Photoshop Elements :: 12 Sharing Attachments Will Not Send?
Feb 13, 2014When using Windows Live Mail (Windows 8.1) to share a photo, PSE 12 will not send it as an attachment. It will send it as photo mail. We need to be able to do both.
The message I receive is "Elements Organizer could not finish creating your e-mail message."

Oct 16, 2012In Share - email attachments - my default email address is not recognised - it uses an old address. In preferences - sharing - email settings - I only have two choices - Windows Mail and Adobe email service - Windows Live Mail does not appear.

Dec 26, 2012II cam unable to type a message in the email body when using Adobe Email Service.
I have my email sharing preferences in PSE 11 set to use Adobe Email Service. I successfully verified my email and I am able to send photos using this service; however, I am not able to edit the message that accompanies the photos. I can type in the address line and subject line of the email dialog box. But, I am not able to type in the body of the message. I would like to be able to write a personalized message. I believe that I was able to type a message in previous versions of PSE.
Type a custom message when using Adobe Email Service? If yes, how can I enable that feature?

Mar 25, 2013Since upgrading to a new PC , PSE 9 will not send Photo Mail using Windows 7 and Outlook 2013 (the designated email client). Everything worked perfectly before using PSE9, Windows XP, and Outlook Express on my old PC.

Had previously done the verification code thing and got the code and have been sending pics by photo email.Have got PS10 loaded to my Desk Top - main system and also my laptop .When trying now to send pics on my DeskTop I can get to the (maybe second) screen where you choose the size of the phots and then I get the Verification Code screen - which tells me that an 'initial verification code' will be emailed to the chosen email - but when I say continue, I go to the next screen of the Photo email and then when trying to send the phto email it locks up and says an unexpected error has taken place ...
I have sent some photos via the laptop but it seems to be very hit and miss at the moment.Also I have some problems opening PSE10 - When I click on the icon - I get the initial "organise or edit" screen where I choose organise - but then all that happens is this screen closes and the Organiser does not open. Most of the time I'm left with maybe shutting down my whole computer and starting up again and it works again.

Sep 5, 2012In the manual is indicated that you can resize pictures (under the Share tab) to use them as eamil attacments and then put them in a folder to manually attach them to a message in the email client of your choice. Unfortunately I cannot find this option in the Organizer part of the program. Using the Fotomail or Adobe mail options is not possible in a Win 7 64 bits Outlook environment and I don't want to change to a 32 bit version of Outlook.

Nov 7, 2013I did everything according to the instructions, defined e-mail address, got the code and confirmation of the adress, but still when I try to send meile in the end there is symbol that the computer is trying to perform this task, but the minutes passes by, and nothing changes. I have spend a lot of time trying to fix it - with no success. I use Windows 8 and Microsoft OutLook. I have no problems sending other thing. I also have Mozzilla Thunderbird om my computer, but it is synchronised to OutLook (can use both of them, whichever I want).
I bought Photoshop Elements 12 to send and edit photos. I'm close to that to give up this product, despite the fact that the rest of his functions as a judge very successful.
