Photoshop :: Menu Bar Missing 3D Option
Jan 28, 20133D option is not on my menu bar , and none of the tool setting show 3D options either. All Screen shots I have seen of Photoshop CS6 have this and I don't.

Photoshop Elements :: Outlook Option Is Missing From Client Email Menu
Jan 27, 2013I have recently installed Photoshop Elements 11 on a new Windows 7 64 bit PC.

When I try and send an attachment by email (Share - File Attachment) then my Outlook 2010 client is missing from the list of Email Client options. I only see the Adobe service and Windows Live Mail.

Is there a way of getting Elements 11 to recognise that I have Outlook 2010 installed ?
Photoshop :: Menu Option Greys Out
Apr 13, 2004Whenever I click on the color palette to choose a different color, the cursor changes to the eyedropper tool, and every menu option greys out with the exception of the view menu, the window menu, and the "Photoshop Help" item in the Help menu. Whenever I try to select another tool, all i get is a beep, and nothing happens. On top of that all, I cannot exit Photoshop normally, Instead I have to do a ctrl+alt+delete and kill the process. I uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop, and it still does it. As far as I know, it just started happening one day (but that doesn't mean that I didnt inadvertently change an option of some sort)

The drop down options I use most frequently are Lighten and Darken. I would like to create short cuts to Lighten and Darken, such as Ctrl+Shift+L (Lighten) and Ctrl+Shift+D (Darken).

The tools panel menu bar does not appear to have a selection list in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.

A few days ago, I suddenly cannot find the eyedropper to select color, either in type or color functions. When I click the color boxes, it now opens up the color menu with the usual sliders, crayons, specturms, etc, but no eyedropper.

Photoshop :: Deactivation Option Missing From CS3
Apr 28, 2009I'm trying to move an installation from one PC to another. It's a single-user licence (I think), it has a serial number and has been activated over the net. So I need (again I think) to Deactivate it on PC #1 before I can activate it on PC #2. The online help says that under the Help menu I should see a Deactivate option. But I don't. The options under Help are Photoshop Help, About Photoshop, About Plugin... , Patent and Legal notices, System Info, Photoshop Online, and a whole load of How-to's about using the product. Can anyone advise how I can deactivate and move this installation? The product version is 10.0.1 and the OS is WinXP SP2.

Mar 11, 2014I am trying to adjust the white balance using photoshop elements 11, all the information I have come across tells you how to do it using the camera raw plug in. This has been updated and still I do not see it listed when I click on the file menu. I take photos of antique gold lockets using a light house and even though the custom white balance is set on my camera the photos are still coming out too canary yellow. I need to be able to adjust the colors so that they are more antique rose gold looking and have been reading different articles and videos on how other people adjust the colors and would like to try a couple of the ways I have seen but am unable as the camera raw plug in is not showing up as an option.Â

Apr 15, 2013I bought and downloaded PSE11. However, I don't think I disabled my virusware. It took an especially long time to download and I don't know if it downloaded correctly. My blur tool does not work and my "guided" options are not there. What is the easiest fix- uninstall and remove the serial number then reinstall using same serial number? My question with this is- how many times can I do this, and or is there an easier fix? I have PSE11 and LR4 and I am going back and forth between which one to use. I really need all the options to work from PSE11.Â

I'm experiencing a problem on BOTH systems where the main menu is missing a row of pixels (see image below). Both systems are running Windows XP Pro SP3. I have Open GL disabled on both systems. The weird thing is the missing row of pixels comes and goes while I'm using the application. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

I can workaround by creating new txt files and changing the extension but this adds a step to a (non photoshop related) workflow that's been in place and worked well for years.

Apr 9, 2009I have just upgraded to CS4 and am attempting to get acquainted with the new workspace options. Is there a way to maximize a floating window in Standard Screen Mode without losing the menu and title bars? I figured out how to drag images to CS4 and have them open as floating windows instead of tabs. However, when I maximize one of the images/floating windows, the menu and title bars are left out and are not visible. I would like to set the menu and title bars so that all images appear beneath them whether they or maximized or minimized.
