Every time I use the drop down menu to select unit to save OR open a file, it freezes and then all the programbecomes not responding (have to force close from windows utility).

Oct 17, 2013The fonts on the menu (File, Edit etc) are way too small in comparison with other programs on my desktop. Is there a way to enlarge them? Adjusting the screen resolution is not an option. I have noticed this with previous version of Xara that I have used. How to do this if it is not in the program settings?

Jun 7, 2012I recently installed a student version of Maya 2012 on my home computer so I didn’t have to work from college for a project, but I have run into some issues.
Not sure what is going on with my Maya but it won't open files unless I actually go to it in the browser and double click on the file. Even once I have done that I can only save over it, save as doesn't work. I also can't create or set projects. There are probably more problems but these are the ones I noticed/really need.
This is what appears in my output window:

Nov 27, 2013what other programme you can open survey databases in? Up until about Civil3D 2011 you could open them up in MS Access, but the type of database has been changed and I can't do that anymore.
The reason I want to do this is that opening the database in Civil3D does not expose all of the contents of the database eg. prism constants. I would like to see the entire contents of the database.

Jul 15, 2013This issue has been an irritant for a few days and today is almost constant. When I do a quicksave the program hangs up and I get a Program Not Responding message. The panels all go white and the desktop is ghosted like there is a film across the screen and I have to wait 2-3 or more minutes for things to resolve.

It doesn't matter if I am trying to enter new text (Multi or Single line), or if I try to edit the existing text. Either way, the program immediately locks up & will not snap out of it.

"Module Program Directory does not exist> May need to reinstall" What is the MPD and how does one reinstall it? The program seems to be running OK but that msg. is a bit distrubing.
The 2013 is part of the Product Design Suite Professional and is running on a Lenovo S-30/Win 7 Pro.

AutoCAD Architecture :: Menu File Open Does Not Work?
Mar 24, 2012I have AutoCAD Architecture 2010. When I launch the program it opens up without any problems. But, when I go to the menu and select "File" then "Open" to open up my CAD files nothing happens. My screen just hangs and the ribbon turns a faint white color. I can't open any of my CAD files from the program. In order to stop CAD from hanging and doing nothing, I press the ESC key and everything is back to normal. I am wondering why CAD will not let me open any of my files from the menu.

Basically I have an excel file with sample data that comes coded (red background for fail, Green for pass) Then we transfer that into halos on a DWG. got a routine to count the halos in a DWG. Now I was thinking it would be nice if it compared the number to the excel file to make sure no mistakes were made when placing the halos.
So as I mentioned I've seen rountines to read data in cells but none to count cells based on colour.

When trying to open photoshop back up, the program locks up and the registration box in middle and tool box (upper left) turn all white. The hour glass symbol pops up and the Adobe Photoshop in the top left corner says (not responding).
I've tried closing and re-opening program, re-starting computer, but I can't get program to open. I have a PC and use Windows XP.
