Every time I open a photo in Organizer with Editor, Editor changes the time specificaciones of the photo to one hour earlier. So the photos changes the order in Organizer. What is the reason and how to repair it?
View 8 RepliesEvery time I run the editor, the program crashes. The organizer works fine. I have a i7, Win 8.1 16GB RAM and 2GB video memory. Lightroom 5.3 works fine. I have the same problem with the editor of Premiere Elements 12.

I have created a new user account, created restore points on my PC, attempted to change the preference files, all to no avail. The software came installed on my PC, so I'm unable to do an uninstall and reinstall as I don't have the installation CD. The PC manufacturer and Adobe support have been unable to provide me with a product key. fix the "run time error"? Until it's fixed, the product is unusable.

I select multiple attributes, and hit View-Frame All, and it only shows the top attribute of the selected attributes as one curve.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I have this issue where opening the compact material editor a second time causes 3ds max design to totally crash. I cant figure out why it is doing that. I have tried reinstalling the software, even tried re-dowloading it and nothing works, have all the service packs and so on. Funny thing is that it works when using the slate editor. I can recreate the bug every time. Just open 3ds max design 2014 x64. Press material editor (assuming its in comact mode), close the editor and then open it again. Immediatly the program will crash to desktop, telling me that the progam has stopped responding.

Like for example, how would I resize an image to 128 pixels, to 160 pixels, while keeping the image quality?
Everytime I resize, it distorts the image.
I need to create an image to these exact specifications:
542px x 300px at 150 dpi in the GIF format.
I have tried over and over scaling my source (a JPG at 300 dpi) to those exact specifications, but once I export to a GIF, the resulting file is at 72 dpi. I feel like a dummy. Better yet, are those specifications even possible?
I created an ad using one PMS color after orginially being told that it was a "Thanksgiving 4 column x 4.5” spot color ad”. I received the following message from the newspaper printer today:
"Please relay to your corporate art department that the newspaper does not print in PMS/Pantone colors, except on a full color page, which requires an additional color charge. For spot color, we print in primary colors such as red or green, or in cyan or magenta alone.
As I understood it, spot color meant pantone, and CMYK was process. Am I wrong here or are the printers using the term "spot color" incorrectly?

So we would like to have a field for each of the materials where we could choose the material spec. It would also be great if we could then be able to connect this to our BOM. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available." I have never received notification of a solution. Does PSE have compatibility issues with PSE 7?

However, when i click on the PSE shortcut on my desktop it opens the welcome screen. When i click on Organizer it opens just fine. However, when i click to open the editor it seems to appear as if it is going to launch and then nothing happens. The editor never opens.

When I tried to open PSE editor, Adobe required product registration, which I did. LR created a duplicate TIFF file and everything, and the window popped up asking if I wanted to Edit a Copy with Lightroom Adjustments, etc., and then PSE 11 Editor opened up fine the very first time. (However it didn't seem like some of the tools were working properly, but that's another question for another time.) Subsequent attempts to open the PSE Editor either from Elements itself and LR4 have failed. Editor will not open.

Have just updated my EOS5 to an EOS5D Mk.III, downloaded the latest RAW Plug-in but I keep getting an error message saying this update is "not for me". The work around is to covert files to dng and then open but this creates lots more files. So in a nutshell how do I update the RAW converter?
