View 3 RepliesI try to move a guideline with the field Y for example.1-) Put a guideline in the page2-) I need to put my guideline exactly to: Y: 5.181''.So, I put in the Y field 5.181''. The bug result is that the field makes an addition. If the position of the guideline is Y: 4.0'', and I want to move it to Y: 5.181'':the guideline go directly to Y: 9.181''.Another question:What is the use of the Object Origin button's options for the guidelines?

Is there any way to have it flow through onto all of the sheets instead of having to re-enter all the information.

I'd like to prepare a multiple pages package in the Print Module. I need to view each single page, as because every time I add new page the cells become smaller and it's hard to arrange the images well.
When I open an image a guide line appears horizontally above the image in the gray background frame. I don't see an option to switch off the guide as default. Have I missed this?
You can clear the guide easily enough but I'd like an option to stop it altogether. I have changed the colour to light gray so it is unobtrusive but it would be helpful to get rid of it.
Strangely, I have the same problem in Dreamweaver CS3. Guide lines always appear on open pages. Can't get rid of those either.
How do I turn on Live Data for the initial drag out and placement of a Guideline?
I have Smart Guides On, Bounding Box, and Edges on Show.
Yet the initial drag and placement there's no update in the Transform nor Info panels.
Having "dropped it", when I pick it up again these Live Data sets display.
I have some 18 pages in an brochure design CDR file. in that only 15 pages are the printable and other 3 pages i have to Hide without deleting. it should not be published in PDF/Service Bureau.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI work in a trophy shop running laser engravers. I'm looking for a macro that would select everything on a page, flip it vertically, and do so throughout a multi-page document - I just had to do that manually for an order of 236 acrylics (all in one multi-page file!) and it - well - was a bit tedious I can make a macro to select all and flip - but I'm lost when it comes to getting it done throughout a file, I can only get it to do that a page at a time.

I found out that using the print merge and merging it to a new document does exactly what I needed to do to be as efficient as possible, except if i need to number 120 labels, it opens up 120 pages on the document. How to merge the pages to have 1 page with all 120 labels. I have 100 of pages of a clients logos, I want gather them into a single A3 page, normally we can do this thing by giving print command (Imposition tool in print preview) but we can get PDF output or can directly print it, but I require cdr, so is this possible? I tried making PDF and importing it into corel but most of logos not coming well bcz those are bitmap, some bitmaps are viewing as a horizontal sliced.
View 3 Replies View RelatedSurely the Find/Replace Objects dialog boxes don't just restrict itself to searching on the current page... that would be stupid but it seems to be that way.

I have a problem printing a merge booklet 8 pages. I am printing to a booklet printer. The printer folds and staples the booklet. When I merges the print I cannot “group” the pages to 8. Both of the above are happening on a HP 5550 laser printer, we have 4 classrooms each with a 5550 printer in.
lock all objects on all pages (one click) in coreldraw x5 & x6?
View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen working on a document with facing pages, with previous versions of CorelDraw htting the page up or page down keys on the keyboard would change to the next set of pages.
With Draw X5, you have to hit page up or page down twice to switch to the next set of pages.
Not a huge deal to hit it twice now, but is there a way to set X5 to the previous behavior where with facing pages one page down would take you from page set 1-2 to 3-4?
Does exist this macro for X5:

I'm trying it but it doesn't work for x5, and my previous version of Coreldraw is 10,
Is there any way different than drag and drop for moving pages in multiple pages designs. I have some presentation designs lately and have to change pages numbers or move multiple pages.
Drag and drop is not user friendly on 30-50 pages documents.

I need to export pages (ie set as default ie pg3 - pg8) as .eps file. we would like to have the page name included as a suffix of the file name i.e. customer_name_2XL.eps
file name is customer name & 2XL is page name.
As a long time Adobe user, and now new user of Coreldraw X3, I am trying to figure out why, when I create a new layer on page one, that layer instantly duplicates on page two? Is there a preference that allows me to turn this off?
View 14 Replies View RelatedI am just curious if it is possible to take say a 100 page .cdr file and split it up into perhaps five 20 page .cdr files in a more or less automatic manner.
Sure, I can copy/paste the pages individually, but if this is possible it can save valuable time, energy and maybe even my sanity (if that is even possible).

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've just published to PDF a booklet I created. It will be printed but my client asks me for a screen version to be mailed. The problem is that if I set Acrobat Reader to "facing pages" the front cover (page 1) is displayed with page 2, but I want the cover to be shown alone and then page 2&3, 4&5 and so on until the back cover.
I hope this makes a sense to you.
Is there a way to create such a PDF document from Corel Draw X4?
I am preparing a multiple page document and would like to know if there is a method of importing separate .eps files into individual pages, with only one image per page. I have been using CorelDRAW X3 for awhile, but do not know any Visual Basic to create a macro to do what I am looking for. Is there any method of importing each file to a new page, rather than adding a new page and importing the file separately?
