Apr 7, 2013AS3: In component list my icon and label text are not align properly, when app is started, label text is over icon and when I put mouse pointer over any item in the list then alignment it's ok.

Oct 19, 2011You see, one of the slides needs to be a spiral type. It has to be 175 (units-in my case cm) tall and 60 (units) ride so the bigger kids can slide down no problem.
My problem is making the 2D (and thus 3D) image. I'm not to sure how to go about this. I've tried doing the HELIX command but it's seemingly impossible to match up the two spirals to create the constant width and even create the slide.

Dec 8, 2010I am using a Flip Slide HD video camera. After importing the videos into Corel VideoStudio, a video that should be 25 seconds long only plays 12 seconds of the video. The big issue is that the rest of the video is not there. It's almost like someone cut part of the video off. When I play the video on the camera and on my desktop with Quicktime, it plays the entire video. After I import the video, it is cut in half again.

Dec 23, 2010I have a series of photos I want to make into a quick slide show. I simply want to have them show in chronological order with some music and nice transitions, maybe in a frame template. I know I can do this in V3 fairly easily and I have done a good bit of video editing with VideoStudio, but I am wondering if there is a wizard that would make something like this faster and get me most of the way there.
There was Movie Wizard in past versions that I never used because I never had anything this simple to do. Is there a recommendation for how to get 90% there in VS3?

I have created a 'Title Sheet' stamp for entering the proposed materials that are intended for a building project. This is used for a UK Planning Application where the required materials intended for use in a project need to be declared. Having created a suitable stamp where the information infills are created from Project Information parameters I need occasionally to widen the column width to accommodate the amount of text so that it does not need to drop down to another line and be lost behind the text on the next line?

On the second column 'Proposed' the word 'panels' which comes after 'weatherboard' is lost behind the lower line. If I can lock each label to the vertical lines to their left (they are all center) formatted) and extend their width to the right, along with the column vertical dividing line, then the labels will fit. Similarly I could increase the depth of each row.

If you open the drawing. Select one of the magenta circles (nodes) in the center of the text to activate grips. Select a triangular grip and use it to slide the text along the polyline.
AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Creating Corridors With Align
Apr 9, 2012I was happy to get my Data Shortcuts set up (1) for myself: to create corridors of different design scenarios in separate drawings, and (2) to share data with my project team members.
Referencing and viewing them seems to be ok.
But I haven't been able to model a Corridor along an alignment, profile, tying to surface referenced from data shortcuts. I think I did once, then had problems after removing and re-creating, maybe re-naming some Data Shortcuts. Is that a "No, no" ? I didn't mess with any of the XML files, created everything from Civil 3D. I might have to delete everything and start with a fresh Data Shortcuts folder.
When I re-select Alignment and Profile for Corridor, then OK - it locks up. I created new sample lines along the new alignment. Maybe need to start with fresh corridor. How much am I going to have to re-create? Possible hang up locations?
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 :: Completely Eliminate Asian / Middle East Entries From Default Text Styles?
Nov 10, 2011I was wondering why Batang and Arial were appearing in the Fonts under Document Properties when I had not actively used them in my "New" document.
When I looked at the Default text files, I believe I see the reason. I find Batang listed as the default Asian Text font for both Artistic and Paragragh Text. The options for Asian Text don't seem to include any fonts that I have on the old machines.
Similarly, the Middle East Default Text style would seem to generate the Arial(Arabic) entry in the required fonts.
Is there a way to completely eliminate the default Asian Text and Middle East entries from the default text styles?
GIMP :: Align Text Not Vertically At Bottom Of Text Box?
Oct 27, 2011is there any possibility in GIMP to align a text not vertically at the bottom of a text box (there are options for left, right, center and fill but that's only the horizontal alignment). The motivation is, that I change a text in an image quite often and it whould "align itself" if it whould always be aligned at the bottom of the textbox.

Photoshop :: How To Vertically Align Text Within A Text Box
Oct 22, 2012I am creating a banner for a website. The banner is say 400 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. I drag the horizontal type tool so that it covers the entire rectangular shape exactly. I can center the text horizontally by selecting Window-->Paragraph and then selecting the center button. However I can't seem to center the text vertically in the banner using some Photoshop option. Once the text is typed then I can move it to what I think is vertically centered but it may not be exact.
The reason I am looking for exactness is I have to create several banners that are the same dimension but the text within will be different. Some of the banners will be one line and others will be two lines. I would prefer to vertically center them exactly.

I click on the move icon on the left and then go to the top to click on the align buttons after i select the layer but i'm not able to click on any of the align buttons. maybe the layer is locked or something.
