I have a great set of about 500 seamless patterns as a .pat file. However, because the thumbnails in the list are so small and the naming is unuseful, I'm wondering if there is a way to print them onto paper at larger sizes with the file name? basically a contact sheet.
View 1 RepliesWhen searching for files I've worked on using File>Open in CS6, the List view of the folder no longer shows a thumbnail of the file. This is ridiculous, as every other version of Photoshop has had it, and everyone is complaining.
Why isn't Adobe responding to this? With the frequency with which we have to update to be able to update rather than buying the entire version, we shouldn't be losing functionality in the program. How about it Adobe?????
As an academic interest I was trying to convert Brian’s code for exporting Parts list with thumbnail to VB.net 2012. I just modified the below code to remove the vb6 support. I am using VS 2012 and Inventor 2014. The end result on the word report thumb nail for some parts are not visible. It goes to the error code and putting the text instead of thumb nail. At the same time Brian’s code as it is (used the exe file to install it) works fine on the same parts list with all thumb nail.

View 5 Replies View RelatedThe thumbnails that appear on the BOM list do no update when changing the part. The IDW file is open and the part is opened from inside the IDW environment to change view, visual style etc. then saved and closed.
When returning to the IDW and re-creating the BOM list the thumbnail the image does not update. Why does the BOM list not automatically update the thumbnail images on the IDW ?

Downloaded Gimp last night, and when I opened up to view the images, I see only a list, not thumbnails. Gotta have thumbnails to see what exactly I'm looking at, regardless whether the images are named or numbered. don't Gimp have that option to change the viewing mode, like Windows?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am not able to save the changes that I make to the starting position of my scenes thumbnails when I use a Thumbnail Menu to create my DVD. I am using Video Studio X4 with Service Packs 1 and 2 installed running on Windows XP Home, SP 2 with all updates installed and DirectX 9.0. The scene changes work fine when I Preview them but they are not saved when I close the Create Disk sub-menu. When I return to the “Menu and Preview” section of the Create Disk sub-menu, the Main Menu scene change is present as is the Chapter 1 scene change but the other chapter scene changes are gone. What can I do to correct this?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have all of our .pc3 files on a server, and have created them in the order I would like to see them, however they come in a random order. I have moved them out of the folder, and back in the order I want with no luck. I tried renaming them with numbers in front, and then with letters in front to try and populate the list in a certain order. I only have 16 .pc3 files and MAXSORT is default at 6000.
We are using page setups as well which are not a problem, but the occasional time we need to print to a specific .pc3 file gets annoying having to sort through the list to find the one we want.

I am trying to make an iLogic rule that gets mutliple strings from different places, and prints them to a user property in the Parts List.
My ultimate goal is to print the drawing number, sheet number and the item column value to the user property with the format being...
"XXXXX-X-X"
So far, i can get the drawing number from an iProperty and the sheet number easily. But im getting stumped on obtaining the item coloum value and printing it to the same row.
This is what i have so far...

When we publish we are always asked if we wish to save the current list of sheets.

One of my users no longer gets this option.
Every time he publishes the program goes directly to the Save List As dialog box so he can name/save a .DSD file. He no longer gets the option of a box asking him if he wants to save the current list of sheets.
My guess is some variable got changed that has removed the option of being prompted about saving the .DSD file.
P.S. We're using AutoCAD 2012.

I use a setup with Shader List (Volume) with two mists. One regular and one to blur out the horizon. After working on the scene for some time I notice that the shader list now contains eight copies of the last shader. I think I would remember if I did that. So, whats up with the shader list?
