Photoshop :: How To Create Placeholder Garphics With Same Size And Background
Oct 8, 2008
need to create quite a few placeholder graphics, which are all the same size and background colour, and which show the filename of the graphic as text in the graphic. Later each will be replaced.
I have the filename list but am not sure how I would automate this process?
since I upgraded my PC - on my Xara ProX9 I cannot paste html from either Internet Explorer or Firefox into the placeholder - nothing happens. Just stays white. I am inserting iframe html but have also tried the Xara code..neither works
I've just recently starting using After Effects and it's very impressive.I purchased a project file from videohive.com, it's a few seconeds long and is basically a logo reveal.I opened up the placeholder where the logo is meant to sit, and I imported a vector version of our logo and added the text.
The problem is, everything within the placeholder seems to be of very poor quality before and after the video is rendered. URL....
Is there something I am doing wrong here? The "values and achievement" text is of high quality with no blurring or pixelation, the same goes for the blue surrounding effects, but anything within "logo" (as it is called on the timeline), is very poor as you can see from the video.
I'm using inDesign CC right now and I'm having trouble WITH removing placeholder dots from my paragraphs from a newsletter that I'm designing (which is due today). I copied and pasted the stories from e-mails, and placeholder dots came with thrm. I've been trying to remove them, but I don't know how.
Using VSP X4. I have d/l one of the templates that has a complete video w/ placeholders. All of the placeholders except the first one are flat rectangular images which are easily replaceables, the first one that is a 3d Type of rectangle with a slant. How to replace it. How to adjust the image to fit into this 3d placeholder?
When I insert a new object (bmp) from file I see a placeholder with the filename instead of the content of the bitmap. Is there anywhere a setting I can change the import of bitmaps.
I am looking for a solution regarding mtext placeholders that are of extreme lengths compared to the actual text length. Is there a solution to make it more or less the same length as the text?
I have inserted instant project T04 in my VSX5 timeline and imported an image into the placeholder.I distorted the image to (what I thought) fit the placeholder. When I play it back, the imported image is not a perfect fit in the place holder frame.I cant find a way to get back to the overlayed image so that I can fine tune the image to fit the placeholder.
I cannot find the default Placeholder Text Folder. In 'My Documents, I have 2 Corel folders:In the first one, it contains: Content X6.Inside of it, it contains 5 folders:1- Bitmap Patterns, 2- Image Lists, 3- Photo Frames, 4- Templates and 5- Vector Patterns.and there's no RTF Placeholder file.In the Second Corel folder, it contains: Corel Content.Inside of it, it contains 3 folders: 1- Bitmap Pattern, 2- Trays and 3- Vector Patterns. and there's no RTF Placeholder file.
Let's say, for example, that i create an object with a size, then i create other objects with other sizes.
When I try to see the size of the first object created it says that has the same size like the other objects which have other sizes (it's even obvius cause they r bigger on my screen:D).With all the other versions of Corel i didn't had those problems, but X5 does that.
Say I have a plane, and I apply a material with a diffuse map to that plane. If I scale the plane, the material scales with it. How would I create a map that stays the same size independent of the size of the object?
I want the material to be 'anchored' to a single spot, or verticie, and a constant scale, so if I stretch the plane, the material won't scale to fit, but instead new tiles would be created where it is scaled.
I want to print the photo above on canvas. I know that when I send it to my local printshop about 2 or 3 cm will be printed on the side off the frame. As you can see the butterfly is almost on the top of my photo. I want to prevent that part of the butterfly will come on the side of the frame.
i wanted to know how they make a scrapbook page in a desktop background resolution. I made mine at 300 dpi resolution in a 500x500 px canvas, but when i tried to set it as my desktop bg, it was only a small piece of art centered. Having it stretched all over the bg made it look REALLY stretched.
id like to have her on a white background. im good all the way to the point where you use the 'move' tool to drag the masked image onto a white background ( which is a blank PS document saved in Jpeg). when i drag it over i end up with a huge close-up crop that fills the entire image of my white background so that you cant even see the white.
conversely, when i drag the white background over my mask i only get a small rectangular box of white that fails to cover the entire background area once i drag the background layer below the mask.
I want to increase my canvas size, but not with a color. When I choose exisiting background it just chooses one color. I want to extend the exisiting background image out. t
I have a white background image with several logos layered on it.I need to increase the size of the white background image to make room for another logo without effecting the layered logos on top.
I came accross this background effect in a magazine and would very much like to know how its been created. I wouldnt have any problems creating the underlying blue gradient layer but its the white spiral effect that Im not so sure about. Ive tried spiral or twirl filters but they havent really given me this effect.
Ive also tried creating a circle, filling it with white then drawing circles within it using the marque tool then deleting them. Still not the desire effect though, and maybe there is a much easier method?
I am trying to create a gradient background. I've created the gradient but when I open up the gradient editor to play with the slider the changes I make don't show-up in the gradient when I click ok.
want to add text to a photo. I want to create a text box that has a masked background( I think it is?) Where the text is laid on a (color of choice) in the text box. Then then the Text is typed on that masked portion on the pic... I know how to do this in Photo scape, and Win7 photo editor, however I cannot find the tool to add white background behind my blue text...F1 unrolls every rabbit hole in Cs6 which one must know the exact phrase to find it.
The customer wants a gradient background with the PMS Colors 485 c & 1375 c.. This file is going to china and china only takes illustrator files.. So how can I do this in illustrator cs5?
I am trying to insert a photoshop TIFF into a Quark document without background data so that I may overlap images. The photoshop TIFF I manipulated and saved is simply an image with the grey and white checkered background. There is only one layer. I assumed that this meant that it would import into the Quark doc without any background color but there is still a white background.
I'm looking to create a thin grey striped layer to use as a background in Photoshop. I need it cover an entire A4 sized page, so some way that allows me to do it easily in one go.
I have Photoshop CS and I have an image I wanted tiled repeated as a background. I can probably shrink the image and tile it manuelly in the background but I was wondering if there was some easier way of doing it.
