I am finally getting used to the operation of CWC and find it usable, but one thing bothers me. The page layout only fills the center one-third of the screen.
How do I make it spread out to full screen width?
I have a 64 bit Windows 7 OS
Computer with Intel Core i7 processor
CWC came with my copy of Corel Draw X6
I created my site with Website Creator X5, using a predefined style. Now I want to add a single page (e.g. 404.html). This page should have the same design and graphics, but it should not appear in any menu bar or site structure.

With all the above the slideshow does not show in browser preview or in website creator's build in preview.
I am creating a simple website using the software. I am facing a problem because the navigation bar on the "home"
page always get aligned to the left whereas it is centered to the left for the other pages as it is supposed to be. I tried to change the style.
I've been playing with the text styles and my text boxes are getting closer to the format that I want. There easy to read in the preview section. But the spaces between paragraphs looks to big, so I want to reduce it.
Corel Draw has a docker for paragraph formatting where we can place spaces above or below a paragraph.
I have recently purchased Website Creator X5 and am a little challenged on how to set a picture for a web page background. When I insert the image (jpg or gif) as the background, it only shows part of the image. I assume I need to reduce the resolution of the picture down quite a bit to have the complete picture used as the web page background. If that is correct. What resolution do I need to go to? If not correct. How do I make my web page background use the image I want?

View 8 Replies View RelatedRecently purchased website creator X5 and am very happy with the functionality and available options however I can't get any of the items under the standard component menu to function - such as rotating picture, ad banner, news ticker, etc... If I try any of these options listed under this menu - I drag the box but no dialog box opens as illistrated in the manual (pg 628 for what i'm doing). I've tried utilizing the options on blank pages to make sure it isn't a formatting problem, even uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. NONE of these options function? Is there a plug-in I need to utilize this?

I have been working on a fairly simple website for a few months now using Website Creator X6. Everything was working well every time I tested the site internally. Now all of a sudden, the program is telling me the NOD file is damaged and that it cannot be recovered. I then get a message directing me to read "recover.txt" in the Website Creator directory for "alternative" ways of recovering the data.
The problem is, "recover.txt" doesn't exist.
I have tried importing the internally published pages to recreate the site, but Creator tells me the pages are "too large."
It also appears that Creator stopped creating backups of the NOD file.
How am I to recover this data so I can publish the site online? How could the NOD file have become corrupted in the first place? (I frequently got messages that the file was corrupted when I loaded it, but Website Creator always recovered it.)

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to print and select "center" the image does not center on the page. CS5 worked fine originally but after the last update it too seems to have this issue. From what I can observe it seems as if someone thought that showing the printable area on a page was useful and somehow that may have been worked into the calculation of what centered (on the long dimension of a print) is. Engineering aside, if you actually try to sell your work, your client / customer only sees that the image is not centered on the physical sheet. They don't care about the printable area. The only work around I have found is to uncheck "center" and key in 50% of the difference between the actual print size and the actual paper size as a margin. I don't want to scale prints. I need to print to specific dimensions.
For reference I am using a PC running Windows 7 and an Epson 4900 printer
I'm having some fits with the constrained orbit center. It seems to me that It used to always be in the center of the screen when I would use Shift and CMB. Now it seems to be stuck on the center of my assembly/part. I know that I can hit F4 and long select LMB to re-center but I have never had to do that before the last day or two. I have uninstalled all the Beta Add ins I had installed and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Inventor Pro 2014.
Is there an option somewhere that puts the default Orbit Center to the center of the screen?
Im taking my first crack at using DRAW to design a web site, instead of html.
I like the overall look of what I created, but when I export, the drawing is left aligned in the browser window. How do I get it to center?, or do I have to go in and edit the html/css later on?
can I set the drawing to dynamically grow shrink to fit the user's browser? so far my web page is static. How do I change that?
After moving a page in my document the master page elements no longer display on screen or in print. If I move the page to a different location in the document the master displays but if it is in the specific position that it needs to be it will not display. The document has multiple Masters and others do work on the page but the one that I need will not. I've tried deleting the page and adding a new one and that does not fix the problem. I've checked and "Hide Master Items" is not checked. The page in question is in position 48 with F-Master applied. If I move it to position 49 it works, 50, it works, 51, or any other it works. If I apply a different master to the page, it works. If I delete the page, add a new page and apply F-Master it still does not work. The only page that this problem is happening on is page 48.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to center a logo for a website header. Unfortunately, the website builder I'm using won't let me center my image (or I can't figure it out).
The jpeg I want to center is 331x250. I need to center it in a 1000 pixel horizontal space and 331 vertical. I thought I could put the image on top of a white background/image at 1000x331px and center it.
Seems like Layers is what I need, but I can't seem to figure it out. I've watched the tutorial on Layers and am still lost.
Now that I know how to get my screen menu to appear, I would like to edit the standard screen menu to one I replaced it with in previous versions. In the past, I would edit Acad.mns or Acad.mnu and replace the screen menu section with my new screen menu.
Now Acad.mns and mnu don't exist and I presume I have to customize Acad.cuix, except I can't find any reference to screen menus in the cui editor to be able to customize the screen menu.
I have disable the application frame in Photoshop CC and now all new windows open up in the top left corner of my screen BEHIND all of the brush and tool setting windows. How can I change this?
