I want to make a whole webpage as a picture that is about 750 pixels wide. I see those pages have tables and pieces of the picture inside each. How do I cut up the picture to put in each table (cut to the exact size and evenly)?

I created a new page in tumblr and would like to embedd a picture gallery out of Lightroom. There are some nice html presets in Lightroom, but I cant get them into tumblr. I now installed a tumblr plugin (Jeffrey Friedl), but it only let me upload a picture onto my main tumblr page. What I want is to export a HTML gallery preset not on the main page of tumbler but on the "sub" page I have created.

Situation:I have an Edge Animate composition that is acting as an interface and container into which other content is embedded using an iFrame. I have several functions in Stage > creationComplete, and for one of the embedded content pieces, I want to include a button that calls one of the Edge functions.
Challenge: I have read about referencing elements within Edge when it is the Edge file that is embedded on an HTML page, but I cannot figure out how to reference Edge in the reverse.
I have tried these options where headerselect(page) is my function:

View 1 Replies View RelatedI tried using printing picture packages in PSE 12.0 on a MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 with Mac OS X 10.9.1. After selecting the menu command file-->picture package ..., in the appearing dialogue I can only see American page formats in inches. How can I switch to German formats like DIN A4 in centimeters? I tried "Adjust page ..." (don't know the exact English menu command translation for "Seite einrichten ..."), there the German format "A4" is correctly selected.

The "more options" menu doesn't provide for "printing choices" and "show captions" for picture package, and I'm not sure how else to do two pictures per page. Is there another way to get the captions to print out when printing two per page? The captions print when I print individual photos.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am building a webpage for a photography. They want a black background. They want the pictures to have a "shadow" (not sure what you call it) that would essentially make the picture look like it is floating above the page.
I do not know how to do this. I am open to answers in Photoshop or (although I know this isnt the right Forum) in Dreamweaver.
I have found loads of tutorials showing how to do this with a normal single tone page but I am having trouble getting the curl to work well on the bottom right hand corner with the texture and also the torn edge. I have tried distorting it but it just goes all blurred.

Is there a way to remove the *Model* page setup entry from the list of Page Setups in the Page Setup Manager? This is the first time I am seeing *Model* in the list, and I suspect that it the reason I am not able to generate a PDF for this particular drawing. When I try, I get the following error:

I have this idea that removing *Model* from the list will do it. In addition to causing PDF creation failure, I believe it is also responsible for forcing the Model to always be in the Publish list, even though I have unchecked the "Include model when adding sheets" option. I can remove it from that list manually, but it comes back every time.

it is in .psd format, so now what i want is to implement this design into a webpage, i want distribute different sections or portions of the design, now i dont find any such function in photoshop 7.0
what should i do ?
do i have to cut the different portions manually to create .gif files.
I am using CS4 when I slice an image and go to File > Save For Web & Devices and I save it, it doesn't save the HTML file just the image slices.

I tried copying and pasting the code thats under the project when I preview it in a web browser, but all that comes up when i preview that is a digram of my slices with red X's telling me the images didnt show up.

But where are these images? I know the red X's show up when the images are not present, like, they're not in the folders.
when I slice in imageready, it automatically creates that image, but where are they on my computer?
I used a template to start and have done some extensive modifying to it. My site consists of 4 pages with the corresponding tabs at the top of the page. The top 1/3rd is identical from page to page....the content on the bottom 2/3rds changes. I did all the editing in Photoshop and am now trying to convert it all to html. I have sliced the index page and saved it to html. When I go to slice the second page, the slice numbers dont match up from page to page. I am basically relabeling all my slices. Also can't I just make the bottom 2/3rds of my page change instead of having to reslice the identical top of every page. I have browsed around and I know its possible but I can't pull anything together do mainly to lack of terminology knowledge on my part....

I normally use the tool to export my slices to generate a quick view of what the page will look like and then take create a new page with CSS styles instead of what PHotoshop generates, but like the tool for creating mockups. I have searched high and low and can't find it. Can someone kindly please point me in the right direction?
I quite often need a separate ruler scale on each page of a multi-page document. The only way I know how to do this is to create a separate document for each drawing that requires a new scale.

If I use a label type approach some rows have less data making the layout uneven (unsuitable for the project)

Several times a week I need to take a PDF (single-page doc), then convertto a page-sized PNG with quality good enough to read the text (and atransparent border), and then convert to a SWF. I have a PNG-to-SWFutility, but when I used it on the PNG saved after I opened my PDF andexported from GIMP, the end result was not good enough. A co-worker saidGIMP couldn't make a PNG (w/transparency) with enough quality. He said we'dhave to use some other software. Part of the issue was not being able toresize without losing quality before the PNG export. True or false?
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter moving a page in my document the master page elements no longer display on screen or in print. If I move the page to a different location in the document the master displays but if it is in the specific position that it needs to be it will not display. The document has multiple Masters and others do work on the page but the one that I need will not. I've tried deleting the page and adding a new one and that does not fix the problem. I've checked and "Hide Master Items" is not checked. The page in question is in position 48 with F-Master applied. If I move it to position 49 it works, 50, it works, 51, or any other it works. If I apply a different master to the page, it works. If I delete the page, add a new page and apply F-Master it still does not work. The only page that this problem is happening on is page 48.
View 1 Replies View RelatedTrying to set up a datamerge file to create multi page spread documents with fields on different pages. Attempting to set it up so it's as automated as possible as there are up to 20 different merge documents needing to merge with up to 100 different csv records from the same file each week . The merge documents have different and repeated merge fields on most pages.
I've set it up so that the document has facing pages, and most pages have images spread across the whole of the spread. the pages preview fine, they are created ok when using 'Create Merged Document' although the page numbers continue from one document to another (another problem). but when I come to export to pdf, then the merge only shows the image on the left spread but on both left and right spread single pages, and the page numbers don't show the correct page numbers eg it will go p1 p2 p1 p2 etc all the way through the document instead of p1 p2 p3 - p20 etc. I don't want to have to merge first then pdf but can't understand why the images and page numbers are not showing correctly.
If it's a bug, then I cannot believe it wasn't caught before the release. So here it is. I simply put artistic text down on page 1. Select the text and copy to clipboard. Add a new page and paste the text. On my computer, the text changes from artistic text (as copied to clipboard) to paragraph default text left justified across the center of the page. It doesn't matter how much text I select, it always pastes on the new page as paragraph text left justified and across the center of the page.
However, if I select artistic text and any other object, copy and paste to a new sheet, it works erectly. Apparently, I now have to select text and an object to insure that the paste feature works properly?
I am guessing this will be a no but is there a way to change page setup for more than 1 page at a time? I have multiple pages in a drawing that I want to change to all the same page setup.
