Will Corel6 (or later) ever be able to export to a web page directly since the HTLM export doesn't work (drops links). The Corel Web program, or what ever its name is, was a joke. Its amazing that Corel work puts its name on a program that you could not open a CorelDraw file.
My current work around is to export to a JPG and then import that into dreamweaver and add the links there, then post. A pain but it works.

We just upgraded from Corel X4 to X6. When exporting a file into tiff in X6 , some images are creating extra lines that run into space. The images are made form cgm files, have not the best quality and relative old but in X4 I never had a problem with that.2678.test_c_drw_000_X4.tif4722.test_c_drw_000_x6.tif
Any new setting that needs to be on or off ?
I noticed that in X4 there is an option to apply ICC profile which I can't find in X6.Does this influence this?

I am trying to export my corel draw x6 file as a dxf or dwg file to import into sketchup. When I do this it drastically alters the lines in my drawing. It did not do this in x4. I know that it changes my curves into a bunch of line segments and I am okay with that. What I have a problem with is that it is changing my straight lines into line segments that are not straight. Any way to successfully import my corel drawing into sketchup?

Im sure there must be something im missing here with the PNG export settings. I like the way the new export window appears but I cant figure out how to export from Draw to a PNG with a transparent matte of a color picked color.
How I did it in X4 was to chose to export to PNG, and when the window appeared to select a color for the transparent area, a color picker was used. Whatever I do with X5, i cant do it .

Some days ago, I installed the x6 version. Now I find that, when export to Tif using x6 with the same settings and the same origin file, the file size is almose 3 more times then when using x5.
More Details:
I always use lZW compression, than the color mode I select paletted, and the final, choose document palette.

we use CorelDraw X5 to make cartographies on building plans with several layers of - mostly - polylines drawings (one layer = one building material type or one weathering form type) and we must give them back to architects who use AutoCAD.
We already tried several times to export the .cdr to .dxf or .dwg files, but till now, the architect seems to be able to open the files, but our cartographie is quite illegible: only some parts of the layers are visible and it seems that some layers are not visible at all...

I have been trying to export numerous files from Corel X4 to an SVG format, individually and using the Batch Export script. These files are setup in Corel as 640x480 px and when I go to export them the page default is 600x600 pix, it will not let me change the page size to 640x480, it remains either 640x640 or 480x480.
In addition to this glitch, when I open the file in Inkscape, the page size is 14400x14400 px and when I change the page size in Inkscape to 640x480 then the drawing is so far off the page to the lower right extent that it is nearly impossible to find.
This is not limited to Inkscape when opening the file, it also behaves the same way in Illustrator and several other software packages. It is also not my Corel install, as I have Corel on several other computers. It works just fine on one of them, the other three it is just like described above.
I have tried creating new files, rebooting and nothing changes. The odd thing is that it has worked fine on these computers previously. It makes me think that once the batch script is run, it corrupts something?

I am exporting some graphics to PNG from Corel draw, but the colours are coming out ridiculous looking. The nice, wintry green, is flourescent green. I am using the RGB colour palette and exporting to RGB 24bit - is that correct?

If you use win 7 64 bit and corel x4, try to export to png or jpg 330 x 250 pixels. Does it works fine or it exports to 330 x 249 like in my case.

I was asked to make a big banner 525cm x 250cm. After completing it in few minutes I tried publishing it to pdf but i constantly get an empty white pdf file. After few tests i figured out that I can correctly publish any file that is smaller than 500cm but anything above gives me an empty pdf.
Have you faced any similar problems?

To send to the printer it needs to be a PDF file. I have two separate issues:
1. I have an image faded into the background with text over it. When I export to PDF, this image disappears and does not show up. What settings do I have to change to prevent this?
2. The 2nd question is about size. The size of my document is 5.5 x 9. However, when I export it to a PDF it is a much larger size. I am not talking about the size percentage. When it is at 100% (I would think this should be the actual size) and I print, it is printing as 8.5 x 11. The printing options are set to print to actual size.

We are an Offset Print company and our Designers and Pre Press Operators have used CorelDraw for some years now. Their workstations run Windows XP and Windows 7 and all use CorelDraw x6.
Our Problem is this: When we create a pdf in CorelDraw x6 via File - Export... the resulting pdf is created with no pdf Title name. This Title name can be viewed when the pdf is opened in Acrobat and going to File - Properties.
Using CorelDraw x5, which we have just upgraded from, creating a pdf via File - Export... resulted in a pdf that had a Title that was the same as the File name of the Corel document that it was exported from.
Because in the held ques of our DPX Image setter any pdf without a Title name is simply displayed as "Untitled". It then takes some guesswork and previewing of these files in the held que to determine which job is which. This also becomes a bigger problem if we wish to re-burn a set of plates at a later date as then it is a time consuming task to preview files from our Image setter's printed que.
So our question is: Is there a setting we can change in CorelDraw x6 that once set will then cause all pdfs (exported from CorelDraw x6) to automatically have a Title ?
(There was no such setting in CorelDraw x5 - the Title was simply added to exported pdfs automatically).

We are doing Bars charts in Microsoft Excel and copy past (speical) them in Corel Draw to have an vector form.
When we export them as CMYK in .EPS format.
In priting we are getting RGB colour (the colours point towards lines in chart)
But the question is that when we group /select all the objects in coreldraw file and export them in CMYK in .eps format, why does every object does not convert into CMYK.

As long as a cmm is set up it is not possible to me to measure the same color value on screen (with an external color picker) that I entered in Corel's color definitions. This only works, when I turn off any cmm in Draw.
Plus it is not possilbe to export a pdf in which I can measue the RGB values that I defined in Draw. The closest I get is without a cmm (see above) but I still get readings that are off by 1 in most cases (I don't figure why rounding issues should be acceptable here).
The only export that works for me is to export for "Office" .. only then all values are exactly how I had defined them.

Need to export all my .cdr in several hundred folders, out to .jpg with matching file name and -1 -2 for page listings, but I want to keep the same folder structure but put it in a folder Next my CDR folder.
Example
Artwork CDR/ folder/folder/folder etc
Artwork JPG/ folder/folder/folder etc
I tried the file convert macro, but Have to run this per folder and would be time consuming... plus it is failing after four files.

I've got some PDF's that I'd like to convert to a DXF or DWG. Is it as simple as Import>>>PDF then Export>>>DXF? or are there other hoops I'd need to jump through.
