Photoshop :: Gradient Tool Doesn't Change When Drag Certain Way?
Dec 31, 2011So, my gradient doesn't change when i drag the gradient tool a certain way. If i went from any direction it'd just stay same.Why isn't it moving?

Illustrator :: Type Tool Doesn't Select Type By Double Clicking Or Click And Drag
Mar 18, 2013My Type Tool does not select type by double clicking or click and drag. (Windows CS 5 V15.1). This is what I have tried so far and the problem still exists.
Check preferences for "Text": "Select text-object by path only" should be off. Checked. It was off. Didn't fix it.
Check the toggle for Show/Hide Edges in the View menu. Cmd(Ctrl)-H. Checked. Edges Showing. Didn't fix it.
Trashed my Prefeerences. Didn't fix it.
Photoshop :: Gradient Editor Doesn't Load Gradient In CS6
Jul 9, 2012I've been experiencing problems with the Gradient editor since I got PS and the problem is that whenever I create a gradient through the gradient editor and then load it, it does load it and instead just duplicates the ones that already exist.
I save all gradients at:
C:UsersRHAppDataRoamingAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6PresetsGradients
However it does (mostly) work when I import pre-made (from web) Gradients.
I don't know why this happens but it also did the same thing when I had CS5.5!

Aug 28, 2012I have CS5. The bugs and broken features in AICS6, make it unusable in my workflow.
I am specifically concerned about the inability to drag global color swatches from the color panel to Gradient stops in the Gradient Panel. I use this method to update a gradient color because I find it MUCH faster than option-dragging to duplicate a stop color, then deleting the unused stop. Since I do this constantly, I find using CS6 very tedious.

My spot healing brush doesn't drage. The healing brush and all other brushes work normally. Before yesterday it was woking normally. The brush will make a round patch the size of the brush, but I can't paint with the brush.

All the local adjustment controls are set to have no effect on the image". These are tools I have been using regularly and all other tools work. Dec 14, 2008I have PS CS4, and vista home premium. I am playing around with the Gradient Map, and everything is fine except for one thing. I know I must be doing something wrong but I can't put my finger on it. In the Editor, when I create a gradient with some transparency, the transparent bit never transfers itself to my image.
I have tried using the opacity stops to set opacity to zero, and the gradient bar is almost totally transparent, yet this has no effect whatsoever on either the image or the bar in the adjustments panel. There is no tick box for "transparency" such as there is in the gradient tool option bar so what am I doing wrong??

Aug 22, 2012This morning, my Selection Tool (the filled-in arrow) is acting like a Direct Selection Tool (the hollow arrow), but only when I click and drag on a group. It ends up select the anchors within the group rather than the whole group itself.
I've checked my preferences, quit and relaunched Illustrator a few times, and nothing seems to fix it. The problem briefly went away a few minutes ago, but came back when I quit and relaunched for good measure.
It's happening in Illustrator CS 5.1. I have CS6, and that version works fine, but I'm waiting on some plugins to be updated for it, so I'd like to use CS 5.1. I'm also running the latest Suitcase Fusion 4.

Dec 18, 2008It has come to my attention that the new drag-resize feature only changes the master diameter of the brush but leaves the dual-brush diameter intact. It is the only shortcut that does this resizing improperly.
I would like to know if everyone else experiences the same problem. Is it a bug or is this way of resizing intended?
I mainly do digital paintings and this small bug makes the feature useless for me. I hope that it will be fixed at least in cs5.
