Nov 6, 2013I have recieved an answer regarding my inability to install my software on my new computer, but it does not address the problem that there is no record of my previous purchase.
 I'm sure this is because it was purchased in 2009 and whatever e mail was sent to me with the serial number is now lost to history.

Jun 25, 2013The installation of IDSP has been an adventure. After a few rough starts Autodesk support team got us through the installation of 2 computers. Now I am attempting to install IDSP on my computer and have run into a number of errors that between this forum and Autodesk support I have worked through.
I start the install once again and looked like everything was installing ok.
That is until I get an message "Allied product is not found" and the install fails and removes all installations up to this point. The failure happened while installing the Civil 3D Language Pack.
Install log states:

Mar 10, 2008The company I am currently working for are using Adobe Creative Suite Premium and are looking to upgrade to Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.
I just wanted to check a few things thou before we spend the money.
First of all is this upgrade possible or would we have to upgrade to CS2 then CS3?
Also CS3 Design Premium contains Flash and Dreamweaver. Will we get these 2 programs if we update? or will it just update the software we already have, as Flash and Dreamweaver aren't part of the original package we purchased.

Apr 15, 2008I opened my Adobe Photoshop CS3 Web Premium and it told me I cannot use it anymore. Same with Adobe Fireworks. It was running fine previously until THAT day.
I was told by the error message to uninstall or reinstall the progam, which I did. But after uninstalling and installing CS3 again, only Adobe Acrobat was successful. All other components failed.

Sep 17, 2013We using Vault to control our Inventor Standards and I know in the past Product Design Suites (2012) the design data versions were different in the fact that the Ultimate Version design data had more to it because of the extra features, therefore resulting in having to control two seperate sets of data.
Just upgraded our department to 2014 and it appears that the design data files between the Ultimate and Premium Suites are the same and would have to only control one set of data?

Jun 24, 2013We have just recently install Building Design Suite Standard 2014 and the tool palettes DO NOT work.
Clicking on the standard palettes that load with ACAD will not even work. We have also tried to make new ones and the will not MAKE (for lack of words).Â
Here is the Autocad warning it gives us:
Unable to execute the tool. Possible causes are:
-The tool is not registered properly. Please check your installation.
-the tool is from another application and is incompatible with the current application.
We are running a new copy and it IS registered.

Mar 14, 2013I have CS2 Premium which I'm running on an older PowerPC Mac (G5 - Dual 2.3 GHz ) running OS 10.4.11. I've had this setup for many many years (registered/activated with Adobe) but suddenly one day I could no longer launch my Photoshop app: when I clicked on the Pshop icon it would start the launch (open) procedure ... and then almost instantly it would quit (in just a few seconds ... before the application even got to the 'title/credit' screen).

I've recently tried uninstalling CS2 (everything except Acrobat) and I ended up doing a manual uninstall of Version Cue. I've been on Macs for 20+ years so figured this would be a pretty straightforward procedure - uninstall -> reinstall and then back to work. Nope.

I'm attempting a fresh installation direct from the original CS2 CDs. In any event, when I try to (re)install CS2 - and after going through the standard screens with Adobe's usage terms agreement and installation hard disk selection -Â I arrive at the screen where one selects which application(s) to install by checking the various boxes (or alternately, to install the entire suite) but the 'Adobe Photoshop CS2/Adobe ImageReady CS2' line and checkbox are grayed out, so it will not allow me to check them and continue with the Photoshop installation process.

I'm trying to install the Adobe CS3 Production Premium package on my new computer. After I select "Install Adobe CS3 Production Premium" from the initial dialog box, a new box saying "Initializing Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium" appears with a progress bar. When the progress bar completes, nothing happens. The license agreement window fails to launch. I've tried copying the Adobe CS3 folder to my desktop and running setup.exe alone with no success.
When I use the same disks on a different computer, the license agreement launches.

I remember having a fair bit of trouble installing Production Studio... A lot of people did when it was new. A lot of dinking around was required as I recall. I'm now wanting to upgrade to CS4 Production Premium and wondered if people could share there experiences with that sort of upgrade. Is the cs4 package a pain in the butt to install... After finding out that the activation service was shut down, I downloaded all of the CS2 Premium Suite files from the Adobe website; however, none of them will run on my computer. Whenever I try to install the files, I get a message that reads, "Adobe CS2 can't be installed on this disk. Installation onto non HFS drive is not supported." Is there any way for me to get CS2 Premium Suite to run on my new Macbook, or am I going to have to spend more money on a different version for Mac? If so, which versions of the CS Suite work for the new Macbooks? Or, which versions of Photoshop work for the new Macbooks? Photoshop is my main priority.

May 3, 2009Long time PS user with no real problems until now. CS2 works for a while but then suddenly my drop down menus (file, edit, image etc) will not drop down.
I can still edit the images I'm working on with the tools palette but can't save my work, nor can I use any drop down menus (even help, window and view). If I then try to close PS it sits there and essencially crashes and I have to close it via task manager.
