I had to refresh my computer and it uninstalled my Adobe products. How do I get them back. I don't have the option through cloud. It only gives the option to upgrade.
View 1 RepliesThe company I am currently working for are using Adobe Creative Suite Premium and are looking to upgrade to Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.
I just wanted to check a few things thou before we spend the money.
First of all is this upgrade possible or would we have to upgrade to CS2 then CS3?
Also CS3 Design Premium contains Flash and Dreamweaver. Will we get these 2 programs if we update? or will it just update the software we already have, as Flash and Dreamweaver aren't part of the original package we purchased.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThe installation of IDSP has been an adventure. After a few rough starts Autodesk support team got us through the installation of 2 computers. Now I am attempting to install IDSP on my computer and have run into a number of errors that between this forum and Autodesk support I have worked through.
I start the install once again and looked like everything was installing ok.
That is until I get an message "Allied product is not found" and the install fails and removes all installations up to this point. The failure happened while installing the Civil 3D Language Pack.
Install log states:

I been trying to make a deployment of Autodesk Building Design Suite Premiun 2012 from
a pc with XP 32 Bit, XP 64 Bit, and Windows 7 64 Bit and the aplicaciton stars well but then after a couple minutes. I got this error.
Cannot create deployment - "The copy functions cannot be used D:x86RAC2012
I am trying to use the Inventor 2012's tube and pipe add on, but have all options related to it grayed out when I search for it. Is there something I need to install or a way to enable the add on for this?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have just bought a new computer with windows 8 and installed elements version 12; my old laptop had elements version 8 on it and I did a full backup of the catalog to an external hard drive. I have gone through the restore catalog process but cant see any photos either in the organiser or in my pictures. I did the convert step but it said it conversion failed and suggested repairing the backup with previous version which is not possible as the computer was a work machine which has now been wiped and rebuilt and I dont have version 8 anymore!! when it did the convert step it only seemed to find breeze files.

I currently am using Elements 9 with Windows 7. I will be getting a new computer with Windows 8.1. I have 5 catalogs. All are backed up on external hard drives. I plan to install Elements 9 on the new computer and then restore the catalogs. The catalogs are in chronological order. Should I restore them in any particular order, and if so, should I do the more recent catalog or the oldest one first?
I guess I should also ask if Elements 9 will be compatible with Windows 8.1.
Are Smart Object Stack modes available for cs6 design and web premium ?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am missing all the default Plug-ins from Photoshop CS6 from the Creative Cloud. I have uninstalled it. Used the Adobe Cleaner Tool. Done this over and over 4x and the Plug-ins are still missing from the new installation. It is like the Cloud is only re-installing the previous bad version. I also check don't migrate and don't save preferences.

I attended Photoshop World 2013 in Las Vegas. All attendees were given a free year of the Creative Cloud. I installed it on my laptop and am trying to install it on my desktop computer. I was told that I could have it on two computers.

Just upgraded our department to 2014 and it appears that the design data files between the Ultimate and Premium Suites are the same and would have to only control one set of data?

After finding out that the activation service was shut down, I downloaded all of the CS2 Premium Suite files from the Adobe website; however, none of them will run on my computer. Whenever I try to install the files, I get a message that reads, "Adobe CS2 can't be installed on this disk. Installation onto non HFS drive is not supported." Is there any way for me to get CS2 Premium Suite to run on my new Macbook, or am I going to have to spend more money on a different version for Mac? If so, which versions of the CS Suite work for the new Macbooks? Or, which versions of Photoshop work for the new Macbooks? Photoshop is my main priority.
