While working with my Easy Ease, the SHIFT+F9 just no longer works or hasn't since installation. SHIFT+CTRL+F9, or F9 work as intended.(I checked the pref text file for my keyboard short cuts and SHIFT+F9 is assigned correctly)
Now when I create a preset then wish to view or browse my presets I click Animation > Browse Preset, and nothing happens.(Made a shortcut to my preset folder)
A while ago I found out you can deselect something from your current selection set by holding down the shift key and clicking on it. This was a pretty useful tool...but then it randomly stopped working today for me.

Yes, I am so afraid of all the talk I hear about LR 4 being slow (it DID slowed down from 2 to 3) that I still work in 3.6 It is no longer showing/updating my export presets (see left column). Whether I add folders from the OS or from withing LR, they are not visible. If I select them in FOLDER CHOOSE (see right side of the screen shot), then it will export them properly to the right folder but I have no way to UPDATE FOLDER WITH CURRENT SETTINGS.

On the second's layers i use other footages with other start points, while the keyframes of the layers should stay there (related to the layer). I have replaced the the second's footages by alt-drag&drop. But i can not set other start points. So how can i shift the footage behind the layer?

I believe they used to show up but no longer. They are in the presets folder so I'm not sure why they won't load in either program.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to create tilt shift effects. issue in selecting focus and blur areas. I do the following - Go to Quick Mask(Press 'Q') --> Select Gradient (Press 'G') --> Then I draw a vertical line to define the focus area. Usually a relatively darker red color used to appear as a band. But suddenly I see a very vague red color. And when I exit Quick Mask (Press 'Q') again the marching ants selects the entire picture and not the focus and blur areas.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIn X5 holding [Shift] while zooming with the scroll-wheel decreases the zoom step size. In X6, holding [Shift] has no effect and CorelDraw zooms in the same large steps as when zooming without holding [shift].
I have both X5 and X6 installed. X5 performs as it should, X6 does not.
why [shift] has no effect? I desperately want the smaller zoom-steps back!
But when trying to rotate an object in 2010 3ds Max while holding shift to only rotate every 5th degree it ends up rotating the same as it would when normally rotating. I know this is a feature in the 2010 version but cannot find the shortcut key in the settings.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been having an issue where the RAM cache disappears as soon as the RAM playback is stopped. Just to be clear, I'm referring to the green indicator along the top of the timeline so you know which frames are cached. This happens on various computers in our facility. It seems to be more common when multiprocessing is enabled. It also happens if you tell After Effects to RAM preview and then switch to another application. After Effects will complete rendering the RAM preview in the background, the icon will bounce in the dock to let you know it's ready, but nothing is cached when you switch back to After Effects. This is something that I've noticed for a couple of years over multiple versions of After Effects both at home and at the office. It seems to happen fairly consistently with specific comps which makes me wonder if it's related to any of the effects that have been applied in that comp.

I am have an issue with the shift overrides not working when there is an image under where i am working.
In the same drawing for example i can use shift to either select more than one point in a polyline, or to change between trim and extend or to fillet with a radius or to a point.
but when i try to do this with an image in the background it doesn't work. I need the image as i am tracing shapes.
I wonder if anyone can help me out with this. When I try to transform something I use the shift key while transforming to constrain the proportions but for some reason it has stopped working and I can not figure out why and how to fix it.

Have you ever had shift not work when trying to constrain proportions while scaling in illustrator CS5? I have seen some other posts on this and they mentioned quitting entourage or disabling your firewall as a fix. I am not running Entourage nor am behind a firewall. I also reset my preferences.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI haven't been able to use the 3D orbiting shortcut since yesterday. I'm using a wireless Microsoft Mouse and keyboard instead of the inbuilt mouse & keyboard on my laptop (which don't seem to be executing the command either).
Up until yesterday I never had any problems orbiting the view.
why this simple shortcut is suddenly not working in Illustrator CC?
I try to use it to duplicate an empty circle with a coloured path while scaling it down (with the intention of using Ctrl D to continue the progression). The shortcut simple resizes the path without duplicating it.
And before you say "It's because it's 14 years old", know that it was working perfectly until about two months ago.
I have a Windows 7 laptop with 4GB memory, plenty of HD space, and no other PC issues.
My Photoshop CS4 and CS5 shows "Photoshop has stopped working" . Whereas I have Windows 7 64bit, 6GB RAM, 512MB Graphics Card.
Earlier I worked in this version. But after formating my conputer I could not do anything with only in Photoshop. First I installed Photoshop CS4 it was failed to work then install Photoshop CS5..It also failed to work.
I updated Photoshop CC about 7 days ago. Before that it worked fine, since then I have been using Photoshop CS6 for some work (CC left it there when it installed) but yesterday I wanted to go to Photoshop CC from Lightroom 5.2 and Photoshop CC hung. Rebooted computer and tried to open Photoshop CC but it crashes on initialization.
As interim measure I installed PS CS6 as an optional external editor in Lightroom, but I would like to use Photoshop CC again one day!
Yesterday, I tried to start up Photoshop, but it got halfway through initializing and stopped, flashing a message: "Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 has stopped working." I shut down the computer and tried again, but it repeated three or four times.
So I uninstalled the program. Upon reinstallation, installation failed and the computer said: "Your installation encountered errors. Please try restarting your system and installing again. Exit Code: 20."
I have been using my program since June without issue. Suddenly it stopped working. I can open the program but it will not create a new file or open an existing file. If I "open with" from windows explorer it won't open either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I'm still not having any luck.

I get an error message from windows vista premiumm home.
It just says: Adobe Photoshop CS3 has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. The only option is a box that says "close program". Once you close it everything goes away. It doesn't even give you a hint of what the problem could be. I installed creative suite 3 web premium on this brand new computer about 2 weeks ago. This is a first time install of this software, but when I called Adobe they said they don't offer free installation help anymore on cs3 because cs4 is out now. Anyone have a clue what I should do? I can't just uninstall photoshop, if I try it wants to uninstall all 8 programs.
