Photoshop :: Using Web Gallery. How Do You Change The Slide Time?
Oct 9, 2005
I am trying to use the web photo gallery with Photoshop 7. If you select the bottom option something like vertical slide gallery it will automatically change every 10 seconds. How do I change that 10 seconds to something like 4 or 5 seconds. I can't find anywhere to do this.
In Photoshop 7, running XP. I was wondering if there is some way to send someone the index.html file over email & have them be able to see the slideshow by using the Automate>Web Photo Gallery option. If not is there another way to create a slideshow in Photoshop so it can be emailed & viewable without posting to a webpage? Or would I have better luck with just using a .pdf?
I created a Web Gallery and forgot to update the folder name for the FTP server.
How can I update the saved gallery? If you change module and double click again on the saved gallery icon, the changes are lost. Â Here is what I get via right click:
How do you solve this without the need to delete and save the gallery again?
I'm trying to change "capture time" of multiple photos to a specific time. Â I know that there is "Edit Capture Time" feature under Metadata. But when I try to edit multiple photos, it says that "Modify the capture time stored in the selected photos by entering the correct time adjustment for the photo displayed to the left. Other photos (but not vidieos) will be adjusted by the same amount of time". And it really does. Â For example, If A file's capture time is 1/11/2011 B file's capture time is 1/11/2012 C file's capture time is 1/11/2013 I would like to change their capture time to 1/11/2014. All the three files. Â But the current "Edit Capture Time" feature of Lightroom just adds three years to each file like this: Â A file's capture time -> 1/11/2014 B file -> 1/11/2015 C file -> 1/11/2016 So their capture times remain as different ones. And this is not I want... Â I've googled a lot and tried several programs other than lightroom as well, but the "Capture time" recognized by lightroom could not be changed by other programs.
Using Win7 64bit + PS CS6 64 bit ext on a 16GB PC. In which folder do I find the web gallery templates for Bridge CS6? Is there info available on how the programming/ configuration works with the info passed by Bridge - filename, contact info, copyrights, description/title, email, etc.
I've had a great time using the Web Photo Galleries in Photoshop CS and CS2, especially since I'm fairly deft with HTML and a total Flash dunce, so the Web Photo Gallery Flash 1 and Flash 2 templates have served me well and allowed me to make fun Flash stuff without having to learn. But, with learn-by-doing, there often comes a point of confusion, and I think I've found mine.
I noticed that (when using the gallery "Flash 1"), if I click the little ? in the bottom right, the file name will come on and stay on throughout all the pictures. This is exactly what I want since that's where I do all my captioning and it really adds something for me to be able to see that. My question: how in the world do I get it to do this by default? I'm always telling friends/family, "oh, click the little ? in the bottom right and it'll show the captions," but am certain there must be some way to do this by default.
I fiddled in the galleryconfig.xml file, but there's only this line
HTML Code: <var symboltype="boolean" name="showHelpButton" value="true" /> which actually just tells the button to be displayed, but not for the thing that happens as a result of pushing the button to stay displayed.
Is there a method to move gallery tabs so that Page & Layer Gallery tab is first in line (at the top) of docked gallery tabs at the right of the screen? I can move gallery tabs, but cannot make Page & Layer gallery tab move to the top.
I like the dark skin, but it seems more difficult to grab the bottom of the Color Gallery in order to stretch it down. The Grey was easier. The area where the mouse converts to the double arrow is quite narrow. At least for an old shaky man like me. Is there a REGEDIT value I could change to widen the "active" area of the gallery borders for the purpose of stretching them?
I would like to change the default filename for the HTML pages produced by Lightroom 3 in the web gallery. Specifically, I would like to remove the string "_large" from the HTML filename, so it corresponds exactly to the image filename. Â Specifically, the URL by default is like this: [URL] .... Â and I would like it to be like this: [URL] .... Â I assume there is some way to make this change using the template editors, but I can't figure it out.
I need to change the channels of about 10 layers at the same time, without loosing their colour relation to each other (so basically what you do with the image adjustments)...
But I need to limit it to a couple of layers in stead of the entire pic.. Ive tried adjustment layers, but they seem to applie to all the layers below them.. im probably applying it the wrong way right?
I've replaced Windows 8 and then when I enter my Autodesk360 I encounter the following warning.I changed the date and time, but this warning is displayed.
I had wrong year setting om my camera. Now all shots are 2010 and not in 2012. I tried to change them including check the write settings into raw-files. Â The creation date are still 2010 and wrong, when I look at files in the finder. Â second: how to move the pictures from the wrong 2010 folder to the 2012?
I am preparing a slideshow using photos. Is there a way to change the duration time to all of the photos at once? Say to 6 sec. I can do them one by one but I have a number of photos. I am using Video Studio X3.
Over the past year we have had a problem arise on three projects and I can't seem to track down the cause. The first job it only happened once, the second it happened a few times and now on this third project it has happened twice in three days.
The issue is the dst file becomes corrupt and all of our sheet set info is lost. The backup of the dst file is overwritten every few minutes it seems and by the time we notice a problem, the backup has been overwritten by the corrupt file.
A few questions:
1) What is causing the problem? In reading other posts it seems to have something to do with more than one user writing to the file at the same time (but, this last time it happened, only one person in the office was working on the job).
2) Can we change the time between backups?
3) Is there an easier way to rebuild the sheet set?
When I select a bunch of images and try to change the capture time by an hour (Metadata/Edit Capture Time) there is no check box or button for "change all". I know I've done this in the past, but can't do it now and don't see change all. I'm using LR 5.2 and selecting the images I want to change in grid view.Â
I have AutoCAD Mechanical (but only use ACAD), and now every time that I try to change the color of something (line, circle, text...) my AutoCAD crashes! {This is very frustrating}
Currently the only way of changing colors is through Layers.
