Photoshop :: CS3 - Working On Client PC / Eraser Tool Has Gone Pixelated?
Jul 2, 2012Working onsite on a clients pc - and suddenly using the erraser toll it has gone all pixleated !!I have open PS with resetting all tools, the just resetting the eraser tolls. cannot for th elife of me able to get it back to a smooth blend ?

Aug 2, 2013I am using PS CC on Windows7 with a digital board (don´t know if that is correct english, but - with a digital pen, instead of a mouse)When I try to erease, clone or write with the pen tool, nothing is happening where the cursor is, but instead rather far below that point.If I use the mouse, it works well, also the digital pen could be used without any problems to perform other things as changing tools, close an image by clicking the "x", or chose layers or whatever.Changing to PS CS6 the problem disappears - everything works fine.
I have reset the settings by holding shift-ctrl-alt while starting the program.
Paint Shop Pro :: Eraser Tool Not Working Correctly X5?
Jul 21, 2013Since I first upgraded from PSP X3, 5 months ago the eraser tool has worked great. But just in the last week I have been having problems with it not working correctly. It seems like it is faded and not erasing like it should. The hardness IS raised up to 100 but still no luck. The background eraser is working great, it is only the eraser tool that is acting up. Here is a screen capture of what it is doing.

Aug 18, 2013I am looking for a good tutorial in the various uses of the eraser & segment removal tools. I cannot seem to get the hang of how to use these tools to erase or delete sections of a closed object and leave the object open after using the tool.
So far the only way I know of to leave an object open is by using the shape tool to open a curve - surely there is a way to do this with the eraser and/or segment removal tool.

Apr 4, 2012When I am using the eraser tool in correldraw x5, I get a crash from time to time.
This crash causes my correldraw to completely shutdown with a message that an unexpected error has occured and that the program had to be closed.
Working with important information, this is a big issue for me.

I am trying to erase fine lines into an object using a Wacom tablet. The size of the eraser grows too big on the slightest extra pressure. Would be great if I could disable the pressure sensitivity for the eraser.

Aug 16, 2013I've kinda ignored the clone tool as I thought it was useless. Now I find out that it isn't working as expected on my system. I'd be happy with any pointers as to how to refresh clones.
For example, if I change anything about a clone of artistic text, then ANY link to editing the text is gone.

Aug 28, 2012I use the Corel Draw table tool regularly and since upgrading to SP1 the tool no longer works. I can create a table but cannot add rows, columns or even import tables from MS Word. All functionality has gone.
I am also running a machine with X6 without SP1 and the table tool works fine so what I have to do is create the tool in X6 and then it works fine in X6 SP1.
Also noting that the upgrade has not fixed the instability on the 64Bit version as every time I select an object to move it Corel crashes.

Mar 22, 2011I cannot get the Envelope tool to work correctly in Draw X5. Rather that go into a lenghty explanation, see below. Notice that some of the rectangles don't "bend" as they should. I converted all text to curves and then welded all objects together. However, it acts the same if they are grouped instead.

May 4, 2008The brush tool is no longer working - when I select on any of the brush tools, spray, Art burhs, spray , line, marker etc, they will not work. When I select the drop down nothing is listed. Additionally, none of the other tools in the box, Effect Tool, Image Sprayer too ect, do not work as well. Did I select something to turn off the tool?
I've tried to uninstall and re-install and that did not work.

A few days ago - imported a jpg into Paint as usual, went to use the clone tool and it just doesn't work any more. I can select the icon and the little circles come up but it just doesn't 'clone' anything. Its as if there is mysterious setting that has been turned on that just makes nothing happen.
I have reinstalled the software: no luck - still the same.

For example, if I draw an 'S' shape, it measures from the farthest corners and just erases the entire area in a neat rectangulare shape [].
