Mar 10, 2008The company I am currently working for are using Adobe Creative Suite Premium and are looking to upgrade to Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.
I just wanted to check a few things thou before we spend the money.
First of all is this upgrade possible or would we have to upgrade to CS2 then CS3?
Also CS3 Design Premium contains Flash and Dreamweaver. Will we get these 2 programs if we update? or will it just update the software we already have, as Flash and Dreamweaver aren't part of the original package we purchased.

I'm trying to install the Adobe CS3 Production Premium package on my new computer. After I select "Install Adobe CS3 Production Premium" from the initial dialog box, a new box saying "Initializing Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium" appears with a progress bar. When the progress bar completes, nothing happens. The license agreement window fails to launch. I've tried copying the Adobe CS3 folder to my desktop and running setup.exe alone with no success.
When I use the same disks on a different computer, the license agreement launches.

Apr 15, 2008I opened my Adobe Photoshop CS3 Web Premium and it told me I cannot use it anymore. Same with Adobe Fireworks. It was running fine previously until THAT day.
I was told by the error message to uninstall or reinstall the progam, which I did. But after uninstalling and installing CS3 again, only Adobe Acrobat was successful. All other components failed.

There are 3 circles at left, one in is in middle (orange) with - sign and I can remove to dock - however, I still cannot open my files and work now. Then I have to force quit Photoshop just to get rid of white box.

Jun 20, 2009Anyone out there know how to transfer Adobe Creative suite 2 Premium to another computer? I deactivated the software on the computer I am retiring and tried to install it on my new laptop. It will not activate; says I have a wrong serial number, name or organization.
 I installed it 3 years ago and don't remember what orgainization I used ( I work for several organizations). Tech support will not help me; says the product is too old and they do not support it. I spent a lot of money on this product and now I am dead in the water. Can anyone help or suggest how I can get this product running on my new computer?

Feb 11, 2013I have a brand new Dell desktop that runs windows 8. I installed the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection and got a message saying that there were errors during installation and some things might not work properly. I uninstalled and did it a second time. Same message.
I then spoke with an Adobe agent who told me to download a program to detect what the errors were. He said they were minor issues and shouldn't affect the programs. I then spent hours today speaking with Dell on the phone and the rep took remote control of the computer and did a diagnostics check on the hardware. He said everything is fine. I asked him if it might be the video card needing an update so he ran an update. Same issues, no change.
We changed the compatibility to windows 7 and still no change. I then uninstalled the creative suite and tried installing it from the desktop. Still same problems. These are the issues in Photoshop:
1)When using certain tools (transform tool, crop tool) the images goes completely black.
2) The background switches at random- sometimes checkered, sometimes grey, and sometimes black.
3) Color saturation is incorrectly represented. It switches whenever it wants. For instance, when I zoom in and out it changes.
In Adobe Bridge some of the RAW images don't show in the program. Some I just can't open. Others open fine. Those images will open in Photoshop but not in Bridge.

Jan 29, 2012This is on a completely fresh installation of windows 7 x64.Before installing Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection x64 autoplay for my camera works, after installation it does not work. If I uninstall it, it works again.Where is this program disabling autorun for devices. Autorun for flash drives works fine, its just the non-volume devices that are affected.
I tried using gpedit and reg keys to re-enable autoplay for the camera but it does not work.When I plug my camera in, I can still go to my computer I can get my pics without any issues, its just that this is bugging me.Don't think there is an answer out there, guess I just need to not be so OCD with this stuff.
