I have 36 different circular names that I need to input into a document, but every time I try to edit the field on a circular path, the letters get all jumbled... What can I do to keep the letters on the path when I edit them?

i'm making a newsletter in which there are pages which has to written in malayalam. i use charmap (Start>Run>Charmap). in that i make a sentence by selecting each letters.. Charmap has its own text field where the written text is displayed. from that text field i've to copy paste it to corel draw's text field.
Now the problem is whenever i paste it on corel draw's text field, the letters come a bit jumbled up. i've noticed that the vowels get jumbled up. but when i paste it on ms word, it comes as it is.
I am trying to make a circular sign with text inside it that follows the contour of the circle. Half of the text will be on the top and half on the bottom.
View 6 Replies View RelatedStudent had installed 2012 version and the text is all jumbled up in the status bar. He has been using the program though. On occasion, says he also sees it affecting option bar. See attached.
View 5 Replies View RelatedWe have several similar installation in our office, but I am the only one with this problem. All of the annotative text on drawings is unreadable because it is jumbled - in this case Helvetica. We have upgraded clean install from AutoCad 2010 to 2014 - no luck. We reinstalled all of the fonts in both the system and AudtoCad (TrueType and SHX files) - no luck. Changing size or scale - no luck. I have not seen this specific issue before and don't have font issues in any other program.

Is it possible to lock a text box to prevent it from moving but still be able to input & edit text?I want to make a drawing template in CorelDraw x6 using text boxes for "non Corel friendly" people to use but need the actual text boxes to stay in the same place all the time!?

View 12 Replies View RelatedWe're running X4 and are getting a RunTime Error every time we seem to edit a text box and hit the space bar. We just installed SP2 and that's when we began noticing this glitch.
Seems to be specific when we add a 'space'. We've done full UNINSTALL and REINSTALL but it seems to happen every time.
I am running CorelDraw X6 and I am having a strange issue. I have it installed on a PC with windows 7 64 bit, and CorelDraw is also 64 bit. The issue is that when I have a string of text and I try to edit it via the "edit text" box, it wants to shift the text down a row after closing the box. so if I open and close the edit text box lets say 5 times, the text will be dropped down 5 spaces. This problem does not occur if I use the text tool on the left side toolbox, only if I use the edit text box. Also, I have another PC with almost identical hardware, and it does not have any issues. I have tried installing .NET, C++, and many other tricks to try to fix it. I have reinstalled CorelDraw, and I have up to date drivers for my graphics.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI need to take a word, and edit each letter individually. This includes changing shape, color, and slanting and twisting a letter. I want the "i" to be one color, and the dot over the "i" to be another color.
In my old drawing program, I converted the text to curves, then ungrouped the set of letters. I can't seem to be able to do this in Corel. Once converted to curves, when I select the text, the option to ungroup is greyed out.
i am posting this only after doing fruitless research online.
After applying drop shadow to a text, I find no direct way to edit the text without removing the drop shadow. I've tried the text tool, Ctrl-Click, Alt-Click, Shift-Click, etc, maybe I missed something.

I'm working on a UDK level for a college assignment.
I want to create a circular shaped elevator with a circular fence around it that's roughly half the size of an average sized character standing on it. I then wish it import this as a static mesh into UDK.

2. Second question: How to make that mesh nodes has the circular shape of the figure (in this case, a ring)?(By clicking on the object, it creates a mesh grid and edit the nodes to obtain a circular form is very laborious and the result is not satisfactory).
