how to do this without having to buy some expensive software like QuarkExPress.
Basically, I have a word document that I want to watermark on each page. Then I want to convert this into a PDF (I use PrimoPDF for conversion)
However, getting the graphical watermark from word to PDF is still eluding me. For example, when I convert to PDF, the background images I place in are gone.
There are many examples of creating rectangular patterns, but not many, if any, of interrogating existing patterns.I have attached the files and a screenshot of a rectangular part inside an assembly. The part contains a rectangular pattern of holes and workplanes.how do I get hold of each proxy of the workplane in the pattern? In other words I don't know what to put in the for loop at the end of this code fragment:
If _invApp.Documents.Count = 0 Then MsgBox("Need to open an the assembly document") ReturnEnd If If _invApp.ActiveDocument.DocumentType <> DocumentTypeEnum.kAssemblyDocumentObject Then MsgBox("Need to have an Assembly document active") ReturnEnd If Dim asmDoc As Assembly Document asmDoc = _invApp.ActiveDocument Dim asmDef As AssemblyComponentDefinition asmDef = asmDoc.ComponentDefinition im occurrences As ComponentOccurrencesoccurrences. [code]....
I want to add a Tex inside a Circle and I want the text to take the "shape" of the circle. What I mean is that I want the text to bend and fit on the circle.
I've imported a ribbon banner where I will enter the text for a name within the borders of the ribbon banner later. I can adjust the line width of the ribbon banner outline and the color of the banner outline without problems. I want the outline of the banner to be one color and the interior of the banner to be another...how do I color fill the inside of the banner?
I downloaded the new trial Corel X6 installed on win 7 64-bit.I have trouble working with transparencies inside a symbol. It also does not work if it is power-clipped inside a symbol. The error message is as follows:
This item cannot be stored inside a Symbol. The item must be removed in order to be able to finish editing this symbol. this same procedure does not work in Corel X5 oddly enough it works in Corel X4.
I have created a heart object. When I powerclip an object inside the heart, I would like the object to be faded around the edges of the heart. I might want the edges of the graphic to be unevenly faded or feathered (I hope these are the correct terms). I also want to do this with an oval I created.
I use everything keep them into the powerlclip and i have selected some of the powerclips and wanted to delete all the inside elements only. How to delete all the contents in the powerclip at once despite of going inside and deleting one after the other.
I've got a bunch of filled ellipses scattered around a drawing, and I want to place numbers & symbols inside these shapes. But whenever I choose the text tool and click inside the shape Corel is 'automatically assuming' that I want to format as paragraph text, and then it's all over. The only way I can 'escape' the paragraph formatting is to delete the shape & start over.
Is there any way I can temporarily-disable paragraph text, or force the characters to be artistic text?
How do I take like SHARKS text and place it inside the shape of a shark outline so the text takes the shape of the shark shape then I remove the outline shape and the letters stay the shape of the shark outline.
I really enjoy this new draw inside feature in Illustrator. But, I find that it does not always work. It seems to be grayed out sometimes. For example, I have drawn a shape with my Wacom tablet using a blush. I then converted it to a shape instead of keeping it a stroke by expanding it. But it will not allow me to now draw inside of it, even though it is a shape.
how to mirror about a line, but the line was outside the object.
I now have a need to mirror about a line but the line is partially inside the object (so after mirroring the object would be overlapped). When I select both objects and try to create the mirror, the "axis" of the reflection is simply the edge of the object, not the line.
When the line was outside, that worked simply because when you selected both objects the line brought the outside of both selected objects to that point so it simply mirrored / reflected at that point (the line). So the line was not truly acting as a point of reflection. Hope that made sense.
I think I'm about to buy Cadtools from Macromonster but I would like to know if Draw has a way of acheiving this. Hey I may find out Cadtools can't reflect when the line is inside the object.
I have a really large sphere and have put a camera on the inside to see the inside surface. I have used the normal modifier to flip the normals and so have the skin on the inside. Something is going very wrong at this point because I have this ugly shadow line that I cannot get rid of and I also seem to not be able to light this interior, when I use an omni light it makes no difference. Where am I going wrong?
I have this strange situation.. i use the Arial font inside my cad drawings and when i print my paperspace layout, the text inside the viewport is a little bit more "bold" then the text i put directly on paper space.
Maybe it's a trick to know what text is placed where, but i want all this to be uniform, same thickness. Is there a system variable to correct that issue?
See the image below: It's a 400 DPI scan from an impression i did.
Up to COUPE C1 is the text inside the viewport, under COUPE C1is the paperspace text. Both are the same height... but difference tickness.
should there be an adobe Photoshop cs5 folder when i've only installed cs6 master collection? clean installation, no previous installs. when i try to launch the Photoshop.exe in the cs5 folder, i receive an error. I'm assuming this is part of a normal master collection cs6 installation?
if not, is it safe to remove the folder, as there is no uninstallation entry available for Photoshop cs5.
Using Photoshop CC, what the asterisk means inside the tab name? This is on the inside of the bracket, outside it would mean not saved. I'm using 16 bit files throughout and the ProPhoto RGB Workspace. Files are transferred in and out of Lightroom 5.2 as my front-end .
I have a Photoshop PDF file that looks good on screen and includes retouching I did to it. However, when I place it in a PDF portfolio, the edits aren't there anymore.
When i go to stroke a shape ( for example a cartoon head) once its stroked in changes the inside colour as well. It used to be fine but now it is doing this and i dont know why.
I am a first time user of photoshop here and I have been playing around with the program for a while now but there is something that I can't seem to do and I would think it should be fairly easy to do. Maybe one of you can give me advice on how to accomplish this. Code:
For a web page, website, whatever you want to call it, this is what I'm trying to figure out. I want to be able to make a shape of anything, like a square, and inside that square add a picture of something. I want to be able to move that picture anywhere inside that square, without it coming outside, showing only a portion of the picture.
