Nov 2, 2012I have just upgraded from 12 to X6 and am having odd behavior with bitmaps. I am working on a file that was started in version 12. It contains a lot of bitmaps and nested powerclips. I've noticed that some bitmaps inside the powerclips get darker each time I finish editing the clip they are contained in. If I go back in, select the bitmap, and Adjust Brightness/Contrast/Intensity, click OK without changing any of values from 0, the original brightness is restored. The problem then recurs as I continue working. This happens with CMYK and RGB bitmaps, with bitmaps I have imported and those created within CorelDRAW.

Aug 10, 2011When I try to enter text and select the drop down menu for font selection, my list of font styles does not show up until you put your cursor over a spefic font. Otherwise the list is blank. I tried to install the repair feature from the disk but that didnt change it.

Jan 23, 2012This just happened, I shut down and rebooted my computer as it has been a while since i turned it off. When I restarted and launched Corel I found that some of my fonts were missing. In particular Arial, which is my default font, was no longer in the list and was replaced by some other random font. I opened Font Navigator and saw that arial was not in the list of installed fonts, so I had to reinstall it. I checked my windows font list and Arial was installed. This has happened before but I didn't too much attention to it. why corel would just randomly drop fonts?

He found TT-Musical Symbols in his dwn loaded version and I do not have it on my dwn load version. The curve is the horseshoe shaped curve shown in the figure below [not the straight lines which are colours boundaries] that contains all the spectrum colours. Seems to me I should be able to import the list somehow and CorelDraw would then produce the line.

Aug 14, 2013when I select several objects and try to deselect some of them in the object manager the list scrolls down after each click. This happens only in long lists when I deselect objects that are rather in top of the list. It then scrolls until the end of the list and I have to scroll up again for deselecting any further object. Can this be fixed?
Furthermore I would like to know if there is any way to select/deselect by a filter? For example: Deselect all objects that are of the type text or all curves that have a border.
Illustrator :: How To Justify Text Of Bulleted List
Dec 2, 2013it is possible to justify the text of a bulleted list in the same way as for a paragraph? I can do it in Microsoft Word but I can't seem to do it in Illustrator.
When I justify the text of a paragraph in Illustrator it works perfectly fine. But when I do it for bulleted text, it gets all weird.
AutoCAD 2010 :: Flag Note In Bulleted List?
Jan 24, 2012Trying to get a flag note (note# in a triangle) in a bulleted list (NOTES: field at top left of drawing).
Currrently, I have created a dynamic block (triangle with the number) and it's put in front of the applicable note but it's kind of a kludge.
I would like to use the Notes: field as an MTEXT, bulleted list. Some of the notes would have bulleted number in a triangle.

Dec 27, 2011I have a logo which appears in the footers of all of our technical manuals. Word recognizes it as a picture, and so our printer prints it in color, not black and white, so we are charged for the color copies.
I have exhausted my options in Word, and have been trying to create it as a TrueType font in DRAW, so word just thinks it's a symbol, not a picture.
The only file I have of the logo is a .bmp, so I've been tracing it to get it into vector form to manipulate. However, after all of my welding, combining, front minus back ect. ect. ect., I still can't get it down to the "1 object" requirement to make it a font.

I need to make lines of different thicknesses, with arrowheads. However, when I increase the line width the arrowhead should not be proportional. It need to stay a bit smaller.
Example: if the line is expanded to "Thick 3", I need the arrow keeps equivalent to "Thick 2" - for aesthetic reasons.I can do edit as I show in the bottom of the sample picture.
However, I need to build HUNDREDS of arrows of different sizes.Is there any way (Macro function?) permitting I enlarge/reduce line thickness and allowing me to edit the arrow without changing the line thickness?
Important Note: Is not enough I edit some arrows and save them as a kind of Template, then import them to work. The arrows have different ways in thickness and may be straight, curved, winding, etc.. Hence the need to edit the edges easily.

Oct 11, 2011Corel X5 is getting better but Im having trouble making my files to jpeg, last version (X4) you can make your own percentage on making jpeg, right now, I dont know what kind of jpeg will I choose to make my file print on any medium. the choices are only Highest, High (80%), medium (50%) low (20%) and lowest at 0%, every time I choose some and make it CMYK version, the file was damaged and discoloration, how can I do it on coreldraw 15 like what im doing last time on coreldraw 14.
