Lighting Effects and it locked my Photoshop up (yes my computer sucks). I then started to panic because of the extensive amount of time i put into this edit without saving it.
I opened Photoshop and it loaded up the recovered file i was working on. Unfortunately it has the terrible lens flare from my first attempt attached to it and im not able to undo or anything. Is there anything i can do to get rid of the lens flare?
im a noob at photoshop, i just started a few days ago. (use it to texture for 3d stuff) and im getting a few problems with it.
the main problem is that none of the command keys are working (stuff like Ctrl + Z for back and Ctrl + Y for redo) also some other commands are not working. Does anyone know whats going on?
I think it'd be so cool to be able to replay your entire undo history of a picture, so you can see and show others how you proceeded on a picture you made. That way, it's never necessary to capture screen video for like 10 hours and stuff..
So first you'd need to add an option to save the undo history (so that you always keep the history from when you started). Then you'd need an option to playback the undo history.
Is there a way to undo without zoom as part of the undo?

I have a problem understanding how undo marks are added to the undo stack. In the code below a fan of lines are draw in a random location. If you run MTest a few times, the AutoCAD Undo command will remove the fans one at a time.
If you run MMulti to draw 10 fans, the AutoCAD Undo command will remove all the fans in a single step.I want to be able to remove the fans one at a time.I thought that a StartTransaction / Commit pair would act as markers for the undo stack, but this isn't working.
Tested on AutoCAD 2010 VS 2008
<CommandMethod("MMult")> _
Sub testmult()
Dim i As Integer
For i = 1 To 10
Call testdraw()
Next
End Sub

I just installed the trial version of CS6 and it's working great so far, except for one major problem. I can't use the "save as" function at all, when I click it, it does nothing. No errors messages, just nothing.

dtext function not working. when doing dtext but using the insertion point of some previous text. will not move to next line unless some text placed on first line. is there a setting, no issue in 2011
ACLT2000 on a Windows XP machine.
In the last day, one of our users has lost his ability to Group. Whether he selects objects and then pulls down "Group" from the tools menu or vice versa, the objects do not group. The command line text doesn't give any errors or other indication of what is happening.
I've not written out a profile and Im brand new here.
But what Im asking for help with, is this :
Whenever I go to use the text tool in my Photoshop cs3 extended it says the function was unable to work because something prevented it from initializing.
The export dialog box seems to work. I hit EXPORT and it goes to export. Then the operation gets stuck and the image won't export.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm new to Lightroom so I might be screwing this up somehow. I pick the Overwrite without warning option on the export function. I've noticed that it pops up the dialog saying X file will be replaced. I click Ok and go to my pictures library and only the unedited original is there.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have hyphernation ON, but is not working. I see an strange sign from the original text, maybe is a non breaking word character imported from the original text in Word Office.

Is there any GREP command that will remove all forced non breaking text signs at once?
i'm trying to create a LispFunction in vb.net in visual studio 2010 (tried both .net 3.5 and .net 4.0) and it's like autocad is just ignoring them. is there a setting or something to disable .net LispFunctions from being loaded? CommandMethods work just fine, and i'm not seeing any errors. in fact i'm using the most basic of functions, just returning the arguments. and nothing. Any diagnostic or something to determine what's the matter?
<LispFunction("HelloWorld")>Public Function HelloWorld(args As ResultBuffer) As ResultBuffer Return argsEnd Function does nothing, when i setq a variable on it, it's just nil.
LR 3.6 Import function has stopped working. Worked fine one day and stopped working the next. No Files Found to Import yet you can see the files trhough LR in the import step while the little message in the bottom right corner says "Finding Files".

View 3 Replies View RelatedI’m writing a large book, and so I have created a book file that includes 10 different “chapters” or .INDD files. Within this book I would like to include internal hypertext links that refer to other “chapters”.Unfortunately, these links do not work in my .PDF. I know that my Adobe Acrobat Professional application can “see” these links, because when I move my cursor over these links, the cursor changes from an arrow to a hand tool. But when I click on this link with my mouse, nothing happens. The .PDF does not take me to these links.
Likewise, I would like my Table of Contents to automatically link to the pages that are referenced in it. Again, I can see the “hand tool” when I move my cursor over these Table of Contents entries, but the .PDF does not automatically take me to these references. My first inclination is to suspect that something has gone wrong in the .PDF creation process. I create my .PDFs by opening the Book menu, and pressing “Export Book to .PDF.” When the Export window opens, I choose “Adobe PDF (Interactive)” then I press “Save.” When the Export to Interactive PDF window opens, I make sure that “Create Tagged .PDF” are selected. Under “Buttons and Media” I chose “Select All.” Then I press “Okay” to create the .PDF.Is there a step here that.I would assume that an “Interactive” PDF would allow active links that would have the ability to take me elsewhere within that .PDF. How can I enable InDesign to do this?
This used to work, but now it won't work at all, even when opening a file from scratch.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI draw a line with the pen tool, right click and then 'stroke' the pen line with a brush (for example). I imagine I've done this successfully thousands of times but for some reason it just isn't working today (or yesterday actually!). When I right click then go down to 'stroke' nothing happens at all.
However it does work if I go into the 'paths' palette, right click on 'work path' and stroke the pen line with the brush.
