Everything looks ok in the properties pane when I select anything. Print preview shows everything black. Never had this happen before.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an ipart I'd like to create w/ surfaces. The surface color is important because we use that as plate thickness ID in FEA. When I color a surface blue, then another red I continually get the default color when using the mirror or array command. We're creating a customizeable ipart where there will be some intelligence surrounding how big the array (we may need 3, 4, or 5 beams based on the unit size). I need a way that the colors on the surface propogate to the new surfaces created by the commands.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've seen this happen with a couple of the previous releases, but not for some time. After the CLOSE command is issued, the drawing graphics remain displayed but no AutoCAD specific keyboard or mouse input is accepted. More of an annoyance, I guess, as Control + O will then allow opening of another drawing file. This just started today for no apparent reason after using 2014 for the past week or so. Prior to this happening, my workstation locked up completely while trying to close a CAD file and Task Manager wouldn't take any input.

After reinstalling AutoCAD I am trying to clean up the plotter settings and am being plagued by an error message that reads:
PDF995:This plotter configuration cannot be used for one of these reasons: the driver cannot be found, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem. The None plot device has been substituted.
This message is related to a PDF program called PDF995 that I no longer have. The first jpg image shows the Page Setup Manager with a current page setup called *A2.0 Arch Site Plan* that I want to delete.
The second jpg shows a PDF Complete printer that I want to delete. On another error regarding plot styles:
The second jog also shows a plot style table that is missing that I want to delete.
I am using Photoshop CS6 right now.
I want to display all colors except black and white as red temporarily like this.
I want to check the area I forget to paint, so I want to display those 3 colors(red, black and white.).
My layer nest is like this.
Layer 0(this contains Black line)
Group 1
[
Layer 1(red)
Layer 2(cyan)
Layer 3(green)
Layer 4(yellow)
]
White Solid color layer
And I want to make the color of layer 1,2,3 and 4 red temporarily. Adjustment layer doesn't work.
I recently bought CS4 and have noticed that everything displays differently in Photoshop than anywhere else. I can not get a pure white. Pure white looks yellow, like french vanilla ice cream.
I have tried everything I can think of to rectify this situation. I have tried changing color profiles, etc. but I obviously don't know what I'm doing, because none of the changes have any effect.
I really need to get this fixed. I have been a Photoshop user for 15 years, and throughout all the versions I've used prior to this one, everything displays properly. I am BUGGED by this, big time. Such expensive software should work right.
I am using a 22" Samsung LCD monitor, if that makes any difference.

In the continuing saga of me trying to learn Inventor, I have a question about the said named subject. I have a BOM that I need some subassemblies shown as such and others showing as the individual parts.
How do you configure the BOM to show both?
I have a cabinet that we make, and we put some holes through the sheet metal skin of the cabinet at the assembly level. I use iLogic to turn these holes on and off, depending on configurations.
Sometimes when switching between configurations the holes that were suppressed will disappear from my model and leave me with just the original sketch. So my iLogic rule errors because it can't find the hole feature.
I am using planes based off of the origin planes to define an axis that I use as my hole center line. And I then make a sketch on the XY origin plane to create a point for my hole. So everything there is independent of the cabinet model.
I have successfully created my first mask in Adobe Illustrator CC. The mask is a logo with a camouflage mask in the lettering. The original camouflage is the normal green, but after the masking it only display black and while. How do i display the colors of the mask (camouflage) layer?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI design rubber molds. So, you have a cap, base, inserts, end plates... yadda yadda. Sometimes we use different configurations of a mold to make slightly different parts. For example, say by default, the "-1" configuration will be basically just the cap and base, to create a 6" part. Then, we might have a "-2" configuration with a 1" spacer insert to create a 5" part. What I want, is a parts list to automatically pull in the quantities for the different configurations in separate columns of the parts list. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this using different Level of Details.
One solution I've contemplated is creating the parts list from the "default" assy, then creating a "parts list" of the alternate assembly, but stripping off all but the quantity column... but that doesn't seem horribly elegant, and I'm not sure I can resolve all parts list rows without pegging in some dummy "custom parts".... dunno.
We are using inventor 2014 LT in our work place and just recieved it. We are a production company that often makes many variations of a single part baised on the indivual job. I was wondering if there was a way to save one part file with multiple configurations so when you pull it into assembly file you select the configuration you want and then place it on the assembly.

When pasting to the command line there is a huge delay from when I hit CTRL-V until the actual text is displayed in the command line. It takes roughly 4.5 seconds for the following to display after pasting: (command "-view" "D" "*"). The time it takes is roughly the same and does not depend on the size of the lisp that I'm pasting.
The command bar is docked to the bottom and there is no transparancy enabled.I have tried setting AUTOCOMPLETEDELAY to 0 and 10 with no change.I have completely disabled all Auto-Complete options and it still happens.
There is also a significant delay between Auto-Complete populating the list of suggestions and when I am able to use the arrow keys to move the selection box down to pick a command.
Is there a way to export style information to excel or any other format. What I want to do is track what styles are using which layers, colors, linetypes etc so that I can manage the CTB files correctly. As it stands I am worried about changing the properties of the CTB file as it may affect objects without my realizing.

I now need to include an option of displaying the palette (maybe by using a method to include this in the form or by shifting the focus to the coreldraw window/palette) and then the ability for the user to pick colors from this palette (which will then be passed to the script for further processing).
For better speed i'm using coreldraw 12. All of a sudden it is showing different colors for files. A color shows up different in version 14 [ that is the correct display ] . it is incorrectly being showed in version 12. i've put up screenshots of both versions. What setting is messed up in version 12.

The directions say:
Click- Create multiple classes based on a drawing property on the feature class tab of the Export Dialog Box.
If someone would click that and then check the command line
Basically I need to have 2 configurations of an assembly. These assemblies are identical except there is one part that will vary within them. Eventually I would like to be able to drive an assembly with multiple part configurations and suppressing and unsuppressing of parts from a table however this is my starting spot.

When I went to extrude them to make the sketch 3D, not all of the shapes I created could be extruded, presumably because in my sketch the lines/arcs did not come together properly to create a closed shape.

I am running into an interesting problem with the Inventor Export command. When I use the Export command to create a PDF print from an .idw, most of the dimensions are shown with a degree of grayscale. However, when I use the print command and the "Cute" PDF plotter, the dimensions are not grayscale.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI need to have users plot to DWF from paper space so they cancustomize all the layers colors etc, on that specific paper space tab. I then am mixing this with FDO data generated out of Model space. Unfortunately, when using the EXPORTLAYOUT command, the data is coped into Model space but seems to retain it's paper space coordinates. I had hoped this function would behave like CHSPACE and copy everything from paper to model space in the same scale.
