I am now being asked to verify the e-mail address I am sending out from...it says I am supposed to get a verification code to enter after my email but no e-mail was ever sent to me..when I try to go into edit and preferences all the choices are grayed out?

Had previously done the verification code thing and got the code and have been sending pics by photo email.Have got PS10 loaded to my Desk Top - main system and also my laptop .When trying now to send pics on my DeskTop I can get to the (maybe second) screen where you choose the size of the phots and then I get the Verification Code screen - which tells me that an 'initial verification code' will be emailed to the chosen email - but when I say continue, I go to the next screen of the Photo email and then when trying to send the phto email it locks up and says an unexpected error has taken place ...
I have sent some photos via the laptop but it seems to be very hit and miss at the moment.Also I have some problems opening PSE10 - When I click on the icon - I get the initial "organise or edit" screen where I choose organise - but then all that happens is this screen closes and the Organiser does not open. Most of the time I'm left with maybe shutting down my whole computer and starting up again and it works again.
Google tells me thatI cannot send photo attachments through elements for asecurity reasons.

I have my email sharing preferences in PSE 11 set to use Adobe Email Service. I successfully verified my email and I am able to send photos using this service; however, I am not able to edit the message that accompanies the photos. I can type in the address line and subject line of the email dialog box. But, I am not able to type in the body of the message. I would like to be able to write a personalized message. I believe that I was able to type a message in previous versions of PSE.

When I try to email, the email Adobe services comes up and when I enter my email address, it does not send a confirmation email to my email, what Adobe sends is a product advertisement that states your trial version has expired. It looks like it thinks I dont have the full version, but when I check products in MyAdobe, it shows both Elements 11/Premeire Elements as registered. View 1 Replies View RelatedI used to use element 7 to send photos to my friends, and the program understood that my default server was Windows Mail. I bought a new camera (Nikon D800) which has very large file sizes and Elements 7 could not handle these large files and I was advised by Adobe to buy Elements 11 and this program could handle these large files. The unfortunate thing is that when I tried to send photos to friends, it would not allow me to access my Windows Mail server and only showed Microsoft Outlook or Adobe Mail to choose from. I don't use either of these servers for my e-mails, but now I have this programs that does handle the photos from my new camera and allows me to organize and adjust my photos, but I can't send them to my friends with this program as it does not recognize Windows Mail as my default.
