Aug 30, 2012I am aware of the plot stamp available in the Plot Dialog box, however, we are looking at ways to imbed this info in the dwg. I currently have the WD_TB with an attribute for FULLFILENAME, an attribute for PLOT DATE, and an attribute for PLOT TIME12. So I get the information on the dwg. I would like to be able to run all these attributes as a string. I have tried FULLFILENAME|PLOT DATE|PLOT TIME12 with spaces, commas, ( ), " ", etc. and I do not know the proper syntax to get this to work. I have also tried (getenv "FULLFILENAME") or the getvar, in the title descriptions box.

Mar 28, 2014Upon uploading the pictures into the Lightroom 'library' none of them appeared to have the date stamp that they did in camera. After a few minutes, the date stamp for each started to appear. Seeing that they first loaded without the date stamp leads me to believe that I should be able to remove it easily. How can I do this without the hassle of cloning/cropping/editing. Is there a way to remove it from the metadata perhaps?

Mar 25, 2013I am updating capture time based on GPS Time (a bit OCD, I know) but when I change Capture Time the Date Time Digitized value does not change. This in in LR 4.3 and is not affected by whether on not the Catalog is set to 'Write date or time changes into proprietary raw files'.

Apr 15, 2012Currently in autocad we start the print/plot command and then the command line shows options for the drawing stamp. There are several options including for approval, approved for construction, test only and others. When the appropriate number associated with the correct drawing stamp it lets you pick an insertion point and inserts the drawing stamp with a current date under the stamp to show when the drawing was plotted. After the drawing stamp is inserted it returns to the print/plot dialog.
If any IV users have a similar drawing stamp with date that is put on their drawings, I would like to hear how it was accomplished.
I have played with a sketched symbol and with ilogic can insert the symbol and start the print/plot command but I do not know how to make the stamp selection in ilogic automatic with a parameter or iproperty.
If ilogic is the way to go with this or any other options to accomplish the drawing stamp insertions with current date.

In autocad its possible by adding fields in text.So i followed the same procedure to add PLOT DATE in inventer template. But i dont find any option for adding PLOT DATE. There is any option available to add field expression or something to get the output plot date ????

May 10, 2013Is it possible to create a plotstamp on the border of the page without dirtying the drawing? Most solutions I've seen on the forums involve an iProperty that is updated when saved, but this would dirty the drawing, so it isn't an option. Also, we need our plot stamp to appear outside the titleblock. My users keep saying "make it work like AutoCAD".

AutoCAD Inventor :: Turn On / Off Date Time Info
Jul 25, 2012Go to I - button in Inventor, then to the recent files list, hover the mouse over any file in the list.
You will see a preview of the file & later In about a 1 second delay (keep the mouse still) the preview expands a date/time info.
Where switch/checkbox is to turn off/on this date/time info?

Jun 1, 2011I am trying to locate Plot Style file. In Option: File: Printer Support File Path I get following directory:
C:Program DataAutodeskACAD 2011 enu PlotterPlot Style.
My problem is: I can not find "Program Data" any where, in "Program files" and by any search I can not see "enu".

Aug 29, 2011When I publish a drawing as a multipage DWFx (or PDF for that matter) with "Include Layer Information" selected, the Plot Stamp (Simple Date/Time and Text) comes out but on different layers on different layouts.
Example:
First Layout : Plotstamp resides on Layer 0
Second Layout: Plotstamp resides on Layer 3P
Third Layout: EQPT-VC
etc

Adobe Acrobat X Professional
Layer 0 Is thawed/plotable and on in all layouts, viewports all layers, viewports. It has at least one entity per layout
Is there anyway to rectify this and still use the built-in Plot Stamp?

Nov 26, 2012Settings on the User Preferences Tab (Options Dialog Box) control whether fields are updated automatically or on demand (FIELDEVAL system variable). The Date field cannot be updated automatically regardless of the setting of FIELDEVAL.

Jul 2, 2012All of a sudden I notice that when I open a file in Autocad Architecture, it shows the file creation date and not the actual last save date. Only thing I can think of is I reinstalled 3dsmax Design and I wonder if that changed something. I attached a screenshot for reference.

VideoStudio :: Photos Into Video With Date Stamp?
Feb 4, 2012I am working with VS4 since another video program I have has crashed and for some reason they cannot fix it. I'm stuck, with a number of videos to complete, and looking for an alternate program.
1)I've imported a .gif graphic into the time line. The other program allowed me to extend the duration of the .gifs to virtually any length by clicking on it, and dragging the right or left side to the duration desired. I want the them (I am adding a number of stills to the videos) to run 3-5 seconds depending on where it will be placed in the production. When I click the .gif in the timeline, it shows a duration of .01 second. How do I extend that?
2) When previewing a video in the preview window, there is a date and time stamp appearing in black on the video. Am I correct in assuming that this is the "watermark" created by the trial version, and this will disappear when I buy the program?

Oct 18, 2012when using the dv to DVD wizard to create my movie i cannot figure why, when the wizard compiles and burns my movie(regardless what menu template i choose) ,the DVD menu always has the date the movie was created in bold letters imprinted on the left side of the screen.how can i disable this?
