When the zgl files were viewed with "Imagination View" program, some files looked good, while some others do not show any geometry (just white background). Aug 19, 2012I think it'd be so cool to be able to replay your entire undo history of a picture, so you can see and show others how you proceeded on a picture you made. That way, it's never necessary to capture screen video for like 10 hours and stuff..
So first you'd need to add an option to save the undo history (so that you always keep the history from when you started). Then you'd need an option to playback the undo history.

Oct 20, 2011I have a problem understanding how undo marks are added to the undo stack.In the code below a fan of lines are draw in a random location.If you run MTest a few times, the AutoCAD Undo command will remove the fans one at a time.
If you run MMulti to draw 10 fans, the AutoCAD Undo command will remove all the fans in a single step.I want to be able to remove the fans one at a time.I thought that a StartTransaction / Commit pair would act as markers for the undo stack, but this isn't working.
Tested on AutoCAD 2010 VS 2008

InDesign :: Can't Save Or Save As Document
Feb 17, 2014Original file was generated in Adobe InDesign CS6 as (16) 8.5" x 11" - exported this to high res print ready PDF. I need to manually paginate this 16 page document to 11" x 17" printer spreads so I can set up addressing with XMPie.Placed PDFs into InDesign CC (vsn 9.2) on (8) 11" x 17" sheets - saved as a new file name but it won't save - it looks like it's processing for a minute, then just stops and doesn't save.
Made an 8 page 11" x 17" template without placing the PDF and saved it - and it saved successfully. Once I place the PDFs - and try to save or save as - it does the same thing, processes for a moment before stopping and not successfully saving (the * is still next to the name at the top of the document bar, and if I close it asks me if I want to save changes.)I'm on a Mac, OS/X 10.8.5, I've restarted the machine, and tried again and ended up with the same issue.

Jan 31, 2013Working on an iMac in LR3, I thought I was deleting one unwanted file from disk, but actually had all 22 edited images highlighted and deleted them all. I need to undo 'delete from disk' on edited files, however 'undo' is greyed out and command Z is ineffective. I see them all in the trash and the preview shows how they appeared with my edits. When I did this once before, I moved images out of trash back into original file on the hard drive and reimported into LR3, however the edits were not maintained. I need to retain these edits (days of work!) so how do I undo my mistake?

Mar 20, 2012I'm working on a big document (we use cdr for producing brochures). I know that when I save it takes around 30s, but as soon as I click the save icon it greys out as if it's saved the document instantaneously (as do the save, save as and save as template menu commands).
Unless I wait the 30s or so, when I try to do something the program either doesn't respond or crashes. If I wait, it's ok - trouble is I don't know exactly how long to wait as there is no on-screen indication (and the icon is telling me it's all done, which it isn't).

Apr 18, 2008i open up a file which contains more than 100 layers, some of them are hidden and the other are not, bascially i want to check out some of the hidden layers and i did on one, as we all know, by alt click the eye icon, we can go backwards to restore the original visibility settings of all other layers, my problem is i unhide one layer and then unhide another layer above and change the layer transparency to check out that layer,and after that i turned on another layers, then all the sudden i have found that i cant go backwards anymore, i cant restore all the original visibility settings,even by click undo many times,so right now i have 3 layers visible in the scene and cant go back to restore the oringinal visibility unless i revert the file,

Mar 29, 2014I'm using InDesign CS5 to create a calendar. I am using rotated view for the spreads. I have page 4-27 I want to send to my client for proofing. I only want the "smallest File" for screen viewing ioption. I've never had a problem creating PDFs. This is the first time using viewer spreads rotated. Wondering if this is creating the problem.
The background task panel has been stuck at 42% for over an hour. InD won't let me quit the save. It won't allow me to close the project window, or Force quit the program.

AutoCAD Inventor :: Save AS Copy To DXF - Route Does Not Function
Jun 24, 2013I am having a problem with Save AS Copy To DXF.
When I try the 'Save copy as' DXF route it does not function. If I click the save button nothing happens and if I click the option button nothing happens either. In 2012 when you click the options button you would have got the option to change the export settings i.e. all sheets etc...
I do have the option to change the file formats via the drop down box in the 'save copy as' dialogue box and dxf etc are listed!
When I right click on the flat pattern in 'Model' there is no button for 'Export' in the list that appears. Therefore I cannot get to the Flat pattern dxf export options prompt as shown in this thread.
Its obvious you should be able to save as a dxf from an inventor idw as the buttons are there they are just not working!
I am having this problem with Autodesk Design Suite Premium. Inventor 2014 will not give me options, and is having problem exporting to autocad dwg. tried a reinstall as it appears to wotk properly on other similar installed machines.
